A very modern apartment. Very well appointed and comfortable.

The inclusion of a kettle, coffee/tea would be a nice addition. In advertising this property, I would include that there are stairs. We are in our sixties and struggled with suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. We didn't expect that!

Beautiful property which blends traditional charm and modern functionality. Cannot fault the facilities.

Noisy travels very easily in the building and unfortunately my stay coincided with very noisy upstairs neighbours. Impossible to sleep, even after asking them to keep the noise down!

This property is located in the heart of Treviso, across one of its major canals. I stayed in Room 1, which is a very nice studio with a panoramic view. Enchanting, modern and neat, these adjectives best capture my experience.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. We didn’t meet the host however they sent helpful information so we could enter the property.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

This second floor room (number three) was dark and miserable due to the fact that the view from the window was the side of the neighbouring house (complete with pipes), the wall could be touched as it was within arm's length (about two feet or 60 cm) from the window ledge. You could barely see the sky above and the pigeons nest was noisy. The upstairs neighbours were loud with a late party going on and keeping us awake. It made a four day stay quite miserable. There was no kettle or tea/coffee available and the room wasn't cleaned - even though cleaning was paid for. The room is named 'Capriccio e illusione' - whim and illusion - but it should really be called 'Capriccio e inganno' - whim and deception. EM Forster wrote a novel called 'A Room With a View' based in Florence and Treviso has its own version.
