Although latest check-in was supposed to be at 9pm, due to a rescheduled flight we were not able to arrive until nearly midnight. Advised in advance, owner Roberto (and his lovely cats) stayed up to welcome us without complaint. The hotel is less than 10 minutes drive from Marco Polo airport which makes it very handy for Venice. Despite this, we did not suffer any aircraft noise issues so the hotel must not be on the flight path. Our room was stylishly decorated and very comfortable with a large en suite bathroom and views over fields to the mountains in the distance. There was plenty of parking. At breakfast, Roberto himself cheerfully cooked us up delicious eggs and bacon to go with the fully stocked continental buffet (+10 Euros). A bus route runs past the hotel and there is a nearby tram system so visiting Venice is easy, although we chose to drive across the causeway and park on Tronchetto Island - being January we had no problem finding a space. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and found it very convenient for both visiting Venice and access to the airport. Grazie Roberto!

In a secluded and quiet location, this is a comfortable place to rest before or after long flights from Venice airport. Staff was kind and helpful, and check-in/checkout went smoothly. Comfortable bed, clean and cosy rooms. We did not try the breakfast so we cannot comment.

On Sunday night the restaurant nearby was closed. We had a car so we could go out and eat something, however for people without a car this could be a problem. It was a bit warm during the night, even if we set-up a low temperature on the thermostat.

It’s located in a quaint area not far from the airport. You got this feeling like you’re on holiday in the farmhouse surrounded with cats and dogs. The room was amazing facing towards the fields and we love the breakfast spread. Would totally recommend and repeat our stay again in the future!

The location might be a bit far to commute to the city on public transport but fret not, the shuttle services is always there for us and always on time so we never really have to wait long for them to pick us up. :)

We needed to be picked up after dropping off a rental car then taken to the airport for a 6am flight the next morning. Communication was easy and execution was seamless. Made the end of my trip so easy and it’s lovely to end on a relaxing note.

This was a perfect oasis for us to end our trip and be close to the airport for our early morning flight. Operated by lovely staff who picked us off and dropped us off at the airport, we thorough enjoyed the ease of being outside of the hard to navigate city of Venice and a short distance to the airport.

While the staff didn’t speak a lot of English, this did not negatively impact our stay, and we got along with Google translate.

Be careful!! If you stay here you will like it so much that you might stay forever!! Haha Amazing place, incredible food and the nicest genuine people : ) The rooms ar beautiful and new, with the best equipment. The space is calm and immersed in nature, their homemade food and products will leave you speechless. Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Even when, due to a language barrier, I kept him waiting in the airport due to being in the wrong waiting area. He also had to drop me off at the airport at 0500 and it was no problem. I was concerned staying here at first as I was a single female, but this place is so peaceful and clean I immediately felt at home! Definitely the biggest room with the best bathroom and mattress I have stayed in in Italy.

It is a lovely family run place with an amazing restaurant. Hospitality and italian food at its best. The place is spotless, surrounding lovely, restaurant amazing and atmosphere truly welcoming.

We waited longer for pick up as owner was stopped on the road. While this is unpleasant, we were not charged for transfer and we were able to have a superb dinner although we came late. Things happen to everyone. The difference is how people deal with it. I was tired and easily upset, However, owners of this property were really nice and have created a pleasant memory for us. They took full responsibility for being late on pick up although it was not their fault.

We were picked up promptly at airport by Roberto in the van. The restaurant was closed that night so he took us to a wonderful local restaurant . I left my phone in the Van and was stressing about calling him to pick us up when he came back with my phone! He took us to the bus stop the next day to go into Venice and picked us up promptly when we called from the bus stop at the end of the day The hotel itself is wonderful -with an onsite restaurant where we ate the second night. Good food , service and we ate outside in the garden .- a true gem .

What a great and calm location (close to the airport, in middle of nature, and 20min away from Venice)! Amazing hosts (and cats and dogs), and incredible local or homegrown food. Mustn't miss. The rooms were very cozy in a mixed traditional & modern style, and I slept like a baby on that comfortable bed. Grazie Roberto, I will be coming back soon : ) It was absolutely perfect!
