I had a great stay at NH Laguna Palace! The staff were always kind and sempre disponibile (truly always available and helpful). The location is super convenient: there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and it’s not a long ride to the main tourist areas of Venice, like Piazza San Marco (also the airport). It’s also about a 20-minute walk to Mestre train station and just a 10-minute walk to Interspar for groceries or essentials. The gym is compact but well-equipped, with treadmills and dumbbells — great for a quick workout. Breakfast had a good variety, with enough options to satisfy different preferences. Overall, great service, clean rooms, and a solid base for exploring Venice!

Eleanora and her colleague were very awesome and helpful in every way possibles, with a friendly smile , they made us feel like family , the room was brand new and very large. Best of all the location is perfect out of Venice with lots of shops near bye , the bus stop out side the hotel goes strait into Venice , very ideal as Venice is very crowded and to many steps to carry your luggage. I highly recommend this hotel to any one that wants a relaxing time in Venice . And the breakfast was awesome for Italy , best is the coffee machines. Thank you, Heaps Eleanora

I like the location, very near to bus stations thas brings u to the main tourist area. There were 2 options. The space of our junior suite was perfect for the 3 of us. Breakfast is great.

I didn't like that they did not give us option to turn on air-conditioning, because of the season, in our hotel in Modena just before moving to Venice, and stayed here, that option was there. We had to just open the window which made it difficult to sleep because of noise outside and noise from next room too, which we could loudly hear from both our windows open.

The bus stop is in front of the hotel to get to Venice. There is a grocery store across the street. The breakfast was very good. The staff helped me out as much as they could. They were gracious. Grazie!😊

I don't know if I will ever understand Italy's electric system. Why do they need so many switches. Yet I did like the key card in a slot, so I didn't lose it. Also, it would be nice if Americans had more than one station in English for the television. The last thing I want to hear when I'm on vacation is the News.

Andrea was very helpful on check-in and throughout our stay. The service at the bar with Giuseppe was very good. Bus directly outside the hotel to Venice was excellent. The hotel accommodated our interconnecting family room request, which meant for 2 adults and 3 children, we had plenty of space.

The walk from the train station to hotel didnt feel like great location as it was a bit run down but once we reached hotel it was fine.

We had a relaxing one day stay at the hotel as we wanted to visit Venice town before heading to the Fusina port next day. In front of the hotel you can take the bus 43 that takes you to Piazza Di Roma in 15 min. Nice underground garage too (€15 for 24h). We had diner at the restaurant and liked it. Would definitely come back here if visiting Venice.

Few more electrical sockets and mirrors near sockets could be nice.

The place and the breakfast

The shower was too slippery. My husband almost fell down, and the shower head always would fall down after you turned on the water. The blankets were too tight on to the bed. Only one chair in the room( please add more in the future) on staff at the dining area was mean to my daughter and also not nice. Kettle was not working even tho you would plug it in. We had to call a staff member to fix it.

It was optimal for the time I arrived to be close to the airport and of Venice...

We had rooms next to each other which were connected to each other with a door inside, it was very convenient. Beds are big and comfy, rooms are not small. Hotel is close to bus stop and the sight of our rooms was to the canal it was beautiful.

The heating was not perfect, 22C was the max to be set, but still cold air came from the AC. Shut it down was easier. The light switches were a bit messy for us.

Amazing Hotel located in Mestre for those who are looking for a nice and wise costed stay in Venice! Definetly the best choice to stay in this Hotel, so modern, friendly and peaceful. The views to the marina were stunning , the beds super comfy (and huge!) and the breakfast was amazing, the area is spacious and the breakfast itself is simply wonderful with loads of variety on food. Amazed for having options of gluten free on a couple of things and dairy free alternative drinks for those who love their cappuccino in the morning like me! The Hotel is allocated within a walking distance of the bus (around 5 min) that goes straight to Venice which was super helpful. Regardless not being allocated in Venice, staying in NH Venezia Laguna was definetly the best choice rather than an over priced and dated Hotel in Venice, we felt like this was definetly the wisest choice we've done so far for this trip!

Apparently there's a law in Italy that does not allow Hospitality to switch on any kind of air-conditioning from Nov to April , for environmental reasons. Due that , the first Room we got in was just simply a steam room as it faced the sun the most of the day, unbearable to stay in. However, we've called the reception as soon as we stepped in and they happily offered us an upgrade to stay in a fresher room, allocated by the marina side which was amazing and 100% more comfortable.
