The villa is absolutely beautiful — both inside and out — with a stunning garden. It’s a perfect spot for those who appreciate aesthetic pleasure and “wow” moments. The breakfast was very good, and the room itself was lovely and charming in a historic way.

However, there were a few downsides: • The room felt quite stuffy, even though it was only early May. We had to keep the windows open at all times and sleep with them open. • Unfortunately, it was very noisy under our windows until at least midnight — maybe later — with loud conversations and laughter (possibly from an event or restaurant guests, we didn’t check). It was impossible to fall asleep until it quieted down. • We were surprised that coffee capsules in the room were not complimentary — a strange detail for a place that presents itself as five-star. • Wi-Fi was very weak — I wouldn’t recommend relying on it if internet access is important to you.

Breakfast was 10/10 with fresh fruit and great coffee made from scratch in front of you. They served the best prosecco I have had for a long time. The best service I had during the 3 hotels I stayed at in Italy. I slept sooo well. Surroundings was amazingly beautiful. Good swimmingpool. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Short trip from the airport in Venice, but away from all traffic. Great value for money, especially compared to expensive hotels in Venice.

You need a car to get there and taxi options are expensive in this area.

The villa looks amazing a piece of history, also the garden to have a walk in, take some time to enjey the place inside and outside too. It's close to the the city, but offers a really calm envirnment. The breakfast was superb, everything fresh and superb quality, the dinner was also really good.

Our rooms was quite far from the main building, but it come from the history of the building. The kitchen at the dinner - altouhg they made super meals - was terribly slow, to get the first course was more than 1 hour and there were only a couple of guest.

This hotel is just fantastic! It might be a bit further from Venice centre but it offers an exceptional experience! The historic building has been restored but the original details have been kept therefore your stay there is a trip on the past with all modern amenities! It was very clean and the breakfast was really good with fresh and local products!

There was nothing that we did not like. We are already planning to come back for a longer stay!

This is an amazing villa that has been converted to an Hotel. It is nice to imagine what that villa must have seen during the time of its splendor. The huge garden (partially converted to golf course), the small lake, the frescoes on the walls.

It is practically impossible to keep that huge villa perfect. I don't think this should discourage anyone (I definitely would go again) because while it may not be the same experience of a modern 5 star, it gives vibes and an atmosphere that no modern 5 star simple cannot give

Spending a couple of days or even just a night in the Venetian villa with a history turned into a luxury hotel is a special pleasure. It might be not as polished and modern as the top luxury hotel chains but it’s the place where you feel and breath the history. We passed by in off-season and were lucky to get a great discount. It felt almost unreal to get what we’ve gotten for such a price: a great (even though standard) room with a terrace, very good breakfast, old park for lazy walks, and, moreover, the level of service not at all usual for the italian hotels. Will surely return to this place.

I liked everything about the Villa Condulmer. I was a little anxious having read some unfair reviews. Our group had a garden suite and a standard double, and both were very suitable: clean, well equipped, wooden floors, modern bathrooms fully stocked with amenities. The suite had heaps of space for two adults and two children. This is a gorgeous heritage property, faded, in an appealing way: magnificent frescos, grand colonnades, vintage furniture, a folly in the grounds, Italian jazz playing by the pool. We loved it. Very clean pool with lifeguard, bar, changing rooms, sun loungers, towels. The restaurant is very pleasant, with lovely staff, and a small but well executed selection (and v nice Childrens meals. Excellent buffet breakfast with freshly squeezed juice, hot & cold continental selection, yummy pastries and cakes, and great coffees. This would be a perfect hq for the veneto with a car. We did not have a car but the hotel introduced us to the lovely Willi, a gentleman driver who helped us with transfers to mogliano veneto and to the airport. Mogliano is a very easy and pleasant 20 mins train into Venice St Lucia, so it’s a great base for Venice especially during the busy summer.

What a lovely old building in wonderful 'shabby chic' style as the Italians do so well. Great breakfast. Restaurant also very good and although fairly pricey similar pricing to restaurants nearby. Really nice staff. Fantastic golf course in the old parkland of the house for which you get a good reduction if staying at the hotel.

my husband ans i stayed in the garden view suite in the first floor. the location is super nice. only 20 min by car to the Venice. there are a lot of outside areas around the rooms with trees and greenary. most of the staff were super nice and helpful. we loved the lobby and the antique style,

the rooms are not so beautiful as they look in the website. they could use some love and touchups.... in the last day we saw the rooms that are in the main building above the reception - and these one are really beautiful and specious. the whole hotel is not really 5 stars feeling in our room we didnt have a cattle to boil hot water - whaen i asked for one they brought one that the cup was broken the details are not 5 stars however if you dont expect a 5 stars villa than all is beautiful the restaurant was not open in the day that we arrived so we had to drive somewhere to buy food - and that took a while make sure you bring with you some food for the first day

The place is enough good. Old venetian villa with a lot of authentic things. The personal was enough friendly. Quiet place. The size of the deluxe room pretty well, wardrobes and slippers are included. Good choice of the bathroom equipment. The pillows are good, it's very rare to meet. The bed wears high quality sheets,very impressive.

For the property needs attention from the owner, needs some maintenance of the walking ways in the garden and around, a lot of little things must be done on the building inside and outside too. Especially in the garden, in shadow of the forest walking ways a lot of work must be done. You can't find the wine glasses in the room, the owner decides served the room table with paper glasses for that, very strange. No welcome drinks, no water without free of charge in your room. The doors and windows are noisy, I knew it's old wooden things, but it's easy to fix, by oil, for example.
