The property is close to the main attraction areas - everything within the walking distance. Room was quite nice - equipped, clean. Great for a short stay. The window in the ceiling adds a more interesting approach to the lighting. The hotel is close to the Treviso airport - around 9 mins by taxi.

The air conditioning and ventilation system is very loud - it was impossible to sleep, as it went all night. Without air conditioning - it was too hot, as the room had no regular windows to open for a breeze of air (apart from the ceiling window and, even though, it was open, there was no air coming in the room).

I had a very good stay in this place: I booked the Deluxe Room, which is spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless and the communication with the host was impecable. I travel to Italy quite a lot and always look for places around the same price. I can say this was by far among the best I know. The building is very close to the train station and to the historical centre, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. I recommend it!

Nothing I can thing of.

A very clean, tidy space with everything you’d need for a short stay. We only stayed one night and didn’t spend much time in the room and it was better suited that way for us as it’s a fairly small space! Still, lots of room for storage etc, bathroom was lovely and the bed was comfy too! We also loved the skylight window, you could close the blinds as you pleased too. Check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The location of the apartment is really great too, about a 5 minute walk to Treviso train station and bus links.

Amenities in the hotel were good such as snacks and coffee etc. Everything was really clean and well maintained. Fridge was handy. Host was communicative. We were able to leave luggage after check-out which was great.

Not that much light in the room but wasn't too bad. Bathroom gets quite hot and steamy after a shower and no window for ventilation. No reception etc which was expected but if you have questions you have to message the host via booking com and wait for a response (although to be fair, the response times were pretty quick, less than an hour).

The apartment is perfectly located between the train station and the city center, so everything is reachable in walking distance. The staff at the location was very friendly and offers a good value for money.

Interior of the apartment was quite cheap and little kitschy. Although it was very clean, there was a strong smell of the cleaning agent or room parfum. The apartment had two safes of which no one was working.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location, just a few minutes walking distance from the train station and from the main square with shopping street in the heart of Treviso. Also next to the river side for beautiful long walks! Rooms are not very large but also not too small. Nice room service and receptionist who helped us with taxi service. We checked in with a code late at night which worked perfectly fine.

not much daylight coming from windows and not very good ventilation of the room, so we had to leave the windows open very often

Though we stayed at the smallest room, it had everything you might need for a short stay (even kettle for making tea, which was super nice). Room was stylish, modern, cozy, comfortable. Location is great. Recommend!

There was a nice but a bit too intense ambient smell (vanilla or something similar). As I am super sensitive to smells, I was glad we stayed only for one night so it didn't give me a headache.

The property is in the wonderful neighborhood in Treviso. Only 6 min walking distance from the train station . The PAM and Coin store right beside it and tons of great shops and restaurants in the area. The communication with the host was impressive. Treviso is only 25 minutes train ride from the Venice and way calmer city with a charm

There is a kitchen in the apartment but also signs all over “not for use” same goes for the washer in the bathroom- not connected to anything and “not for use” sign. We really didn’t need it but if you have those few things why not to make it operational? Just a thought.

An excellent location. Rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had a minor issue with my room - it was a technical problem with the shower. I contacted the owner and a solution was identified very quickly and the problem resolved. That is really impressive as this is not a place where there are staff 24 hours a day. Very impressed.

It’s a minor thing but I would have liked to have been able to turn the air con to an even lower temperature.
