One decent hotel. Great location - several hundred meters walk from railway station. Very convenient for the bus to the airport. Yes, the style is a little bit outdated - from that time when hotels had some special aristocratic feelings. But still convenient, clean enough. I had no problems at all. Surprisingly, the size of the single room was ok, absolutely enough for several days leisure.

Treviso is a hidden gem. The city and this hotel especially is great base for daily visits to overcrowded and expensive Venice - regular trains can bring you to Venice for less than 30min. But after the craziness of Venice, I strongly suggest spending 1 or 2 days in Treviso itself. Perfect city for strolling along the historic romantic streets and lanes, for sipping a coffee or spritz contemplating the beauty around or for noisy dinner with friends. Treviso is a mini version of Italy and you can get much more and stronger impressions there instead of in the busy touristic centers.

Very close to the station which was very convenient for us. Our first impression was that the hotel was quite dated. I immediately noticed that the reception area had a shelving system for physical room keys. This actually turned out to have quite a positive side to it as the room safe, built properly into the wall, had a complex-looking key and thus promised a far more substantial level of security than most hotel safes which I’m a little wary of using because they seem so flimsily attached to a chipboard shelf. The staff were excellent, very friendly and approachable, and importantly the room, perhaps whilst also a little dated, was spotlessly clean. There was a good shower, also spotless, and plenty of flat surfaces to put toothbrushes etc. There was also a stool and scales. The linen in the bedroom was crisp and of obviously good quality and the towels were thick and soft.

The breakfast was adequate if uninspiring, and the food was plentiful but, and this may just be me, tinned fruit salad has NO place in a four star hotel IMHO. The cakes were really quite horrid as well. As I said, the staff were delightful and the place was very clean so I recognise that that was more important than me being fussy about my breakfast.

Fantastic classic & chic Italian hotel literally 2 steps from Treviso historical center and just a step from the main railway station and airport shuttle bus stop. Super clean rooms, very kind and helpful staff and fantastic American breakfast (very unusual for Italy so I have to highlight it). They even serve a Tiramisù (and Treviso is known to be a town where this sweet treat came to light). I’m especially thanking very kind lady at reception and very nice mister in the breakfast room who was always very polite and smiling. Thank you very very much, also because of you was Christmas time for us (me and my mum) such a nice experience. We appreciate it.

The hotel is located very close to Train station, you can walk to city center and it is not far (around 15/20min), front desk staff was amazing and funny. We could check in one hour earlier, which was very kind. Breakfast was great, you could have something sweet like croissants, cakes, joghurts or try bread with ham or cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables, juices, coffee, water, tea. We were satisfied by that. We had bathroom with bathtube, we received some cosmetics and towels with sleepers.

Room was quite clean but it does not look nice like on the pictures. Hotel needs some upgrades but for one or two nights it is perfect

The location is excellent right next to the train and bus station and a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean and great value for money. Lovely breakfast with very pleasant staff working hard and constantly checking all the food. I would definitely return.

We had a shower with a bath which was quite high to climb in and out of but if we had requested a walk in shower (which we didn't) I'm sure that would have been arranged. Just

I liked the location (really very close to the train station a to the centre as well), the staff was very kind and helpful, I liked the interior and the room´s furnishing and the breakfast was so tasty (especially very delicious pancakes!!!!). And it is so easy to get to Venice from there (and to Padova and Vicenza as well). I really recommend this hotel so much and I would stay there again.

I could imagine a shower head that was easier to manipulate :-)

Ideal for staying and visiting Venice and Padua. Treviso city centre 5 min from the hotel on foot. The hotel is located next to the railway station, very convenient to take a train to Venice right after breakfast (3.95 euro ticket, don't forget to stamp the ticket bought in the machine). Excellent tasty breakfasts, included in the price. The room is cleaned every day. Ideal value for money. I recommend to have dinner at Ristorante Pizzeria Mejana, they have excellent pizzas, tasty and inexpensive.

Great location, just across the train station. Very kind and courteous front desk staff.

The WiFi was very slow, especially in the evenings when most guest were in their rooms. The breakfast doesn’t seem to be very good value for money. (€13). The pastries seem to be package-bought rather than fresh. Some guests get offered a cappuccino; others -like me- don’t (?). There are great continental breakfast options around the corner and also just crossing the canal for half the price

Centrally located, right between the railway station and the town center. Breakfast was also good. What really stayed with me after I left was the staff — their genuinely helpful and natural attitude. They weren’t just acting polite; it felt like that’s who they truly are.

My single room was old-style and located on the first floor. It looked more like it was ready for renovation, and not quite like in the pictures. I suppose the rooms on the higher floors might already be updated. Anyway, I still enjoyed being there.

Nice room and comfortable bed. Clean hotel and very close to the train/bus station. One of us had a flight in the morning and the hotel kept my luggage till I left in the late afternoon. Since we had a car, it was difficult to find a parking space, but we discovered parking just behind the hotel for 20 euros a day. It was a good idea to leave the car parked there and go to pay a visit to marvellous Venice. Breakfast was good. The amazing thing was that one week later I had to take a flight from Treviso and the hotel, thanks to the kind Mr. Stefano at reception, kept my luggages and of another friend of mine for some time, so we could go to the center, have dinner and go to the airport easily.

The air-conditioning was not working properly.
