It was really good and confortable, it looks exactly like on the pictures, it was clean and the location is the best of all. And you can find a lot of restaurant for a dinner or breakfast in the near and also a mini market so it is really good.

there is not ring on the door and I didn’t receive instructions from the hotel about it, so if you are a tourist and maybe you don’t have a data on your phone, it will be hard to call the personal of the hotel because there is not ring, information or an outside reception (the reception in on the second floor)

5min from from Mestre station, really easy to get into Venice from there, very friendly staff, very clean room, comfy bed and own bathroom, they even had a clean shared kitchen to prep food. Staff were very friendly helping us with travel & ticket queries on our first day. The area felt generally very safe, but we went back to the hotel around 22:30h. Great coffee shop (Coffee Break) just around the corner for breakfast. Can't fault this place, it is great value for money - grazie mille!

We only saw our hosts on the first day, but we always left around 7:30h, which I guess was too early for them to be at the property. They had a telephone number though in case of queries, so not really an issue. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back!

There are no cooking utensils (eg frying pan) in the shared kitchen. There is only one pot, i.e. You can boil eggs, but not make an omelette. The kitchen is more suitable for heating food and toasters (there is a microwave). However, there is also a gas stove! 1. Various contact numbers. a) Listed in booking 329 472 49 66, does not respond, only automatic messages. b). It is indicated in the apartment 327 141 48 24 (they can call you from it). 3. Different check-in (booking 14:00 - 22:00, fact 13:00-22:00) and check-out times (booking 06:00 - 10:30, fact 05:00 - 10:30). This may be important for some! 4. It is difficult to find the signature and location of the hotel (we accidentally ran into the owner near the building).

The room was clean and spacious enough and the whole apartment had a calm and cozy vibe. We liked that there was a balcony and a small kitchen, the location is great, right across the train station, but the bed could be more comfortable (the mattress is too soft) and the walls are very thin so we couldn't sleep because of a crying child in the next room. The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy at night so maybe not perfect for solo travelers.

When considering this accommodation, keep in mind that it is not a "typical" hotel but a big flat that has been turned into a hotel. This might be off-putting for some. Our room was right off the "reception" area, so I sort of felt limited in my privacy. Furthermore, the balcony to our room was apparently shared with staff members. The contact with the host was weird as I was first told to text a number, and then this number told me to text another number. I had no idea who I was actually talking to. This led to our request having been forgotten but was granted at check in anyway.

The room was clean, conditioner works great. Personnel was helpful and replied fast to my messages. Also there was a small kitchen and a terrace. Regular cleaning and toiletries were available. For these money the value is great!

There were some issues with canalisation. The water didn't drain properly. They need to clean the pipe. There is a lack of big cups and there is no frying pan at the kitchen. It would be very nice to have it

The checkin wasn't smooth; I wish they had read the messages I sent in booking with the expected arrival time I had to call to an italian phone number so they'd come and open us. My sim card isn't italian so that was an expensive international call Maybe expose a number with whatsapp so we can call there, using mobile data, or simple check booking messages

The communication with stuff was not easy. I dropped the message in the morning on phone provided, and no one responded to me. On the end when my plane was landing - I have received an angry call. Guy was unhappy and said that he missed a dinner because of me. On the end he tried to be polite when he have seen I’m with child, but my customers journey did not start well.

Amazing location, near train station, supermarket, restaurants,et. Very clean and remodeled interior. Free coffee/ tea. Good price( which can vary). It was actually better than in pictures. I would recommend this place to others.

My mattress was either old or too soft. Very uncomfortable but maybe others would like it.

It was reasonably priced and right by the train station making it easy to get to and from Venice without paying the same prices. The staff were lovely and stored my luggage for me as I had a night bus to catch. The room was really clean and comfortable and there is access to a kitchen so I could make breakfast for myself each morning before heading off to Venice for the day.
