The cleanness of the house, the Italian people (very friendly ,welcoming, not complicated) and the breakfast

It says there is a spa in the facility, but it is out of order, and we were not informed until we arrived at the hotel. The facility is about 4 km away from the nearest city. Due to an emergency, we had to leave the facility and ordered a taxi to take us to the nearest city, which is about 4.4 km away from the hotel. My wife and I could not believe that we had to pay 25 euros for a 4-minute trip. The hotel should protect its guests against such scams. It was disappointing.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helping. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The sauna was great! The bartender and bar deserve compliments as well :)

We didn't like the fact that the swimming pool wasn't open and this wasn't clear on Booking. The pool was part of the reason we wanted to book this hotel. A minor thing: the breakfast could have been better. The small baked breads tasted old and the scrambled egg was clearly made with some powder form.

Quiet Location. We were on a tour and property was good jumping off point for Venice, Treviso and Prosecco region. Room was large, always spotlessly clean and staff excellent. Restaurant food and staff were very good.

Room was good, however hotel needs to seriously consider getting rid of old fashioned bedspreads and replacing with duvets. Also, It was great to have tea and coffee making however not in paper cups that were too weak to hold hot beverages. we asked for proper cups, no problem, however we needed to ask for them everyday. There is also a charge to use the lovely pool and hire pool towels. we could understand the need for the keycard but not the charges.

Staff were helpful and friendly! Room was comfortable and very pretty!

The address in the email of booking.com confirmation was actually wrong, so taking an uber to the property ended in being dropped at an incorrect location a few kilometres away and having to then walk to the villa, very confusing!

Very good place to be with the rooms in awesome conditions and the staff were very helpful especially Marco who gave us the best treatment and recommendations. Would stay there again

The only issue for us was location as you can not trust public transport that much which is not the hotels fault of course but you are still able to get to and back from Venice, as long as you don’t stay in Venice too late …..

The location was nice and it was interesting. Staff was amazing and are a plus.

The elevator was small and it was difficult to get my baggage in the room. Not enough electrical outlets we basically had one. Very noisy in the hallway near our room so this respect for other guests I don’t feel was enforced.

The sound of Nature, birds singing..it was Adorable! I found the Peace I was asking for..waking up with birds, enjoying the sunshine at the swimming pool, reading books at the Park inside the canopy of my favourite tree, while drinking Prosecco, and what I found unpredictable was all the paintings and sculptures..fascinating! 😇 ( I would have enjoyed even better with some classical or vintage music at the hall. This is the only thing I would suggest for this Villa) The room was clean, comfy everyday and the most important, friendly and very helpful staff. 😇 I came this time in Italy for a Congress in Padova, Stecco Institute, which is not far away from this Province and I'm more than happy, that I did this choice. I enjoyed a lot even a ride with horses at Circolo ippico del Cristallo, a very wonderful experience for me.🥰 5 days 100% worth it. 😇🦋 Greetings from Klaudia Kullau, citizen of the World, born in Albania! The staff at this hotel were wonderful, they went above and beyond for us, we had an unfortunate situation at the end of our stay (nothing to do with this hotel) and it was handled with patience and empathy.The staff. from the front desk receptionist to the guy in the snack bar, just wonderful people. We loved the pool and the other guests were so friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Our room was lovely and the bed was comfy. A little haven outside treviso and we would absolutely stay again. My little girl, who's 7, loved it here as did i.

It's not a big deal but handy if you have a car. But there is a bus that goes outside the hotel to treviso town. It was very hot while we were there so we really were not bothered going far at all.

The location was a bit annoying to get back from Venice but still doable, this was due to public transport not being the best with timings so not the hotels fault. Still only a 30 minute walk from Treviso

The reception staff were so friendly and accommodating. Julia met us when we arrived with a really welcoming smile and attitude and changed our room as I had erroneously booked a room with 2 single beds - nothing was a problem. Her colleague Marco is also a very nice, friendly, helpful man. The main positive we took away from this hotel was the friendly, helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us. Thank you especially to Julia and Marco - you are in the right job for all your skills! We also loved our afternoon by the pool and the fact they allow dogs in the hotel is an extra bonus for us!

The restaurant is in a lovely setting but I wasn't crazy about my meal, but my husband;s pasta ragout was very good.
