We stayed here as we needed to be near Venice airport. If you can, arrange a shuttle service with the hotel to and from the airport, it’s much cheaper than with the local taxis. The hotel was very clean and the staff were lovely. We happened to book the king bedroom with balcony as it was the last one available , but lovely size room , massive bed and really good size balcony. The restaurant downstairs is also a pizza restaurant and it was buzzing in the evening , really lovely atmosphere and amazing pizzas. We also popped into Venice for a few hours, we took the bus, which is a 20-25 min drive each way or the hotel could shuttle you in if you give them notice

This is a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel, with its proximity to the airport being a major highlight. I stayed here on my last night in Venice due to an early departure, and it was the perfect choice. The airport transfer was smooth and convenient, the hotel itself is peaceful, and the on-site restaurant is excellent. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

Although the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, it may not be the best option for a longer stay if you're planning to explore Venice or the surrounding countryside, as the immediate area lacks amenities. One small hiccup I encountered was that, despite prepaying through Booking.com, the payment didn't show up right away in the hotel’s system. It was resolved without much hassle, but worth mentioning.

It was clean, modern, safe, and close to the airport. The hotel is only about 2 years old. The room was very spacious and beds were comfy.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant on site was very good with an a la cart breakfast for 10 euro, and full menu lunch, dinner and bar. Pizza was amazing.They have a shuttle to the airport for 15 euro for 1-2 people that runs 24 hours. It picks up and drops off by the water tower near the front entrance of the airport. Highly recommend this gem of a boutique hotel. The hotel looks exactly as the pictures presented on their website.

Hotel is 10 miles from Venice Piazza Roma needing the use of a cab to go back and forth. Cab is 40 euro each way and a 20 minute ride and, but an excellent choice as NO hassle. There is a bus line #5 that drops off near the hotel- 10 minute walk down the road, or #45 that stops less frequently in front of the hotel. One can also cab to the airport and take a water bus , vaporetto, to and from Venice Island, but that all will take about 2 hours each way because the water busses run slow.

We wanted a hotel 1) close to the airport 2) with parking 3) with a restaurant for dinner and breakfast and 4) that was clean and safe. Stayed one night. This hotel met these needs for us. We needed bring a family member to Venice Marco Polo at 0500 for an early flight. We were able to sleep longer in the morning by using the hotel (vice driving from our house) and also return to the hotel for a nap and breakfast before checking out and driving home. The room was small but completely adequate. We did not bring in large suitcases (left those in the car), so might be a bit tight with big suitcases. We ate at the attached restaurant and liked what we ate. (Steaks, pasta, salad, fries—they offered other meats, large salads, burgers and pizza too). We ate & stayed on a Friday and the restaurant was almost empty when we camee in around 7 but packed by the time we finished. Reservations are possible through the hotel. We had views of a tower & church from our room window. From the hall window we could see the mountains.

We liked everything about the hotel.

This is a great hotel for visiting Venice. It was a 20 minute walk for me daily to the airport bus which goes direct to Venice Island. Get a day/two or three day pass and you can enjoy the buses to/from the island and water buses to the islands around Venice Lagoon all day long. The staff are very friendly and attentive to requests. Nothing was too much trouble. The continental breakfast provided a good variety of food for all tastes. The room was warm, clean and included a lovely bathroom. It had a fridge with bottled water included. The restaurant also provided great food and good value for money.

I would have been delighted had there been a kettle in the room. The hotel is a little way from the airport so be prepared to walk (as I did) or make use of the hotel shuttle service. On my arrival at Marco Polo airport it took me about 30 minutes to walk.

A very beautiful hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. It has a private parking space at no extra charge. The beautiful natural environment adds additional value to the accommodation. Satisfactory insulation and quiet in the rooms. Pleasant surprise the treat at the reception on our arrival. The hotel restaurant is very good and recommended for meals. The breakfast is satisfactory with a variety of dishes.

These are minor remarks that do not change the positive image of the hotel. There were large insects in the room, which I did not understand how they got in. I killed at least 7-8 of them. In addition, I was given a bad impression by the breakfast manager who was in the kitchen petting a dog of two customers and then working back in the kitchen. Hygiene rules in a catering area must always be very strict and love feelings for the animals can be expressed outside of work.

- The staff were truly lovely specially Ernst and Anna. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a nice stay. - The hotel itself is good for a night where you need to come from/go to the airport early/late at night given its location. - The room was spacious and clean. Very basic - Breakfast was simple but very good - they offer shuttle service for 15 euros per couple. They also offer to drop you off and pick you up at the bus station if the hotel is not very busy (its around 15mins walk but can be difficult in the summer heat)

The walls were a bit too thin. I could hear people in the hallway. However, the hotel was quite so it wasnt that of a big deal.

Great stay, very convient location because it’s very close to the airport. Lovely restaurant where we have an evening meal, hotel arranged a shuttle transport to the airport for us in the morning.

If you want to travel from Venice to the hotel independently you can take a bus(3euro) but you will need to walk for about 10 mins on the country road - don’t recommend doing this in the evening/ when is dark.

The property was very clean and has a very good restaurant attached to it. Nice modern lift. Comfortable bed. Good walk-in shower and water pressure. Staff was friendly. The area is surprisingly rural and remote, with vegetable fields and crowing roosters nearby. Very quiet… we never heard any plane noise.

The air conditioning did not work and so we had to open a window… but it was raining and so we closed it. No coffee maker in the room. As well, they state that they have a shuttle that will go to the Mestre train station, but when I called to request it they told me they only did to/from the airport. Travel to airport is 5-10 min and they charge €15 per person. Uber for 2 in a nice Mercedes was €22.

Our family group bought breakfast at Torre Antica. The little boys really loved all the nutela and the bigger boys loved the hot fresh chocolate scones. The hostess was lovely and that made for an enjoyable meal. We also had dinner the night before. We did not think we would need reservations, so we had none. That said the staff was lovely and provided us with a place for 10 dinners. THe food was good. The baked vegetabel bruschetta was sonderful and those who had the pizza enjoyed them as well.

TWo things. This may be tempered by weariness but the meal took three hours and we were all exhausted. Another day, another time that may have been perfect. Also, we were unaware that we would be charged for the shuttle from the hotel. That is likely just a difference in cultures. We will know to ask about up charges in the future. Charging for the shuttle would not have effected our decision to stay. We would definitely stay here again if in Venice.
