We stayed here on our final night of our trip for the convenience of the airport being near. Loved the vibe of the hotel, everything was clean and modern

The menu was limited. The waiter that served us- his name began with L- he was okay to us but he obviously didn’t perform well under pressure (there wasn’t too much going on) and he shouted at the table behind us telling them to hurry up and make up their minds. He also told them to have manners. He forgot our starter and we were too afraid to say anything in case he shouted at us too. He never came back to check on us (or anyone else except for two tables)- I wanted dessert- but in the end we just got up to pay and leave. We ended up ordering McDonald’s to the hotel cause the food just didn’t fill us.

Clean. Good breakfast. Not far from the bus to Venice. Bus ride to Venice takes about 20 min. There are some shops and cafe about 10 min walk to town. Close to the autostrada.

Our windows were facing autostrada. Could be loud for some people. Too expensive for what it is.

Very helpful staff (reception, restaurant, pool, cleaning, facilities). Excellent location to visit Mestre and Venice as it is close to the highway, train station (you have to take a bus if you are by foot), bus stops (5-10 minute walk) etc. Beautiful swimming pool (of course it is very close to a busy road but you cannot have it all). Efficient breakfast and dinner. The best bike storage facility during our 2 week bike tour in Austria/Italy (conference room that was not used).

We arrived by bicycle and it is very hard to find (and access) with a fully packed bike. Once you know how to get there it is easy but the website, booking.com, google maps etc didn't give any guidance or guided us over a very busy and dangerous road (highway) to the hotel. After calling the hotel reception they very efficiently guided us to a bike access.

-Good value for money -Breakfast was fine (not very diverse) -Clean (room tidy up every day) -Shower was really good (personal preference) -My beds mattress hardness was hard and it was perfect for my back, slept really good, other two beds mattresses had medium hardness. -Location could be better but it's not really hotel problem and I personally don't mind walking (about 10-15 minute walk to Bus No.6 that goes to Venice) -Small fridge with drinks in it -Laundry service available!

-Horrible WiFi signal, it was disconnecting very often (on all 3 phones), I could barely watch 720p video. WiFi was the most disappointing in this hotel. -Pillows are horrible (personal preference)

Would have liked reception staff to inform us that we would be exempt from paying the €10 per person Venice tourist tax Luckily a helpful person showed us how to complete a lengthy process at the stand on arrival to Venice, to print off our details, as we were staying in a local hotel so had already paid the city tax. Very limited places to eat in the surrounding area. Found 1 great restaurant Al Calesse and 1 great Pizza takeaway within a short walk.

Clean and comfortable room with great design, Comfortable bed and pillows, Breakfast buffet with lots of options, Free parking, A gym (we didn't use)

WiFi required authorization by email, was terribly slow and disconnected regularly.

Breakfast was good with american bf. location was perfect for car parking. Staff is helpful even there are a lot of other guests when we check-in.

My room’s window was not be completely cloced and the small gap causes some noise when windy outside

Kind staff, pleasant room, very clean, excellent breakfast.

The only slight downside is the location. It's right at the quite large roundabaout and it can be a bit loud, if the window is facing towards it. The nearest bus station is about 15 min walking distance away, which is certanly not very far but still a bit of a pain after the whole day of Venice sightseeing. One could of course rent a taxi if tired of walking I guess. :)

We had family room which was very comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory. Location was very good. Easy connection with old Venice. Free shuttle transportaion to and from train station Mestre.

The elevatori was small and very stuffy.

The Staff was ultra friendly and willing to help with any questions. The Breakfast was also delicious and had a lot of verity. Also the pool is a very nice edition.

The Wifi was quite week.
