This is a clean, inexpensive hotel, conveniently located between the train/bus station and Venice. It is a 6-8 minute walk to the T1 tram, which takes you directly to Venice :) There are also a couple of buses you can take, but we preferred the tram. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge. We didn't purchase the breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

The only negative was the evidence of water damage in the room, room 3, which wasn't repaired. I was a bit concerned that mold could be an issue, but we didn't see or smell any. Had this been properly addressed and repaired, I would give the hotel top scores as it is a good value for the money.

Perfect location for exploring Venice and surrounding area. Bus stop outside to go to Venice or tram stop is a couple of mins walk away. Tram is about 10 mins to Venice and each journey costs Eu1.50. (Tap credit card on board.) Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Tuhin on reception was really friendly and helpful in terms of local area and helping us with car hire booking. We had breakfast at the hotel for convenience which was cheap and basic. Restaurants, supermarket and bars all 5-10 min walk from hotel.

Very friendly staff, they give you detailed information. Mr. Tuhin was very kind to help with many things. Great location, about 15 minutes by bus or tram to the main island and about 10 minutes to Mestre station. They have a lovely open common area on terrace and a cute kitchen. They let us use the coffee machine for hot water anytime of the day. Breakfast was better than I expected. Not many options, but worth the price in my opinion and good quality products. We ate there only the second day and regretted for not booking it for the first day. Overall, lovely stay!

There was no window in our bathroom, so it was too humid every time we took shower or used hot water for a long time to wash something. I would suggest to put a bigger sink with more space to put the things for everyday use.

We have stayed 2 nights at Hotel Guidi and it was nice.Location is perfect,just 2 min walk from bus station that takes you directly to Venice in 7 min drive or 4 min walk to Tram T1 on paralel street.Close to supermarket and restaurants.I also liked the guarded parking for my car,it cost 6 e per day.Bed was comfortable and they clean our room and change our sheets daily. For those coming to Venice first time buy 25e 24h ticket for boat,bus and T1,its worth every penny.

2 things we didnt like is small bathroom and room which looks on the street so it can be a bit noisy because of traffic,but after 12 h activity in Venice you sleep like a baby anyway ;)

I recently spent four nights at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveler, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The location is ideal—just a few minutes from the tram to Venice, a two-minute walk to the bus stop for the airport, and close to a grocery store, which made everything very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. It made my holiday perfect!

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as we were leaving the room very early. The location is a very good one, green area and tram within 3 minutes walk. The tram goes to Venice in Piazzale di Roma in half an hour. The cheapest and fastest. 50 m from the hotel is the bus stop that goes to the center and to the terminal where you leave for the airport. The reception staff is very friendly and can help you. The room was small but particularly clean, everything seemed new. Sheets and towels changed every day. We stayed for 5 days. The hotel is 2 stars but the services exceed 3 stars in some aspects.

Small, renovated and clean hotel. Air conditioning was needed as it was hot weather. Room was just like in photos but still a positive surprise. We stayed one night only on the way back from Adriatic cruise to Venice Airport. It could have been fun to stay one night more just to get to know surrounding residential area better. Anyway we had basic good pasta lunch next door at Trattoria al Camionista. Madame spoke very good English. In the evening we had dinner at Taverna Fontana, which was very good as well. In the early morning, hotel manager Nadim gave us a ride to airport. Remember to ask transportation possibilities, Nadim said they also have a bigger van of 9 seats available. We will definately come back.

However, it’s worth noting that the hotel’s parking spaces are limited, so it's advisable to call ahead to reserve a spot. Alternatively, there are several parking options nearby, typically costing around 50 cents per hour, which is quite convenient.

The location was good. Though it was other side of the Venice, the tram stations was really close, which usually takes 15-20 mins to reach main tourist attractions like Dodge palace and church. Bus stop was like 10mtrs away. Plus the Venice Mestre train station was close as well. The staff was good and cooperative. Cleanliness of the room were good. For Indians, you can find Bombay spice Indian restaurants which was close to this hotel.

Washrooms were really small. I am an average build guy despite this my hands were getting bumped with the walls of bathing area.

Excellent location if you want to go to Venice but stay somewhere a small bit out from it that's a bit quieter, 10 minute tram into Venice and the trams come about every 20 minutes or so and only cost 1 euro 50 cent per trip, also a 30 minute bus ride to the airport as well so really great location, fabulous Indian restaurant a five minute walk from the hotel also. Walls maybe slightly thin in the hotel so hear a bit of noise but for what you pay its excellent no complaints. Would stay again
