Room very clean, newly redecorated, very close to the airport (15 min walk). Take the transfer to the airport only if you have very big luggage, otherwise not worth the transfer (15 euro/ person)

Staff. Very tired and not client oriented.

It is sort of a ranch like building blocks, like a compound with a very authentic structures. I really liked the room that I stayed with a special ceiling above. Very comfortable and modern renovated.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed about the check-in and check out, especially at the persons who managed the chicken and checkout processes were quite rude. Especially when I ask about the invoice which is usually requested when you are checking out, was not provided to me and the gentleman told me that he cannot issue it during the checkout times. This I found very Unreasonable

The service was good. Room condition is tip top! Very clean. If you’re tired you can order food from nearby restaurant and they will get it for you, this is a plus point. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s stopping over nearby airport :)

Just one tiny item. Since this place is close to the airport, expect some movements in the middle of the night. Was sleeping at around 1am, then some guests arrived, moved upstairs, a lot of movements upstairs for the next 30 mins, then everything is fine. Probably a better way is to avoid late check ins to be in the upper floors.

This place is a great place to stay if you want a good breakfast, you have a very early flight the next day, and you want to get to the actual main Venice island which is 20 minutes away from there and to get a taxi is very easy and it cost you around €30 or you can take the train. The airport is five minutes away from there so if you have an early flight and you don’t want to struggle losing your flight, trying to get out of that Venice main island, stay here. The hotel also has an airport shuttle, which cost you around eight euros per person. Is available at any time of the day/night you need it. Couldn’t say more such a great place! The rooms are also very nice and spacious, which are a two-story.

It was very conveniently located to the Venice Marco Polo Airport. It is about 15min walk and you can take a boat to Venice centre from there. It is very peaceful and relaxing, especially pool area. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Bathroom was the main issue, the shower had low pressure and the doors were not staying in place which made the water run all over the bathroom floors. The toilet was very noisy and we could hear water flushing upstairs very clearly. Noice insulation was pretty bad in general, we could hear people upstairs walking. Also cleaners were pretty loud (chatty) from around 8am, which is very avoidable noise. Also there was this elderly lady from staff who was always annoyed and angry. 🥶

It's close to the airport, which is great if you have a late arrival or an early departure, while still having a calming environment with garden, swimming pool, out of the busy area.

Although hotel is close to airport, it's not a walkable path. As my evening flight was delayed I specifically called the hotel shuttle service to ensure if their pick-up would still be available at midnight. I was repeatedly told "yes it's 24/7", but upon arrival when calling again the answer became "no please take a taxi". Thankfully there were still taxis around, I had the address printed out and could speak some Italian otherwise things could have been dicy.

clean room and a very cozy outdoor solution as you can go outside your room and sit and relax with other guests who have the same solution. The beds are excellent compared to other hotels in the area I have tested before. The staff was friendly, the bathrooms were very functional and parking was easy.The location is perfect if you need to stay the night before flying out of the Marco Polo airport.

There is not too much isolation between the rooms and the floors. Luckily the other guests were super quiet, but everyone around you will hear it every time you do something. I had a room on the first floor and when someone came with their suitcase across the floor above me I thought the roof was coming down the first time I heard it. Also, next door you could hear when someone was using the shower etc. Unfortunately, this is normal in Italy, and this is nothing unique about this resort. It was the same for the B&B I stayed in the week before too and it was the same in Rome last year. It seems to be the Italian way, but I find that part very uncomfortable.

The hotel was very convenient for us as we needed to get to the airport fairly early in the morning and the hotel provided an airport shuttle. It was also easy to walk to the bus stop to get a bus into Venice for the late afternoon and evening after we had arrived. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked good. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful and the coffee in the morning was really good!

Nothing really - just wish we had been able to have breakfast before we left but we got our timings wrong.

My answer is based upon value for money. The price was very reasonable. The grounds were nice and it was quiet. The patio outside my room was excellent. Plenty of parking. Several places to eat within walking distance. Close to the airport. Great place to spend the night before your flight out of Marco Polo. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was well worth 10€. Considering other nearby options were 50% to 100%+ more expensive, this was for sure the best deal. Nothing fancy, just a clean, solid, traditional Italian setup. I would stay there again.

Internet could have been better but it was acceptable.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. 24/7 reception enabled us to use the shuttle service from the airport after arriving just after midnight. We only had one full day to explore Venice and given the time of our flight arrival, staying near the airport suited us. A short walk (if you don’t want/need to use the shuttle) back to the airport terminal the following morning and we easily located the ferry terminal to get into Venice (San Marco takes about one hr to get to on the blue line) to see the main attractions and experience this beautiful city. Then returned on the ferry that evening and back to the accommodation for a good rest. Breakfast sufficient and friendly staff. Pool also looked great but weather not quite warm enough yet to enjoy it. A great base to explore Venice from, particularly if your flight times are awkward, you have a lot of luggage and/or if you have limited time and need to get in/out to see the attractions of Venice-proper on the one day/visit.

Nothing significant. The double bed in the suite was a bit on the small side for two adults but it wouldn’t prevent us from staying again.
