Great location close to the airport. We had a very peaceful night's rest. No noise from the airport at all. We closed windows and used aircon as the weather was very hot, which worked well. Comfy bed and cold drinks in room fridge much appreciated. Lovely warm pastries with breakfast. Cinzia was very helpful with directions to the bus stop less than 5 mins away, an inexpensive way to travel onwards into Venice itself. Travel tips: If you have purchased Venice travel passes beforehand, this stop is ACTV, so you can use the Venezia Unica/ACTV pass for this journey. Be aware that you must validate your ticket before or as you get on board EVERY time you board a vehicle, or there is a potential on the spot Fine. Don't keep the passes next to your phone as the magnetic strip can sometimes stop working. As you arrive in Venice, be vigilant, zip up and hold onto anything valuable tightly, and don't put wallets in trouser pockets. Venice is a very safe city from a personal safety perspective and we walked the streets and crossed the lagoon after dark with no concerns, but pickpocketing is very skilled and active, especially at busy sites such as Piazzale Roma and Rialto. Theres an amazing lady who walks the streets with a loud hailer, spotting pickpockets then following them about announcing their presence. Give her a round of applause if she passes you 😊, the people hiding under their jackets and trying to walk away from her are the ones she has spotted! The above point aside, Venice is an amazing city. Load up the free DAAAB app to plan bus and Vaporetto routes all over the lagoon and main islands, and have fun. It's worth getting up early to explore before the day trips come in. We ran into several fashion shoots as we walked around, which seem to be part of Venice life. It doesn't really take long to get anywhere either on foot or via vaporetto, so the whole city is your Oyster.

This is very close to the airport, yet it feels like you are in a country setting. It is a sweet property, set back from the road and it looks to be about 5-6 units there, so quiet. The room had a vaulted ceiling and the bed was super comfortable. There was a fridge that was full of pop, water, wine or beer for a small fee. The water pressure was good. The breakfast was incredible, full of fresh fruit, yogurt and fresh pastry. Down the street, about 5 minutes, there is an excellent Italian restaurant with incredible food. I would highly recommend here for a stay as you are waiting to depart, or want a respite upon arrival to Venice Airport.

I could not figure out the air conditioning unit, however it was cool enough to keep the window open.

Very close to the airport! It was my first time in this beautiful and peaceful B&B. YOu need a car to get there or a taxi. The owner, Cinzia, is a wonderful lady who waited for me as I had a late arrival. The breakfast was simple, but I asked some cheese and ham that I got it promptely. Thank you!

There is nothing that I did not like. The house is charming, the people excellent, and the location secluded. Of course, being close to a major airport, you can hear some early flights, as I did, but I fell asleep immediately afterward

This former farm house located close to an encroaching city has been tastefully repurposed as an airBnB, by the family owner. The owner Cinzia's taste and charm are reflected in everything from the warm greeting you receive upon arrival to the decorating details in each room. Located close to the airport, Le Noghera made for a lovely Italian ending to our trip - far preferable for me to the standard American airport hotel.

The walk to the nearby restaurant was partially on a highway; would suggest walking in daylight.

The host speaks english & is extremely helpful. Beautiful location just a 5 minute drive from the airport. Not much near by although there is a lovely little restaurant 5 min walk from the accommodation. Serving Beautiful fresh authentic Italian cuisine. & the staff are also lovely ( very popular with the locals ) & half the price of restaurants in venice! Our room was spotlessly clean , bed comfy . A very well stocked fridge. Only thing missing for us was a kettle & coffee. Although our lovely host did leave us a flask of coffee & some nibbles as we had an early flight out in the morning.

I was in the sunflower room and it was so clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the ceiling was nice and high. The house was so organized and went out of her way to help me order the most delicious sausage pizza after hours. The place was spotless and I loved the location. Very practical to get there with two buses and even better on the way back with the one bus. No need to take the Uber. Exceeded expectations.

Super clean, comfortable and near the airport. Early check-out was simple and the owner was friendly and really helpful. A ggreat option if you have a car and need to catch an early flight out of Venice.

We had a very early flight to catch and so had to leave too early to enjoy the breakfast. Based on everything else, it was probably superb and we regretted not being able to enjoy it because we had to leave in the wee hours to drop off our rental car, etc.

We traveled Spain and Italy for three weeks. This place was the cleanest of all. Passed my wife’s barefoot test…. LOL. Host was fantastic and helped us a bunch with information. Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle. Fantastic restaurant at the end of the driveway as well as a bus stop to get us to Venice. Very homey, inviting, at a good value. Room was stocked nicely with snacks and drinks.

Lovely place.

I had made a mistake when booking and arrived the day before my reservation. The cab driver called the owner from the airport at 9:30pm and she was able to come open the B&B for me and give me a room. The lodging is nicely decorated and everything is extremely clean and well kept. The hostess is very accommodating.

The owner was very hospitable and flexible. She provided extra concierge services.

It was not as convenient as I had hoped to go to the airport. Busses were not very frequent (or reliable), and the roads were not really walkable (partly under construction and no sidewalk at the time). I used busses when I didn't have time constraints but resorted to taxi to catch a flight. Otherwise, no complaints.
