Staff; - Very welcoming - Always said hello and smiling - During breakfast, I was always offered more coffees and told to let them know if I wanted anything - I speak only a few words in Italian, but that didn’t stop the staff/owners from always saying hello and talking to me -They provided excellent instructions on how to access the property Breakfast; - the included breakfast is amazing. Very generous and delicious. Fresh pastries and cakes from their own patisserie. - I had to leave the hotel to catch a train to my next stop before the breakfast time started. The owners allowed me to come for breakfast early and even gave me an extra crossaint to take away! - the room is set up beautifully, with a little placard saying reserved for your room number. It gives the feeling the owners and staff care to make your stay welcoming. Location; - only 2km walk from the Treviso central station and even shorter from another train station. - 2.5km walk to Treviso Central station - the pathway to walk is bitumen. I was able to easily walk with my large suitcase to the station Room; - clean, modern and comfortable -had a wall air conditioning unit which worked well during a humid day - good working hairdryer -fridge, kettle, free tea - They have prepared a document explaining the two train stations, parking, how to get there, restaurants to eat at and sites to see

Beautiful boutique hotel on the outskirts of town. 30 minute walk into town. We arrived late so got self check in instructions. The rooms are comfortable and nice but not very big. If we had large suitcases, we would have struggled for space. As it was, adequate. The shower has a glass panel to the bedroom which is bizarre and the bathroom has a glass door so at night the whole room light up if someone uses the toilet. We loved the kettle in the room for making tea and coffee and appreciated the biscuits in our room when we arrived. Thank you

The breakfast is great with all the pastries of the bakery downstairs but there are very limited savory options. We were never offered an omelet or any other cooked items. The staff don’t speak English at all. And we got eye rolls when we asked for a second coffee.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with fresh coffee from the next door café and flaky croissants with many other savoury and sweet options. The room was clean with soft sheets and a nice warm shower.

It had a lack of power sockets as well as a view to a busy street. As we arrived late, no one seemed to be their, which made us feel less welcome although they gave us clear instructions. The room was a bit cramped with me and my companion in the bed, the room was quite oddly lade out and I didn't enjoy the Bidet which were, next to the toilet.

We would like to recommend this apartment. Everything is so comfortable, beautiful, clean, the design is perfect. The mattresses and pillows are too comfortable. At parting, after leaving the apartment, the owners met us and kept medicine for the child in the fridge. After we came to get the medicine, we also got delicious croissants that they baked themselves. We travel a lot, but we have never been to a better and more comfortable place. We didn't want to go out of the apartment and see the city, as nice as it was for us. The children were also delighted. The breakfast is delicious. Thanks again.

The charmingly decorated room was a nice surprise and the air conditioning worked brilliantly. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the cookies in the room were a nice touch and quite tasty!

It is a bit far to walk to the city centre, but there is a bus that conveniently takes you there.

The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. All the facilities you needed were in the room and bathroom. The shower was amazing. The breakfast was good, especially the coffee! The owners and staff were so welcoming and helped with all our requirements. The hotel is situated within easy access of Treviso, good restaurants and the railway to get to Venice. We really loved our stay

On the edge of town but just opposite the bus stop, there is easy access to the city's centre without any parking hassles. Great breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants, there's one across the street but it doesn't open until 8:00 PM FYI - just tap your credit card for the bus, no tickets are required.

Great place to visit Treviso and Venice, Very nice and kind host who really helped us out and also allowed us to keep a room as we had a late flight. this was really appreciated. Great sweet shop below for those that like Italian delicacies. Thank you Valentina and her dad.

The room is extremely modern and comfortable with the bathroom as a Highlight! Downstairs there is a bakery, so the breakfast cakes were abundant and tasty. The owner was kind and gave us nice tips for Restaurants in Treviso and how to get to Venice with free parking!

My boyfriend likes to eat sweet stuff for breakfast so he loved it, but I felt like the salty breakfast options could be more.
