Just next to the Venice airport, they picked me up from the airport (you could also walk 10 mins) and they tailored the simple breakfast for me.

Very clean & had all I needed for a comfortable stay before an early flight. Rosa was great in showing me to room etc and making sure I had everything. Apart from the negatives below I would probably stay here again.

This is not a hotel like others, it’s more like a very large house that’s been split up into separate rooms, there is an elevator inside. It’s a little bit away from airport and not walking distance. I had a car so was OK. However I couldn’t park the car behind the locked gate and had to park out on street which was a bit concerning due to the location.

It was updated, very clean, and super close to the airport. The staff was very nice. Rosa even was kind enough to offer to make me dinner. This place is lovely overall and I will be a repeat customer.

There is a longer flight of stairs to get to the entrance, which could be cumbersome if you have heavy luggage. They helped me carry mine up, though. The water supply system is quite loud when flushing the toilet or taking a shower. I’m unsure if other guests can hear it, but it was pronounced to me.

The owner/manager was amazing. Extremely helpful, friendly and understanding. The room looked exactly like in the picture and the bathroom was fine. Everything was clean and well maintained.

If you decide to walk from the airport be aware that the road is not very comfortable to walk and takes longer than Google maps says. The water pump was extremely loud when taking a shower or flushing the toilet so we were worried we were keeping everyone awake.

.We stayed in the hotel for one night. It was very helpful to stay near the Airport and come to Venice the next day .The hostess contacted us a day and a half before our flight via WhatsApp and helped us with every question The room was very clean and organized. It is a great solution if you come to Venice on a late night flight and need a place to stay

We walked to the hotel on foot. It was a bit far (15-20 min) for walking with the suitcases, but we found our way around. . The breakfast could have been better, very very simple, but it worked out.

It was close to the airport. The staff was very helpful and even picked us up to take us to the hotel, then had a driver at 430 am to the airport. The driver, Alex, was wonderful. He was very friendly and told us a lot about Venice. It was such a relief to have door to door service and not have to figure out public transportation from our previous air bnb, which would have been complicated.

Not really a problem, but be aware that it’s not an easy walk to the airport or to get food, groceries, etc. They were really helpful with helping us find dinner delivery and also offered a meal at the hotel. Also, we didn’t know they only take cash. Luckily, we happened to have enough. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have given us the room and I’m not sure what we would have done. It costs about 20 euro per drive, so have enough cash to cover that plus the tourist tax. The cost of the room itself can be on a credit card but they wanted cash for everything else.

very close to the airport. there is a conditioner to make it warmer if you need. very clean and cosy place. very welcoming host.

Everything was perfect! Really friendly and helpful stuff . tidy room and super quiet area. I read on other reviews that it was no pathway etc But it was just 15/20 minutes walk and there is sidewalk and yes google maps not really helpful there , but we managed find hotels without any problems ! Perfect location before or after early /late flights:)

Property was very clean, and close to the airport. Host was very accommodating and very easy to communicate with.

The host organised an airport transfer for us which cost €22 to drive 4mins from the airport to the accommodation which we thought was way too expensive.

personal service from a lovely woman named Rosa who called me to make sure I arrived and I knew how to get to the B&B and stayed up until late when I checked in. she also called a taxi for me early in the morning.

the location on the main road was a bit difficult to walk from the airport. and the air conditioner paused in the middle of the night and had to turn it on again.
