breakfast was good. Being served in the gardens was excellent. pool and garden were excellent. Staff were excellent Room overlooking the gardens was very comfortable,

there was a wedding on Saturday night which meant we could not use the pool or the garden areas, This was not conveyed to us till after the booking was made. The not being able to use the gardens was not conveyed to us till the day of the wedding. There was not recompense for this. The music from the wedding was loud and went till after midnight. We were not aware there was going to be a wedding till we arrived at the hotel, all we knew was the pool was closed on the Saturday,

Location is fantatstic. Hotel itself (for summer period I'd say) gives you the perfect environment for a good rest. You can access a fantastic swimming pool. Nice green garden outdoors.

Breakfast was good. Many options. However I was EXTREMELY dissapointed I was forced to pay everyday additional 6 euros for my scrumbled eggs something that I really like. I didn't like it. You must pay attention. They can charge you for many small details.

Very clean, staff were brilliant , ate in the restaurant it was 1st class , the pool is enormous and the grounds were gorgeous and well maintained . Would definitely book again . Which is amazing for the price .

Great stay! Super helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome as a solo foreigner. The breakfast buffet was unbelievably good, with fresh salumi, and coffee and eggs made to order! The pool was beautiful. Everything was kept clean and in perfect condition despite being a bit older.

The wifi was weak, especially in the room, and even in the common areas of the hotel. The windows were a bit finicky so you could hear the road outside more than expected. The washroom was a tight fit.

Adequate breakfast, spacious room, good bathroom, lovely grounds.

It was a pity that there was no other food available apart from the restaurant which was closed when there were weddings etc and it was at least a 20 min walk into town.

Swimming pool, very friendly and helpful personnel, clean, good breakfast, not far from the train station to go to Venezia

When it rains a bit, the swimming pool is closed Closed to a shopping center but ultimately not really impacting us

Pretty good hotel, located in nice building. Has own pool and teniss corts. Has own parking space, reastarant. Breakfast might be more various. Internet signal and speed was good. Good hotel teritorry for walking.

Haven't AC inrooms, but central ventilation didn t cool enough.

Great location and excelente breakfast. You won't have a better location with all the amenities that this Hotel has. The best part was indeed the Breakfast, everything was fresh and well done.

The carpet that leads to the room are not is not well cleaned. And to get to the hotel from the train station might be difficult, once that you need to rely on Taxis and they're not at the station every time.

I stayed here for one night with my daughter. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds were comfortable. And the receptionist and bar staff were friendly and attentive. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Highly recommended 😊

The Hotel is in a nice location with beautiful gardens and safe parking. The Restaurant is very good and the staff very polite and helpful. The rooms need some renovation but they have everything inside.
