The hotel is well located just 8 minutes walk from Central train station and about 15 minutes to Treviso Centre . At the reception Michele, Marilena and Angela were very helpful and made great recommendations for travel, also the one who ordered our Taxi was very helpful. The breakfast was great and staff super friendly, bed was exceptionally comfortable and room super clean. The River Sile runs alongside the hotel on both sides

The WiFi connection was very good in the common area, but in the room sometimes not stable. The bathroom is modern, nice and very clean but needs some little maintenence in the hanging shower.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to rest well after a day out. The location is ideal—just a five-minute walk from Treviso Centrale station and about fifteen minutes from the town centre. The River Sile runs alongside the hotel on both sides, and there’s a beautiful riverside walk right outside. The room offered generous storage space and plenty of electrical outlets, which made it very convenient. Staff were truly outstanding—friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. The WiFi connection was stable and reliable throughout the stay. Although the area outside can be busy, especially on weekends, the hotel is well insulated and remains quiet and peaceful inside.

The bathroom could be improved—there’s very limited space for toiletries, with no shelves or ledges, and the sink rim is too narrow to place items comfortably. There is no restaurant on site. The bar serves food, but it’s all reheated as the hotel doesn’t have a kitchen.

Top notch hotel in town. Great location, 5 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes walk to downtown Treviso. Room was with good size and decent facilities. Staff was professional.

This is the only hotel we stayed during the whole Italy trip that charges for waters. There were two bottles of water in the fridge and we assumed that they were complimentary as all other hotels we stayed but ended up getting charged 4/5 euros per bottle. Parking was also a little pricy - 22 euros per night. All above info might be available on a price list somewhere on the desk but still not a nice experience considering the price we already paid for room and plenty of options nearby.

I liked the comfort of the room, starting from the fact that after a rather long drive, I found in the room mineral water, coffee, tea at discretion, a cold beer in the fridge :) , and the quality of the mattress and bedding, I would like to find as often as possible, in other hotels, too. A very generous bathroom, impeccable cleanliness. I liked the fact that they honoured the request to have a secured parking lot, even if one with payment.

Two aspects, the first of which is definitely temporary: some work was being carried out on the outside of the building, but without generating essential discomfort; just in appearance. A second aspect was the breakfast. This one, really was disappointing in every way. The small, cramped interior space, you were practically sitting at the same table as the one next to you. Unfortunately, the products are of average and below average quality, and their variety "sublime, but completely lacking"... What a pity not to give due importance to a common space, where you practically start your day... The hotel, except for breakfast, really deserves to be on your reservation list.

One of my best experience while travelling. Excellent. I’m really so happy that l changed my reservation last minute and booked at Carlton. The service is 10/10 they were so helpful with us, kind, smiley and as our flight was too early, they helped us to check in a bit earlier which really saved us. Breakfast rich and great variety and the place around with the river amazing view!! Well done ! I would recommend it for sure and if I visited Trevino again you would be our first choice !!

NoThing to complain

The hotel is 200 meters from the railway station ( trains to Venice in every half hour and it takes 25 minutes, the return ticket costs obly 10 euros). Safe inner parking place just at a beautiful ancient rome gate, 5 minutes from the main square. The best restaurant is just at the hotel. The personal is very helpful. The hairdrier was wrong, I got a new one in 2 minutes. The breakfast is very good, the room is very comfortable, the whole hotel is nicly renewed.

There was only one chair in a double room, however there is enough place for 2. The bathroom is beautiful, there is a small chair to sit down, but there were no shelf or anything els to put down your shampon and soap in the shower.

The staff were amazing. They have a special room on the 4th floor to iron clothes. When I was there a member of staff, Olga, while on her break saw that I was struggling to use their industrial Iron. I couldn’t understand her Italian but she took my trousers and shirt and began to iron them for me without me asking. She did an amazing job and I thought it was such a friendly gesture and did not ask for anything in return. I would like to say Thank you to Olga.

The hotel is well located and in excellent condition. The staff was helpful and made great recommendations for travel and food. The breakfast was great but having some traditional food from the area like polenta brustolada would be a nice touch.

I wish the hotel had an iron available for guests. I was told that it is not allowed in Italy but other hotels I stayed at did have irons and ironing boards available in the room.

Great location for Treviso town center and also for train station. Both within walking distance. Very comfortable hotel, very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Late arrival on first night (Saturday) and had to find a restaurant which was difficult due to not having anything booked. Staff very helpful in making recommendations and even supplied us with a map but an onsite restaurant would have been very beneficial.

The hotel is good with an excellent location. It is very close to the railway station and also to city centre. The staff is very helpful and supportive. The breakfast is good. The hotel has a safe and private parking which is very good.

Basically we were satisfied but we were unlucky to get a room where they renovated the room next door. It was a bit noisy in daytime and morning. However when we pointed this out the hotel offered to pay for our parking. I think they handled the situation very well.
