Proximity to the airport and bus lines are very good. Claudio was very helpful, and the staff provides good service. The breakfast is fantastic with a plethora of selections. First place I've seen pancakes in Italy. Very nice swimming pool to lounge around and chill out. Close to cool little restaurants, and a very cool kabob stand with great food...

I didn't appreciate finding out after booking that the airport shuttle was an additional 15€ charge per person, per trip, when it appeared to be a complimentary service before booking... Also wasn't fond of using the service and the driver dropping me off 1/4 mile away from the departure doors...

Room very clean, newly redecorated, very close to the airport (15 min walk). Take the transfer to the airport only if you have very big luggage, otherwise not worth the transfer (15 euro/ person)

It was very special experience, as I was supposed to arrive late in the evening, and ended up arriving at 6am following a huge delay on my flight. Thus I am not sure I can fully comment as I barely had a nap instead of a full night. However, it is conveniently next to airport, shuttle service is very good (even if you arrive that late in the night ;-)), check in was great (even if you arrive that late in the night ;-)). And I was just too late for breakfast, but still the lady accepted me in the breakfast room. I could not have hoped better considering the circumstances.

Staff was very friendly, shuttle available to take to airport and to take us to their restaurant for dinner. It was very quiet. We loved sitting by the pool having a drink from the bar and relaxing after a long day of traveling. We loved the “rustic” farm setting even though the town is nearby. Very unique hotel with inside/ outside seating for breakfast and vineyards right across the street. Room accommodations were nice and bathroom decent size with great showers and towels. Within minutes to the airport. Highly recommend and would go back again.

The service was good. Room condition is tip top! Very clean. If you’re tired you can order food from nearby restaurant and they will get it for you, this is a plus point. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s stopping over nearby airport :)

Just one tiny item. Since this place is close to the airport, expect some movements in the middle of the night. Was sleeping at around 1am, then some guests arrived, moved upstairs, a lot of movements upstairs for the next 30 mins, then everything is fine. Probably a better way is to avoid late check ins to be in the upper floors.

It is sort of a ranch like building blocks, like a compound with a very authentic structures. I really liked the room that I stayed with a special ceiling above. Very comfortable and modern renovated.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed about the check-in and check out, especially at the persons who managed the chicken and checkout processes were quite rude. Especially when I ask about the invoice which is usually requested when you are checking out, was not provided to me and the gentleman told me that he cannot issue it during the checkout times. This I found very Unreasonable

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was perfect! The location close to the airport made it really convenient as i was travelling with a bike. They have a service that allowed me to leave my bike with them while I travelled into Venice and I look forward to picking it up and taking their shuttle to the airport to fly home when my vacation is over. The pool with shower and change room is really convenient for travellers who are just coming in. Such a great experience overall and great amenities.

It was all great for me!

This place is a great place to stay if you want a good breakfast, you have a very early flight the next day, and you want to get to the actual main Venice island which is 20 minutes away from there and to get a taxi is very easy and it cost you around €30 or you can take the train. The airport is five minutes away from there so if you have an early flight and you don’t want to struggle losing your flight, trying to get out of that Venice main island, stay here. The hotel also has an airport shuttle, which cost you around eight euros per person. Is available at any time of the day/night you need it. Couldn’t say more such a great place! The rooms are also very nice and spacious, which are a two-story.

It's close to the airport, which is great if you have a late arrival or an early departure, while still having a calming environment with garden, swimming pool, out of the busy area.

Although hotel is close to airport, it's not a walkable path. As my evening flight was delayed I specifically called the hotel shuttle service to ensure if their pick-up would still be available at midnight. I was repeatedly told "yes it's 24/7", but upon arrival when calling again the answer became "no please take a taxi". Thankfully there were still taxis around, I had the address printed out and could speak some Italian otherwise things could have been dicy.

The room was excellent with a bed for my son and a mezzanine level bedroom for us. It was exceptionally clean and we were allowed an early check in which was great. The swimming pool, although a little cold, was beautiful and lovely surroundings, very green with lots of pretty flowers. There were lots of loungers and sun all day around the pool. Can’t fault this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again as was minutes away from Venice airport which was perfect for our early morning flight.
