The staff was excellent. Taxi brought me to wrong hotel. There is also an Anthony Hotel. Shuttle from Anthony Palace Hotel picked me up at Anthony Hotel and brought me to Anthony Palace Hotel. He arrived within 20 minutes. Front deck was also wonderful and answered all my questions throughout my stay. Shuttle service also brought me to Venice and picked me up. My room was huge with a balcony where I could sit and see the beautiful views. I will stay there on my next visit. The Anthony Hotel is about 10 minutes from Marco Polo Airport. I arrived early and the front desk allowed us to check in early since they had a suite that was ready. The hotel is not in the center of attractions but the shuttle service was extremely convenient! I was very impressed and so happy I chose the Anthony PALACE Hotel!

I was perfectly happy and can’t comment on anything to improve.

It allowed Dogs and we could order breakfast to the room, which got around the “no dog” in the restaurant policy. 10 mins from Marco Polo. We dropped our son to the airport at 0400 and returned to the hotel. Big perk that check out is 1200. Super clean; friendly staff; The beds are comfy, the rooms are silent; we heard nothing from any other room or the corridor. We would stay here again.

“ American breakfast” wasn’t an American breakfast, so I would order the continental or Italian instead. However, the bread/pastries/fruit/yogurt coffee and juice that did show up was good.

Just returned home from a 3 day visit to Venice with my fiancé and 1 year old daughter. We were happy with this hotel, rooms cleaned everyday, towels changed too. We especially liked the shuttle service that they provide to/ from the airport for €8 per passenger, each way. We found this really useful. The train station is located through the industrial estate - Gaggio Porta Est is the name of the train station, trains into Venice take around 20 mins and cost €3 per passenger, per way. Children under 4 are free. I had seen reviews regarding the location of the hotel, yes there aren’t many things to do, but with the station so close we didn’t find this a problem. McDonald’s just over the road too! I would recommend if you want to save on the costs of staying in central Venice.

We stayed for 3 days and couldn’t have really asked for much more than what was provided. I don’t have any negatives

Easy to find using the local road (no tolls). Plenty of parking space. Easy check in and out, staff very friendly. Two eatery section for evening meal. Food and service was good. Ample breakfast selection. Fairly close to a large shopping mall. decor is fresh and modern and furniture in the room was in good condition. Bed was large and very comfortable, same for the pillows. Bedding and towels were in good clean condition. Able to electrically (remote control) lower and raise the window black out shutters. Cold water dispenser adjacent to the reception desk was very useful.

Nothing negative to report.

When we checked in Deborah at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. She took the time to help us check in for our flight the next morning. When the room was ready she we were able to check in which was very nice. This hotel is much nicer than the Crowne Plaza East that we stayed in two weeks prior. The front desk personnel was not very good there and yours was outstanding.

We thought the shuttle to the airport was included in the price but they charged us $20 the next morning when we were checking out. It wasn't clear when we originally booked.

Very close to the airport and a train station (I think it was 3 euros to get from Venice St. Lucia to Gaggio Porta Est). The hotel is also close to a mall, grocery stores, and such. I used this hotel to position myself close to the Marco Polo Airport for an early morning flight. It worked great for that. My flight left too early to use the first airport shuttle (which I think was around 5 am) but the hotel clerk booked at taxi for me (35 euros). Hotel was quiet enough for me to sleep in the evening.

I couldn't log on the hotel WIFI with my laptop (but I could with my cell phone). Maybe it was just user error but I do this a bunch and couldn't figure it out.

It was straight forward and comfortable, an easy walk from the station and it was next door to a great all you can eat sushi place! It was really convenient for an early flight home only being 10 mins from Marco Polo airport and the hotel provide a shuttle service for only 8 euro PP which was perfect.

The aircon in the room was set to a little too cold for December and we couldnt work out how to turn it off/down. There was also no spare blanket in the room. But it wasn’t a big deal. We just had to wear pjamas and still had a very comfortable sleep

It’s a nice hotel, fairly close to Marco Polo airport. I was able to shuttle us back to the airport for our return flight.  The AC worked, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. 

It was difficult getting a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I had tried to make a reservation for that shuttle many weeks in advance and because they didn’t have a reservation for me. They were refusing to pick us up. After a long time on the phone and speaking with the manager, we were finally able to convince him to come and get us. That was an unnecessary hassle.

It's the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Excellent and quiet location, with a large shopping center next door where you can spend the whole day. Easy access to Venice, either by car which I had traveled on, or by train which is very close. Safe, comfortable, underground parking. Excellent breakfast. Ten minutes from the airport, for those traveling by plane. Very good price, for a four-star hotel in relation to similar ones in Venice. In general, comfortable and relaxing. Everything very neat

Place is modern and pretty clean. That said it’s a bit tired now and is in need of some updating. Breakfast was pretty decent for 15 Euros. Easy train ride into Venice and this place is good if you are traveling out and want to be closer to the airport.

Needs some updates. Room is fine and good thing is that the windows open. Not sure if the AC could keep up with summer heat. Bed is not great by modern hotel standards — old and firm.
