Location of the hotel is very convenient - near to bus station to Venice and to a big supermarket. Room was clean. Having a parking spot was important for us too. Receptionist was kind and provided useful information about transport and tickets.

Room is a bit small for 4 persons - we were only 3 and there was barely space for the luggage. But most surprising was that beds had only sheets and bed covers - no blankets provided. And behind the curtains there was a big wet stain on the wall.

The hotel itself was amazing and the host was awesome couldn't do enough to help you with any queries or if you needed anything for the room or help to find your way around the city.

It's a shame it wasn't in a better location there was nothing around hardly any food places and no where to go in the evening for a quiet drink to chill so we spent most evenings in the hotel room which wasn't ideal

Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location to go to Venice. Bus stop just 2 mins away with good frequencies. Supermarkets and loads of eating places nearby. Safe location. We had everything that we needed in the room. Room was quiet and we couldn't hear cars or traffic so had very relaxing sleep. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. We stayed there for 4 nights and would come back and recommend.

The staff was great, very helpful with info on the area and getting around, even answering messages on the app. The hotel was very near a bus stop, convenient to take a bus to Venice. The train station was about 13 minute walk. Right across the street there was a giant supermarket- that was great. The room had a small fridge.

Staff was only there whenever you tell them you are arriving, I thought there was a staffed front desk, but there was not.

It is in a good location, very close to Venezia Mestre. The room was tidy, and despite being small it is equiped with air conditioner, a mini fridge, a hair dryer and two beds. The staff is very friendly and let us keep our luggage there after checkout, until we left Venice later that day. It is a good option for a short stay.

The beds are too soft and caused me some back pain. The walls are very thin and you can even hear the footsteps from the corridor.

Location: Next door to supermarket( & 7am McDonalds), other eating places, bus tickets from Tobacconist nearby, Opposite Delfino hotel is bus stops to Venice (4L) or to Airport (15). Modern bath shower.

Shower had no shelving to put soaps, shampoos etc. Not enough seating. ( Room has extra bed is probably why) No coffee making facility.

We had actually expected much less, as the photos showed 6 beds in one room. However, when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find 3 separate bedrooms and equipped kitchen. It turned out to be a fantastic value, clean, and the host was incredibly kind. Additionally, it was just a 10-minute walk from the train station to Venice.

The only aspect we didn’t like was the bathroom. The small bathtub with curtains appeared quite old and dirty, which made a few of us uncomfortable. As a result, some of us chose not to use the curtains, leading to water being everywhere. When the bath will be renovated, I’d say it will be the perfect apartment.

Good price and wide room with enough space

The bathroom had a weird design with little room to place your things. Also the reception was not there at nights and you were basically alone. It was 7 rooms in ground floor and the neighborhood was quite creepy at nights but you know it is mestre

A good hotel, there is everything you need, a kettle, a refrigerator, air conditioning in the room. Clean, comfortable, near a supermarket, a bus stop to Venice

The hotel is on the ground floor, so the windows are closed from the street with dark blinds for security. Because of this, the room is dark and has the feeling that is not ventilated

very friendly and helpful staff, close to a supermarket, train station and bus stop from which you can take a bus to venice (10-min ride), lots of cafeterias and bars around

there was dust on the floor, the hairdryer didn’t work, the room was on the ground floor so you might have people peeking through your window
