The staff are very kind and always offered a small breakfast, buscuits and coffee which was very nice. It was easy to checkin, room is big enough for 3 people and the toilets are clean. There is a store outside, 2min walk where you can buy bus to venice and bus to airport tickets, the bus stop to venice is right next to it, the bus stop to the airport is closer to the hotel so the location is awesome. I highly recommend

The AC is mobile, you kinda have to throw a tube out of the window plus it makes so much noise while working, we had to use ear plugs. But better to have this than rot in the heat I suppose Beds are a bit too soft, but that's our personal opinion

the location of the place is in a good location and close to shops and restaurants. bus stops are close by and easy to travel around.

I personally didn't like the sharing of the kitchen as there is no privacy.. and I'd have preferred to have a kettle in the room to have a brew as early or late as I'd have preferred.

the hosts were very welcoming from the start and made sure to accommodate all of our needs and that we were constantly comfortable, we got to the location earlier and they let us leave our luggage there even if the room wasn't ready and took everything to our room afterwards.

walls are very thin, so it can get a bit noisy with people moving about.

The staff were great, the lady was very sweet and the man was nice as well. They come in the morning and knock on your door to serve you a coffee or tea, a pastry and orange juice. It is so sweet and such a nice thing to offer. especially serving it right to your door. they place was extremely clean, I saw them clean every day a couple times a day. Also check in was easy, we heard some others I. the building complaining but it was the guests fault as they didn’t inform the hosts of arrival time and keep them up to date. It’s simple if you keep contact!!

Excellent location. 2 min walk to the bus stop that connects Venice and the airports ( both Marco Polo and Treviso). There are several cafes and bakeries nearby that open early (from 6am). Comfortable beds. TV

2 minutes from the bus that takes you straight into the centre of Venice. Lots of restaurants and amenities around. Staff were very accommodating and provided great instructions to find the place before I arrived.

The position is really, really great. The bus from Treviso airport leaves you across the street. Also, you can take the bus to Venice from across the street. You have nearby a coop, a tobacco shop to buy bus passes and a great place to drink your morning coffee, just 1 minute away

The room we were hosted in was right next to the shared kitchen, meaning at night and in the morning we depended on how much noise the others make when going to the kitchen, and in some morning eaking up at 7-7:30 was not ideal.

The location is convenient, just close to the bus stop and not far from Venice. The room is enough for 3 people. The breakfast is decent (not excellent but I think it's quite good to have bread and cappuccino/coffee at this price). The staff is friendly and supportive. They speak good English and will try to help you as much as they can. The hotel also contacted me well before the arrival to arrange everything. Very professional compared to other hotels of the same level. Highly recommended!

The front area is a bit dark when I first came in the evening.

Location was really good, there is a bus stop right in front of it. The owner was really nice, and he offered small breakfast of coffee, juice, croissant and crackers. There is a common kitchen we could use.

Bathroom was okay to use, but shower could have been cleaner. There was a heater in our room which makes noise especially in the mornings.

The room was spacious and lovely. It came with a very large bed, strong wifi and a nice bathroom. The staff was very nice. They offered us breakfast every day and clean towels😊 The apartment is right next to the bus stop that takes you to Venice (1.5€ one way trip of 8mins) and has a really good café 4 mins walk from it. Definitely recommend.
