Almost everything was great.

The only one a bit annoying detail: there is no stuff elevator, so in the first part of the day, when everyone goes to breakfast/out, there is a long long wait until the elevator arrives and even if it will, sometimes the stuff with huge carts are inside, so there is no way anyone else would fit. More vegetables during breakfast would be great!

Good location, spacious room and clean. Housekeeping are excellent, reception is alittle slow and will allow people to skip queues etc so be mindful of that. There's lots it shops outside from souvineers to snacks and food and the bus yo Venice is super handy. Parking available outside the hotel is very handy too. We were on floor 6 and didn't experience any noise despite being road side.

You need to be patient when queuing for reception, they are on the slower side when processing things and queues can be ignored at times. Air-conditioning runs alittle hot but is ok. Theres no kettle but there is a fridge in the family room that's not very cold but is ok for drinks.

Standard bed and bath; both clean. Small fridge in room. Supermarket right next door. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Very easy to take the bus (€.1,50) to Venice (purchase tobacco shop). You are in Venice in less than 10 minutes.

I did not get a welcome feeling from The lady (blond hair) at the reception desk. Looked like she did not want to see me before 15:00 to check in. She did not look at me when talking to me. I arrived early and there is a possibility to wait on the 1st floor leaving my luggage in a room ( unattended) downstairs but I chose not to do that. I was not permitted to stay inside downstairs waiting. So I just waited outside of the building for 2 hours. When I entered the building for the 2nd time I saw a couple sitting there and they told me they are just waiting.

I highly recommend this hotel. I booked a room at a very good price a few days before leaving for Venice. I stayed between March 24-28, 2025 (in my opinion this period is good because it is not very crowded, a few light rains during the day and the sun came out quickly). I only paid for the room without food. In the morning you can buy coffee from the 1st floor where the meal is served or from the coffee machine in the lobby for €1.30. I stayed in room 1118 (in 2 days in the morning there was noise from the PAM store on the ground floor but it was OK). Very clean, pleasant smell, wi-fi ok, but you have to log in 😁. The towels used are changed daily and the linen every 2 days although it was not necessary. The hotel staff is very kind. The hotel is located at the bus stop for the 4L route from Venice and near supermarkets and bars, 10 minutes walk from Mestre FS or Mestre old town. The hotel can be reached by ATVO bus from the airport or ACTV buses. 24-hour reception at no extra cost.

Able to take the bus 4L from directly outside the hotel to Venice bus station at piazza do Roma. Easy ride with regular buses, where we could either walk into Venice or take the water bus. Lots of little cafes along the road, and an easy walk to Mestre central , which is worth a walk around. We went in March , in the evening and the town was vibrant and looked pretty. Breakfast was ok, standard continental, but nothing outstanding. Room was spacious and clean, pleasantly decorated. Fridge in room but no tea making facilities. Lovely power shower in new bathroom.

Breakfast was mediocre.

The staff were polite and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and modernly furnished. The breakfast buffet was great with lot to choose. A huge supermarket called Interspar nearby. Another supermarket called PAM just next door. Mestre train station very close, matter of ten minutes walk. Our check in was at 3.00pm. But we got the room at around 11.00, just paid 25 euro for early check in. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Very easy to take bus to Venice. Beds and pillows are comfortable.  Reception staff are helpful. They allowed us to store our bags after check out free of cost. That was a bonus. Overall, we are very happy. My family really enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

No option for vegetarian at breakfast. It would be great if they could write ingredients names on a paper and put it next to the items. Rooms have got only two pin plugs. They could have given the adaptor at the check in time. They did later when I asked for it. In each room, they can put at least one three pin plugs, so that people like us who travelled from UK will not have any issue. Floor numbers are confusing. We stayed on the second floor. Our floor number was 12 instead of 2. Some part of bedroom floor makes sound, though not too loud during the day time. It can easily disturb family members are asleep at night.

The underground parking is a bonus especially for motorcycles as it is secured and staffed. The location is ideal with the bus stop right out front. You have to walk a bit to get to the better restaurants but there is a coffee shop next door. The room was comfortable with excellant bedding and pillows. There were plenty of outlets for charging electronics. The reception staff were really cool, helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of options.

Spotty wifi at times.

Wi-Fi, the television, comfy bed, nice room, perfect location, easy access to Venice on the bus, good value for money, friendly staff, would stay again.

I have no complaints except one, that really did bother me. The room was super clean, however, no linen on the bed and just a duvet? I only had linen on the bottom but I roll around as do others and I’m sure that you don’t clean the duvet. I would recommend adding sheets protecting both sides as it looked stained in places, to be honest it didn’t make me feel very clean in the bed. I don’t know why a hotel would have a bare duvet with no sheet to be honest, it’s a hygiene issue.

Clean, nice and very spacious room, very well finished facilities, staff are helpful and polite.

The breakfast is very poor in options compared to other 4 stars hotels I've been at (even compared to 3 and 2 stars hotels I've been at).. it was quite a surprise 😅 The fridge in the room is empty (no juice, etc, to buy and pay later at checkout), and for the whole 3 nights stay, you get only 2 small bottles of water in the first day.. minor thing, but was expected in a 4 stars hotel

The location is great. Getting to Venice is very easy, bus 4L available at the station in front of the hotel every 10 minutes. Huge hypermarket available nearby. Rooms were clean, and cleaned daily. Wifi connection available, although not really stable.

The pillows and mattress are really hard/stiff, not the most comfortable ones. Sound isolation basically doesn't exist, we could hear our neighbors singing. The A/C randomly started working in the middle of the night ( keep the power button pressed to turn it off). The windows were sweating, and in the morning it was pretty chilly.
