The hotel is very well located close to the motorway, the stop of bus 6 going to the centre of Venice, restaurants and a big supermarket. The hotel’s parking is large and very convenient. We stayed in a room for 4 which was clean, very large and comfortable for a family with small children. Lots of storage place. Complimentary water in the fridge. The bathroom was also large with a big bathtub. We found the breakfast delicious with both savoury and sweet options. Staff was helpful in explaining how to get to Venice and around and you can buy various types of tickets directly from reception - bus ticket, combined bus and boat ticket, a day card etc.

The sofa bed has a plastic mattress which didn’t look comfortable for a (young) adult, however my small kids (aged under 7) didn’t complain at all. My husband found the big bed’s mattress very hard but I found it comfortably medium hard - so it depends on preferences.

We stayed here in advance of our return flight home from Venice to Toronto. The room was a great size and the breakfast was very plentiful! We had already been to Venice for a few days, but decided to take the bus in for another evening in Venice by the canals. The front desk staff were so helpful in providing directions via bus. It's just a short 10-15 minute bus ride into town, so a great and more affordable option if you don't want to stay right in Venice. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Everything!!!! Lovely large modern clean room with a huge bed!! Decorated tastefully with led lighting to enhance. Fab 50" TV not that you're there to watch TV but added bonus it had YouTube so when we were getting ready we could put on music channels and also after a long day walking around Venice we looked at a few videos of buildings etc we wanted to know more about. Tea/coffee station in room fantastic too. Breakfast buffet plentiful and all the staff from reception, housekeeping staff and waitresses were very polite and welcoming. A wonderful stay here for a couple of nights as part of our 25th wedding anniversary 9 day roadtrip in Italy

The included breakfast was delicious and plentyful to anyone's liking. The variety of fruit juice was very delicious. There was so much to choose from it was difficult not to over eat each morning.

One of the front desk employees was not the most friendly or accomodating. The rest of the staff were wonderful and put in extra effort to ensure we had a great stay.

Nice location. Near to public transport. plenty of free parking space. You can get direct bus(No 6 and 66) to Venice. Takes around 20-30 minutes to reach Venice. Couple of restaurant around. Even hotel restaurant is good for one time dinner in case you feel lazy to go out. hotel is near to patrol pump so you can re-fule and leave for your way. Staff was really nice.

The hotel is nice, everything clean, kind and helpful staff, big and free parking available. Breakfast was good, but the same every day.

No balcony, we could not stop air conditioning in the night, even if pressed off position. Too far of everything, no shop or restaurant nearby, you should go with the car for anything you need, because the hotel is positioned near highway. The restaurant is available only for dinner after 7pm with few limited dishes.

Nice big room with huge comfy bed.

Bar closed at 11 and limited code making facilities in the room. All hotels should have a Nespresso machine in the rooms by now! Although it looks like it’s on a big roundabout near the main road, you can’t get to it from there… actually quite difficult to find if you don’t have satnav (which my aged parents don’t have!)

The hotel is good. Staff is very friendly. Location is so-so. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was delicious but choice of dishes is small.

No have shoes cleaning machine or cleaning sets. General location is not so good but a bus stop is 6 min walking.

Good location, just near the highway but not noisy at all. The room was quite big. We stayed here for 2 nights to see Venice. You can buy bus tickets for 3 euros in the hotel to Venice and back. The bus stop is just 4 minutes away. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Venice. You can park your car for free at the hotel. Also a very nice breakfast with nice staff.

The hotel was pretty clean and had big beds and great baths. In was almost close to the public transport but traveling with the bus to Venice was a bit hard and the bus was very crowded. It also had a good breakfast.

The price was a bit too high for the hotel.
