Room exceeded my expectations. Great location, just some min from a railway ststion Mestre FS. For that price it was 5* hotel for me. My room was small but fully passed pics on Booking. Bed was comfortable (I slept well). In small bathroom there was bidet (I love Italia for that 🙂), 3 towels for 1 person, shower gel/ Shampoo. AC made no noise. Stuff was friendly and helpful. There was elevator which is not always available in cheaper apartments or hotels. Storage room was very useful as I came earlier. Also property agreed to do check in before reglamented. On the ground flow there is coffee machine and machine with some sweets and water.

I came earlier but my earlier was approved. Unfortunately, there was noone at reception (force majeure: someone was sick) . But other guests checked monitor at reception and found my room number. So I took a key and went to my room. I would recommend hotel's stuff to leave some instructions how to proceed with room number search.

This is a perfect location in Mestre - a quick 7 minute walk to the train/bus station, which is then only a 10 minute ride into Venice. Very easy to get from the hotel to Venice, without being in the heart of Venice. Lots of great restaurants around the hotel as well. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, very helpful for recommendations and getting a taxi booked for my early departure. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff was willing to provide additional items if they'd run out by the time you got there. The hotel is secure, with required "buzzing in" of guests - I enjoyed this extra level of security. The WiFi in my room on the 2nd floor was exceptional, had no issues with it. Additionally having my own bathroom space was great! As a solo traveler, I would recommend this hotel to other solo travelers.

This place is great and I feel like my only downsides are entirely personal preferences. There are no additional lights in the room aside from the extremely bright, florescent overhead light. Having lightbulbs in the bedside lamps would be beneficial. Also no shower curtain in the bathroom so everything was soaked afterwards, it also lacks a place for you to put the shower head above shin/knee height. So you're having to put the shower head into the tub while you wash your hair/body and then hold it to rinse off. Again, I think this is just a cultural difference - as I know many countries don't have "true" showers. The hair dryers could be updated - very dirty.

in general all was good. location is really convenient: express bus brings you here from the airport, and bus stop to Venice is just few steps away. clean room.

I planned to have breakfast in the hotel but it was under construction. never met any staff: late self check-in was ok and expected but next morning there still was nobody at the reception desk. so it was a kind man from working crew who told me that breakfast is not served and where I can leave my luggage. it would be great to know it all in advance.

It is a very convenient location to Venice or any location you have to connect as it 5 min walk from the modern train station that takes you directly to heart of Venice. Venice airport Marco Polo is also just 20 min away and the hotel staff was able to arrange the pick up and transfer on early morning for very reasonable fee. We were very fortunate to have also included amazing breakfast. TV in each room keeps you updated on news and local weather.

For the family or group that have limited budget is the perfect opportunity to stay near Venice and enjoy other parts and comforts of the adjacent structures where you can find laundromat or even grocery, pharmacy, local market and all of this without need of taking buses. Keep in mind that if you are bigger size the Italian bathrooms and rooms are somewhat smaller and most of the time they don’t have bathtub or big showers. So, if you need more luxury that will not be for you.

Great spot if u don't want to stay in crowded Venice. Bus connections to Venice and the airport are great. Supermarket is near, as are the coffe bars. I dídnt except a 5 star luxury, so it didn't dissapointed. More than just a place to just sleep on your trip. Very good for the price.

Connected rooms, the doors are of course closed, but you can hear the conversations and snoring of your neighbours, so be sure to check if you won't get a connected room, if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, it shouldn't bother you.

Property is very conveniently located close to public transport, just a short bus trip (€1.5) to the heart of venice. Nightly price for room is very very reasonable for a property based in Venice municipality. A lot of really good restaurants at stone's throw from property. The gentleman at reception downstairs is very helpful and understanding.

Amazing place! All the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. The room was clean, cozy and warm. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The accommodation is located close to a supermarket and the train station to Santa Lucia, Venice. Thank you very much for your care and hospitality!

Staff were so nice and helpful! I liked that the entrance was always locked, and someone was at the desk all the time. They let us leave our luggage after check out, because our flight was at evening. There were 2 air conditioners in triple room!

Bed wasn't quite comfortable, but for few nights you can manage. Neighborhood wasn't quite good, but we always felt safe in our rooms.

The location and the staff were amazing. The room was equipped with everything you need for the stay. Very close to the train station, which is perfect for traveling.

The lack of draining system at the bathroom floor is challenging. There was no curtain to keep hold of the water, which made showering an adventure.

It was very close to the station and the breakfast was really good. Staff is so nice, they speak English and everything was easy. There was AC it was also very nice.

The Room was a bit small we couldn’t open the bathroom door without moving the bed and bidet was in the Shower are which didn’t have clear borders, just a curtain.
