From the moment we arrived we felt very well taken care off- The room was big and clean and complimentary fresh fruit , bottled water, tea and coffee was given upon arrival. There is also free parking outside the hotel (outside private car park) and The owner organised day tickets for Venice for us and informed us about the different tours etc. Mestre is ca 15-20 minutes from Venice but there is a bus right outside that leaves roughly every 10 minutes all day long. We decided to prolong our stay for another day because it was so convenient for us and we were very happy with our stay

The room-size and facilities, were great. Lovely and clean, large bed (a bit firm but good) excellent bathroom. Our host was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Sara was very helpful communicating via Whats App. We used it as a stop off ready for our flight home but the location would be very convenient for staying on the outskirts of Venice and travelling in to see the sights. Buses and trams stop right outside the building.

On arrival we were unsure if we were in the right place as its just a door in a parade of shops. You need to let them know what time you are arriving and then ring the appropriate bell and wait for the host to come down to meet you.

Great location, very easy connection to Venice. Bus and tram stop are just across the street. Very nice and kind hosts. They were so kind to give us basic information and helped us with early check-in. Breakfast is rich for this kind of stay. You get fresh, delicious stuffed croissants (with Nutella or pistachio), fresh bread (a few types) cheese, ham, olives, jams, honey, yogurt with a few different fruit flavors, some corn flakes served with juice and a cup of coffee of your choice. The facility is clean and family friendly.

We stayed in Mestre to visit Venice, and the experience was excellent—largely thanks to Saad, our host. From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind and helpful, which is something you truly appreciate when you’re traveling. The accommodation was great: clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The included breakfast was also a big plus—everything was delicious and well prepared, the perfect way to start the day. But without a doubt, what stood out the most was Saad’s generous gesture of offering to store our luggage after check-out. That allowed us to make the most of our day without any worries. Thank you, Saad, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay even better!

A perfect stay! The host was extremely kind and welcoming – we were greeted with coffee, cold water and fresh fruits in the room, which was such a nice touch after a long trip. He also helped us organize our trips and even assisted with buying transport tickets, which made everything so much easier. The room was spacious, very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The area is quiet and ideal for rest. The location is perfect – right in the center, just 5 minutes away from the station to Venice. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place.

The location was great, the last station of bis 4L in Mestre which is the direct line to Venice (coming every 10 mins). The host was excellent, kind and super friendly, giving the usefull information how to get to Venice (and where to eat locally). You will get free bottles of water when you come and fruit. Coffee machine in the room is really useful. Room and bathroom were clean but seems bit old (altough beds were confortable), and the breakfast is ok (every day there is ham, mozarella, cherry, cheese, croissants which is pretty enough - unfortunately no eggs or sausages at all). The host every day offers coffe (espresso, capuccino or similar) which is really good to start your day.

If I have to say - this is one space, separated to small reception, rooms and dining room, so you can hear other guest talking or they can also hear you. The rooms looks bit old, but everything else was really great, especially the host and location.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and featured very comfortable beds. The tram and bus stop to Venice was just across the street, making it incredibly easy to explore the city without any hassle. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a rich variety of options to start the day right. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Venice with comfort and convenience. Highly recommended! ❤️

The accommodation was very clean and close to the bus station. Even though the bus station and road were close, there was no noise from outside. The bus takes you directly to Venice in 15 minutes for 1.5,-E. The breakfast very very good, tasty and fresh. You can find all you need there. The coffee was served according to the your wishes. Mr. Saad was very helpful from the very beginning and always willing to support in case of any question. He explained how to get to Venice from Mestre, how to buy tickets for public transport and any other attraction, if desired. Thank you a lot for your help and service! If coming to Venice again I would definitely choose this accommodation.

The apartment is situated in a very good location, close to public transport, about 20 minutes from Venice old town. The tram and bus stations are just in front of the building. The host was very friendly and kind to us and provided us with everything we needed. We were also able to do early check-in. The breakfast was good and we had free fruits and water in our room. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all, I highly recommend it if you are planning a trip to Venice and look for a place to stay in Mestre.

This property is the perfect location to visit Venice without staying in the proper Venice area. We were right by the bus station and it goes to Venice in about 15 mins and always has buses coming every 10 mins. The host set us up with information on getting a 2 day public transport pass which we used for the buses and city water taxis. The host gave us the routes for going to Venice and to Murano. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great in the mornings! Would recommend to anyone wanting to see Venice without having to pay the price for a hotel in the middle of Venice.
