The location is well placed. The public transport station is very close. The room was spacious, with balcony and overlooking the park. There are a shared bathroom and a kitchen quite well equipped. Everything was functional and well organized. The host was responsive and kind.

Of course, it would be better if the bathroom was individual or if the shower and toilet were separate, but everything was normal.

Affordable option if you don't want to stay in Venice. Warm in winter, they have heating. Comfy bed. You can make yourself a tea in the morning. There is a bus 2 minutes away that goes straight to Venice.

It would be nice to offer slippers as the bathroom is shared. Also, the member of staff walked into our room wearing outside shoes when wanted to show something. Not very hygienic.

It was a good place just near the bus station. You can take one bus to reach there, which is very comfortable. The quality is good for the price.

Staff is not good, as after we paid the city tax they don't have small changes, so we ended up paying a bit more. However, that is the only small thing that I didn't really like.

There is no kitchen, just a microwave oven. Impossible to cook something there. The room and beds had a slight smell of sweat.

The location is good, there is a bus stop to Venice close to the apartment.

The kitchen was very dirty, the room seemed ok and the bathroom was clean.

We never came to this place for it was overbooked and a friend of the host drove us a couple of block further where we had quite a comfortable stay. Thanks to this friend)))

they let us wait for more than an hour to do check in, because nobody replied the phone and txt. then when the person arrived to open the door it was the wrong key. the owner never replied one call or message, we have communication with a person who didn’t know about the room we had to stay. The shower and the room floor was no clean. it was cheap, so you het what you pay.

There is no kitchen just some stuff in a corridor. Cups were all dirty and no place where to clean it. They charge turist tax 4e per person for one night when shall be 2€ per person a night. We need to call for the owner to come and open us the door.
