The staff is veryyyy friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a shared bathroom but they upgraded us to one with a private bathroom which was very nice. The room is clean, has an air condition, provide towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper. The location is very close to Mestre station, which is an amazing spot. The wifi was a bit shaky, so when we asked the receptionist he provided us with a router to use in room and problem was immediately solved. The receptionist also helped us with some recommendations around the place. From the reviews we read before going we were a bit worried, but the place turned out to be more than we expected, reviews might be unfair regarding what we viewed.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel conveniently located right next to Mestre Station—making it super easy to catch the train to Venice Santa Lucia. The property was clean, safe, and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade from a shared bathroom to a private one, which was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which made dining out very convenient. Overall, excellent value for the location and service. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot give my intake about the hostel we’ve booked as we were upgraded in another hotel that was way fancier, I guess because of the latest bad reviews. So the room were had was perfect, clean, well located and spacious.

The owner asked if he could enter our room when we were out, we asked him to do it the next day after we leave, but it seems that he entered anyways as the door wasn’t closed when we came back.

The place is great for the price, I loved the beds and the size of the room. It is not a 5 star Hilton, but for that price is way more than enough to sleep and relax. The staff is friendly and the location is amazing. 5 minutes walk from a bus station and 10 min walk from train station.

I didn't love the super small shower, I've never seen anything that small, you cannot move inside the shower. The shower was not a big deal, we could still take a shower. What really bothered me it was that the wifi did not work in the bedroom. We were told it only works on he lobby. When your cellphone company is from the US , using your own internet can be pricy, so I just think that they need to make it more clear that the rooms don't have wifi. Anyhow, for the price specially in Mestre, it was a great deal ( $90 for a room with 3 beds for me, husband and 7 yo) . We had to get a last minute room due to our flight being overbooked. Can't beat that! Overall I would still book them again just because of the price and location.

At hotel Giovannina I had a really pleasant experience. For somebody on a tight budget I can recommend this hotel. The receptionist was really kind and helpful, the rooms were clean(we received new soap, toilet paper, etc. every day) The location for us was perfect, it was close to the train and bus station. Quite hard smell of detergent in the room (or - if you open the window - Chinese food from the nearby restaurant), toilet needs refurbishing, a bit dirty walls. For one night ok 😘 I

Staffs are so kind, the hotel is quite old but clean and they said it doesn't have a kitchen but it has a microwave and a refrigerator. It was helpful to me.

The only problem was there was a big cockroach in the room so I asked to staff to catch it. I was so afraid of it

The staff was friendly and the place was clean, great for the price . I didn’t like that the Wi-Fi did not work in the room only in the lobby. The price was great and so location. It would be perfect with Wi-Fi. Don’t expect a 5 start Marriot. But it is decent . 3 minutes walking from the bus station and 19 min walking from the train station.

Great location close to Mestre FS, friendly staff, clean and fresh bed linen/towels, shower with excellent pressure - and at a very reasonable budget price. After reading some pretty horrifying reviews I had some serious reservations, but it really was perfectly fine.

A hike up three flights of stairs with suitcases is never fun, but sometimes you just have to do it...

Easy to reach. Close to train station, supermarket etc. Staff was very kind, gave helpful advice. We liked the Chinese restorant next to it (much bigger portions than expected). Once we figured out how, the air conditioning worked quite ok.

The first night was very hot but we sorted it out for the second night.
