Everything was very nice, spacious and clean room, good maintenance, friendly staff... I suggest only to include a small smoking area, or a few tables outside where you can have an espresso and smoke a cigar in the afternoon/evening.

The breakfast was excellent! The food was varied, there was enough for everyone. It was served on a buffet. From savory to sweet, something for everyone. What particularly delighted us was the dinner at the hotel. The food is amazing! We had tuna tartare, pizza and carbonara. Everything was perfect! One of the better pizzas we had in Italy and carbonara. The prices for dinner at the hotel are the same as in some of the nearby restaurants, so it is worth having dinner. The waitress was extremely kind and helpful. The location is highly recommended. In front of the front door of the hotel is a bus stop that takes you to Venice in exactly 10 minutes.

The hotel lacks a nice little terrace to have a coffee. The restaurant is indoors.

The staff were charming, very positive, and helpful, making our stay delightful. Our room was modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel offers paid outside parking, which is convenient for guests with cars. Public transport (bus) is just outside the hotel, making it easy to reach the old town of Venezia. The hotel is located just outside of the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), making it easily accessible by car.

We had no negative experiences during our stay. The hotel and its staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with everything. We only regret that there is no indoor parking (garage) and that there is only a limited number of outside parking spots, but we were lucky and we found one instantly.

The location of the Hotel is perfect if you looking for a stay in Mestre. Right behind the Hotel is a bus stop and after 15 min. you will get to Venice. There is a 2 supermarkets around the Hotel. Also in 5 min walk you can find one of the best restaurants Hostaria Vite Rossa with nice staff and delicious Italian food. As a bonus you will get the best Tiramisu. We don't have a breakfast in our booking and at the reception we've got a 2 day breakfast as a compliment :) It was very nice

Everything was good. There was nothing there that we didn’t like.

The female receptionist (sorry for not remembering her name) really gave the feeling of a 4 stars hotel. She was exceptionally kind and gave practical and individually adjusted ideas for the stay in Venezia. Hotel is modern and renewed what gives a good fresh feeling. Bed was comfortable, room is well equipped.

The bus 4L that goes to Venezia is mostly overcrowded. The carpet in the hall was never vacuum cleaned during my stay (3 days). It seems that the floor in the room was not cleaned during the stay neither. But generally hotel is well kept and clean. The selection at the breakfast is somewhat boring. I liked the hotel nevertheless.

Nicely decorated. Nice room but cold. Nice bar in the reception. Nice with inclusive coffee from the bar on the breakfast and very friendlybreakfast service. Convenient that the bus to Venice departs right outside the hotel. Helpful reception.

The breakfast was a disappointment for a hotel of this level. Not enough variety. Scrambled eggs did not taste nice. Would have appreciated some more different cold cuts, different nuts, fresh bread that was not just bake off, healthy granola etc.

Probably, this is my most complicated review As from one side my check-in started with broken elevators with people stuck inside It was 36-37C outside and you can only imagine my way upstairs to the 7th floor At the same time, i was observing the staff, and I must admit, that they’ve handled this situation perfectly! They all were very kind, polite and helpful! My special thanks go to Stefanio, chief officer and owner of the hotel. Very rarely you can see so very dedicated owner! The room was clean. Though try avoiding highest floors (7-6) in a heat, AC is not capable of making comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast is great. When you see so many airline pilots and copilots having breakfast with you it makes you feel safe and secure)) Parking is just in front of the reception. At the first glance you may think it’s insecure, however reception people do their best to observe surroundings! In general, this is value for money if you’re planning short-term stay in Mestre/Venice

I’m quite paranoid therefore i install kind of security system on rooms door each time i sleep in a hotel. I must say that this time my alarm went on, on the first night stay. It may be a coincidence, but left kind of hard feeling, after being robbed in Lido di Jesolo around 10 years ago during my sleep. Can’t say something bad, but you better observe and be prepared!

Excellent room only improvement would be changing the toiletries (the shower jel smelt abit funny). Staff were very helpful - explained how to use the buses to get to Venice (the stop was right outside) and on the day the bus company was striking they arranged a taxi for us / informed us of the limited time the service would be running in the evening. Only thing that could of been improved / been more useful on was how to use the TV it had a screening function that we could not use / staff couldn’t help with.

The hotel is located within a walking distance to the railway station and the bus 4l for Venice is at the doorstep. That's the best option. Breakfast is ok as for Italian style ;) The room was clean and quite big. And the staff very nice and helpful. Yet, a strange feeling it's not exactly what I expected from a 4 star hotel with a well known brand name. And a great fitness room!

Well not a real problem but tv hanging in the first part of the room and 2 chairs to sit and watch? Strange. Luckily we did not even have time to turn it on.

The location is excellent, just a 20-minute bus ride from the touristic Venice city center. There are two supermarkets and several cafes/bars nearby, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The bed, pillows, and duvet are very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
