Nice friendly staff. Location was good. Very close to heart of the town and to the castle. Room was small but very prettily decorated. Breakfast was a big buffet that was very tasty. Hot breakfast such as eggs and waffles could be ordered for extra cost if desired. Wi-Fi worked well and we were able to store our bags before and after we checked in and out. There was also a really comfy lounge area that we could wait in before we checked in and after we had checked out.

Excellent location, lovely town with medieval walled centre, good restaurants, & easy to visit surrounding stunning towns of Padua, Mantua, Vicenza and Bessano del Grappa. Lovely buffet breakfast. Comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff.

Some of the furniture could do with an upgrade.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and altogether pleasant. We were staying only one night en route to Slovenia but Castelfranco was a delightful small town with great shops, restaurants and easy to get around. Parking excellent

Well located near the centre of town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had lovely decor too..

I was told there would be vegan options for breakfast. Unfortunately, I think this only went as far as fruit. Everything else seemed to contain eggs, milk or butter, all dairy, then ham.. So i had fruit for breakfast and black coffee.. My room was very warm and I couldn't get air conditioning to work but thankfully I slept OK.

Bed a little uncomfortable but we still slept quite well. Food at breakfast was running low. No bread rolls and poor choice of cereal. TV didn’t work though they did offer a room change.

The bed was a bit hard for my taste but that is my thought. It may be perfect for others. This was compensated by the lovely friendly and helpful staff and a nice breakfast.

Great cozy place to stay in Castelfranco Veneto. Everything is in walking distance so perfect to explore the city. There is parking place in inner yard so you need to have just short walk to reach reception.

The location, the facility and the front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and offer wonderful suggestions of where to eat and neighbouring towns to visit.

Given the heat, the facility was asked by local government to not use the air conditioning for a few hours each day…this made for some very hot moments.

The hotel is very well maintained with ample parking spaces at the back. Everything was very clean. It has a very cosy ambient. It's located a short walk from the castle.
