I actually stayed at this property for 8 days. I found it charming and in a good location. The hotel is located near a rail station, supermarket, and pharmacy. The rail station, which is about a 3 minute walk, leads to into Venice (35-minute ride) and the center of the city. For this reason, it is a great option for people traveling on a budget who want to explore Venice or Treviso. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is quiet. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The room is functional and very clean which is something you can feel as soon as you enter. The owner of the Hotel is also very nice and welcoming. Pet friendly place.

I usually don’t like the moquette as it’s not easy to clean and easily smells but again it was very clean in all the building and in the room it didn’t bother me at all as it was very clean.

Good location - next to train station and not far away from bus stop. Our room was comfy and big. I accidentally booked wrong room double not twin, but they took care of it straight away. Also it was possible to call us taxi. Hotel owner was very kind.

We found only two plugs in the room and one of those was next to the door so you could not use your device at the same time. So I think it would be nice to have some more.

The room was nice and spacious, comfortable bed, staff was supper friendly. The location is not supper busy so you get peace and quite. Close proximity to Treviso and Venice with access to public transport if needed. Store, restaurant and bar close by.

The hotel is clean, altough the furniture is quite old. It is near the train station to Venetia (3 minutes), by train 30 minutes to St Lucia train station. Many thanks to Massimo, as he was really helpfull in finding us a taxi on new years Eve- Impossible task.:)

Old furniture, but in good shape.

Staff was super nice and helped me get a last minute taxi in the morning when I could not get ahold of anyone. Accommodations were sufficient and bed was comfortable. Near train station, very close.

The taxi service charged me unreasonably but there was nothing I could do as I was stuck and he didn't speak English.

The host was awesome and reacted upon breakfast request, very good location, everyday cleaning service and towel change.

the staff is super friendly and helpful and nice! The location is very quiet and rural, very calming. And it’s only 20-30 min from Venice by car. I would come back there and stay for longer!

Last minute booking with a group of friends.

Not 24 hours checkin desk, at midnight there was no one, so took us a while to figure our the WiFi password. But in the morning we met the staff, and he was quite supportive and friendly.

Fine for our needs, friendly, competent reception, no fuss.

There was no need to hold our passports overnight. Once checked, they should have been returned. Only a small issue, though
