The property is close to the airport, travel into Venice by train is every 10 minutes. There is a supermarket + restaurants close by. The room is functional. Our family room had clean towels + fresh bedding. The bed was clean. We arrived on a Sat night, it is lovely on the street + the corridor was lovely with doors banging. Our second night was much quieter. I thought that property was good value. You can tell it has heavy traffic because of its location + price, if you don't expect it to be picture perfect, you will be pleasantly surprised by its vibe + atmosphere.

Hello, thank you very much for the excellent stay I had at the A&Ohostel. Location is within a few minutes of walk from the train station and the bus that takes you straight to the airport The stuff is very professional, highly trained, friendly, and ready to help. The rooms and lobby are very clean and have a contemporary design. The A&O hostel is a truly unique find in such a busier tourist area.

When booking, I was a bit concerned because of the not-so-high rating and relatively low price. However, in reality it turned out to be a very good choice – a large and spacious hotel, a comfortable room, good breakfast, and an excellent location with convenient transport to Venice. And - we had two rooms, we arrived already at 12.30 PM and one of the rooms was already available - so we could put and leave there our belongings and go to Venice.

We were a bit confused at first because the receptionist sent us to the self-check-in machines, where we had to enter document details for each person (there were five of us), which turned out to be quite complicated and time-consuming. In the end, the system didn’t even work properly, and the receptionist registered us in the usual way anyway

Awesome location – there’s a store nearby, some spots to grab a snack, and the train and bus stops aren’t far. Super easy to get to Venice and the airport. The staff was really cool – you can tell they’re trying to make it feel like home. Can’t say for everyone, but the guy who checked us in was super nice and left the best impression!

To be honest, the room wasn’t very clean. There was dust on the floor and baseboards, and the light switches were dirty too. When we arrived, there was a clump of black hair on the floor and curly black hairs on the sink. The shower had quite a bit of mold, and there was always some kind of condensation on the towel warmer. Also, my pillow was really uncomfortable – the filling was uneven, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Large, very welcoming hotel, outdoor entrance area with armchairs and table. Great. Lobby with various services, male security guard. Pleasant room, no noise. My disappointment: no response to my messages when I booked (2 adjoining rooms and private parking space €20 per day). In the end, there was a paid covered parking lot next door, free from 8 p.m. (homeless people at night but no problems). Paid €23 for 4 and a half days. Light cleaning, terrible pillows, jersey fitted sheets in summer, one of which had a hole in it, only 2 bath towels in 1 room. A decent breakfast but could be improved. No pastries, only apples, seasonal fruit. The savory side is good. Food, buses, and trains are close to the hotel. A very negative thing is that there are 2 elevators for a 9-story hotel. We waited a very long time, despite this. This restored a good memory of my stay. stay

Its near to station and accessible to reach in center overall really good place to stay , i would definitely visit again it .

The shower was broken and then i asked so they fixed it , I didn’t liked when i asked staff to put my laggage in storeroom they denied and made exuses but I insisted its just for 2hours still they didn’t cooperated and i had to took my laggage out because the checkout time was 10 and I although i was to checking out around 8 and wated to just have my laggage in there store for hour till 11 vause i had bus around 11.15 but , i felt really disappointed cause I visited before last year and they allowed to keep laggage in there storeroom and this time they just didn’t help

Nice, functional, and relatively clean, friendly and very kind staff. Great common area. Close to the train station and bus stops for Venice. The hostel has a security guy all night.

- WiFi in the dorm was very bad (had only 1 bar) - The sockets for charging and the light in the bed area were not working. People tried to help themselves with the few sockets available around the room. - the luggage cover of the luggage cage under the bed was dusty. - The cappuccino at the bar was quite bad and relatively expensive (had it 2x, both times bad). - The neighbourhood is a bit so-so. Generally safe, but on the way from the train station you might be stopped by people asking you for money or offering you drugs.

It is right next to the bus stop that leads straight into Venice, the hotel had nice amenities like an open bar all night and also a shared space

There was a lot of funghi in the bathroom and the receptionist didn’t do quite a nice job since she didn’t give us the qr codes for breakfast and then at breakfast the lady that was working there kept yelling at me and my friends that we had to pay additionally even though our reservation came with breakfast. Also if it is your check-out day the cleaning lady will most likely come inside your room at 8 a.m. even though you still didn’t check-out

I liked that my room was very quiet. I slept well and did not hear any outside noise. Location was perfect for getting on the bus or the train, just a quick five minutes down the road. Breakfast was a great variety. I also did laundry and it was quick and easy. My bed was comfortable in the shower was good.

The check in line was very slow, one couple in front of me that for some reason were very slow getting checked in—it was at least 10 -15 minutes waiting and I still had people behind me. The register next to them was not any faster. The lighting in the room was way too dim. Definitely needed brighter, bulbs or additional lighting.
