Very close to the station which was very convenient for us. Our first impression was that the hotel was quite dated. I immediately noticed that the reception area had a shelving system for physical room keys. This actually turned out to have quite a positive side to it as the room safe, built properly into the wall, had a complex-looking key and thus promised a far more substantial level of security than most hotel safes which I’m a little wary of using because they seem so flimsily attached to a chipboard shelf. The staff were excellent, very friendly and approachable, and importantly the room, perhaps whilst also a little dated, was spotlessly clean. There was a good shower, also spotless, and plenty of flat surfaces to put toothbrushes etc. There was also a stool and scales. The linen in the bedroom was crisp and of obviously good quality and the towels were thick and soft.

The breakfast was adequate if uninspiring, and the food was plentiful but, and this may just be me, tinned fruit salad has NO place in a four star hotel IMHO. The cakes were really quite horrid as well. As I said, the staff were delightful and the place was very clean so I recognise that that was more important than me being fussy about my breakfast.

Fantastic classic & chic Italian hotel literally 2 steps from Treviso historical center and just a step from the main railway station and airport shuttle bus stop. Super clean rooms, very kind and helpful staff and fantastic American breakfast (very unusual for Italy so I have to highlight it). They even serve a Tiramisù (and Treviso is known to be a town where this sweet treat came to light). I’m especially thanking very kind lady at reception and very nice mister in the breakfast room who was always very polite and smiling. Thank you very very much, also because of you was Christmas time for us (me and my mum) such a nice experience. We appreciate it.

The hotel is located very close to Train station, you can walk to city center and it is not far (around 15/20min), front desk staff was amazing and funny. We could check in one hour earlier, which was very kind. Breakfast was great, you could have something sweet like croissants, cakes, joghurts or try bread with ham or cheese, fresh fruits and vegetables, juices, coffee, water, tea. We were satisfied by that. We had bathroom with bathtube, we received some cosmetics and towels with sleepers.

Room was quite clean but it does not look nice like on the pictures. Hotel needs some upgrades but for one or two nights it is perfect

Ideal for staying and visiting Venice and Padua. Treviso city centre 5 min from the hotel on foot. The hotel is located next to the railway station, very convenient to take a train to Venice right after breakfast (3.95 euro ticket, don't forget to stamp the ticket bought in the machine). Excellent tasty breakfasts, included in the price. The room is cleaned every day. Ideal value for money. I recommend to have dinner at Ristorante Pizzeria Mejana, they have excellent pizzas, tasty and inexpensive.

Nice room and comfortable bed. Clean hotel and very close to the train/bus station. One of us had a flight in the morning and the hotel kept my luggage till I left in the late afternoon. Since we had a car, it was difficult to find a parking space, but we discovered parking just behind the hotel for 20 euros a day. It was a good idea to leave the car parked there and go to pay a visit to marvellous Venice. Breakfast was good. The amazing thing was that one week later I had to take a flight from Treviso and the hotel, thanks to the kind Mr. Stefano at reception, kept my luggages and of another friend of mine for some time, so we could go to the center, have dinner and go to the airport easily.

The air-conditioning was not working properly.

Hotel is well located close to Railway and Bus Station nd city center. Nice staff and breakfast. Good and comfortable bed. Bathroom is clean and well equipped. Air condition is silent which was important during night as we used it for heating during winter time.

There was really strong smell of canalisation in the bathroom and the room. The room is quite small and elementary. So the price is not balanced so well. Hotel has 4 stars which is not completely aligned with the offer. In other countries it would probably have 3 stars.

The customer service was great! All the people who helped me were very kind and helpful. You could tell they really wanted to help me have a great stay and time in Treviso. The building was beautiful --very luxurious. It was really beautiful and decked out --velvet on the chairs in the lounge/waiting room, very elegant stairs, a lovely breakfast. Overall, it was elegant and well-decorated. The breakfast was fantastic: everything from scrambled eggs to pancakes, to cereals, to cakes, to yogurts, and of course lots of juices and coffees. I was in a single, so it was small, but it was about the equivalent of singles I've stayed in at other hotels in other countries. There was excellent wifi, cable TV, a pristine bathroom -- and someone came to clean and arrange the room daily (if I wanted, she was very respectful). Overall, it was a fantastic stay. And I really appreciated the help of the employees.

The ONLY thing I would have liked was another pillow, to sometimes prop your head up. The one I had was kind of on the firmer side, so if they ever decide to give another one, maybe make it a bit softer, so people can choose.

Excellent location for my needs, room was impeccably clean. They gratuitously changed me to another room since AC wasn’t working in original room. Cleaning staff was meticulous about finishing to clean the second room. All staff were very attentive. Breakfast 7am-10am was delicious with lots of choices of croissants, brownies, pancakes, cereals, scrambled eggs, sausages & bacon, cheese, salami, prosciutto, speck, toast, honey, jams, fruits, juices, coffee, warm & cold milk. Breakfast staff always had an eye on the dining room welcoming clients offering espresso/cappuccino and anticipated clients needs. Perfect stay! Air conditioned lobby with plenty of seating while waiting for friends. There’s also a bar off the lobby. Also, remember that most hotels in Italy have smaller rooms than in America/Canada, it’s just a place to sleep- go out and enjoy all the city has to offer!

The bathtub/shower was high, might be tricky for some to get in, but there are some grab bars. The view from my room looked outside to another building across the street…but I’m not here to sit at the window - I’m here to be outside & enjoy the city, so I didn’t care. We are downtown, in the older part of Treviso so obviously some views will be of the building across the narrow street!

Excellent location for the town/shops/train station.Housekeeping was excellent.Have stayed a couple of times before and breakfast was included in the price but 13 euros this time which is reasonable but more hassle-had a lie in then and had food up in town later.

Most staff at reception desk were very courteous but one or two could be more helpful.Disappointed to see that the bar was closed for renovations

Conveniently located between the railway station and the old city, this jewel of a hotel first opened its doors in 1959. I’m not sure whether there has been any remodeling of late, but it was clearly designed with luxury in mind. Spotless, impeccable design, and a wonderful bar that has unfortunately been closed since Covid. We had a well appointed room, though the double bed did take up most of its surface. I wholeheartedly recommend this property, especially for travelers having to travel at ungodly hours courtesy of Ryanair. The hotel is a 10-15 minute drive from the Treviso airport.

Nothing! I just regret not having had the opportunity to sip a cocktail at that wonderful bar!
