Great spot for access to Venice airport & Venice (short convenient bus ride)

The neighborhood wasn't as expected. Thought the lack of women on the street after dusk was odd. Only groups of men walking or hanging out on the street. I had my husband with me. Even so, it was uncomfortable because it was so unusual for both nights of the weekend. We walked several blocks to dinner, and this was the case on both occasions.

Perfectly clean room with all you need for a short stay. It was really nice to have rich breakfast and coffee in the morning (not only Italian/French style but including eggs, cheese etc). Location is perfect for visiting Venice (bus stop 3 minutes from the appartment). We would recommend this place without doubt.

You can hear the noise from the street (at least in our room) but you may just close the window.

Great place, over-sympathetic and helpful hostess, excellent location, with a bus stop right next to the building (10 minutes to Venice). Very, very clean, regular change of towels, comfortable beds, working air conditioning, refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, well, and great coffee :) Thank you very much and sincerely recommend. We will return here for sure.

The room was beautifully clean and tidy and the bed was SO comfortable!! Spa bath in our room was a nice bonus. Our favourite stay during our 2 week trip to Italy. Breakfast in the morning was lovely with lots of selection and the host was so kind and helpful :) would definitely stay again if we ever return to Mestre!

The hotel was very good,the location perfect,bus station was near and we needed 15 minutes in Venice by bus.Our host Tatiana was very polite,she's helped us in everything.The breakfast was very good.I highly recommend this hotel.

It is a big flat divided into a few smaller compartments. We had a triple bedroom, a/c, warm and clean bathroom with hairdryer, fresh towels, soaps and shampoo, in the room there is a small fridge and glasses in case you want a drink. The beds were comfortable, the location perfect, just 10mins walk to the centre of Mestre (worth visiting), 2 mins to a bus stop to Venice (17mins and 1,5 euro each way), 2 mins to the bus to Marco Polo airport (10 euros and about 25mins), 15 mins walk from Mestre centrale train station. Bars and restaurants nearby. Exquisite breakfast!!!! Included in the price. The room is quiet and can be made dark if you need darkness to sleep. The owner and her daughter were very welcoming and sweet, gave us a few tips, and they even cleaned our room, although we only stayed for 2 nights! Perfect! If we ever happen to travel via Venice again, we will definitely come back. Thank you, and happy New Year!!!

Super clean. Good breakfast. Good stuff. My wife had birthday, and I made I request to put an Aperol Spritz in refrigerator for my wife before our check in, because we have never tried it before. So they prepped for us two nice glasses with olives and oranges in it, and two small bottles of Aperol Spritz! I wanted to pay for it but they didn’t take money for it! Thank you so much guys for such a nice welcome!

Room was very clean. Service in hotel level. Room cleaning service everyday Very nice and friendly host- Tatiana helped us with everything. Provided with iron etc Breakfast was delicious- Homemade. Location just 4 mins walking distance from direct bus to Venice. Highly recommend

Clean and comfy beds. The bus stop for the bus that takes you to Venice is 2 min walk away. The train station is 15 min walk distance. You have restaurants and shops very close by. All in all a good place to stay when visiting Venice without breaking the bank.

I don't regret a single thing about booking this room! The whole stay was fantastic. The check in was very smooth and the kind owner explained us how to get to the Venice the easiest way (bus 4L). Big spacious air-conditioned room with your own restroom/shower. Comfy bed with a romantic basket waiting for you. Rich breakfast! (And if you leave early to the airport, you get your breakfast packed.) The room was quiet and the location is halfway between the Mestre train station and Mestre city centre, however very close to the bus stop from which buses are departing to Venice (4L) and the airport (ATVO). I strongly recommend this apartment to my friends planning to visit Mestre/Venice in the future.

If I really have to pick something, it would be maybe the not very big shower. But it did not ruin the experience in any way.
