The location was a 5 minute walk from the shuttle to Venice. It is worth noting that shuttle seats are few and most people stand for the 20 minute ride. Not for the elderly or the tired...We loved the on-site parking and the freedom it gave us to drive into Venice when preferred. Breakfast was nice. Comfortable and contemporary decor. Spacious safe.

The breakfast waiter (tall thin guy) should not be in this position, specially in direct contact with people. He is hyperactive، not focusing on what he is doing, talking without thinking, running between tables, and being rude. That was the only negative matter. Such an employee should not work in hospitality field.

Out of 7 different places we stayed in Italy, this was the most modern and probably typical of modern hotels. It was nice to have a break from "old" style Italy and have a good bed with an electronic key card. The included breakfast set the benchmark for all of our stays in Italy, which was great. This hotel isn't in Venice proper, therefore you pay less and it is easy to get to Venice via the tram - 15 mins and only about 3-5 minute walk to the tram stop from the hotel. Mestre is not the most attractive area, but if you are using it just for a base for Venice, it is fine.

Could do with a door on the shower, as way too much water can get out. Apart from that, bathroom is great. The gym is basic and the pool probably never gets used because of the cost.

I liked the location, the breakfast, the SPA area, the staff. The staff was very helpful ready to answer our questions, the room was cleaned daily and the SPA wasn't crowded in the first part of the day when we were allowed to enter having a child with us (children are allowed at the SPA area only between 9 - 13:00).

We had a room with glass walls at the toilette area, which i booked liked that but i was hoping there was some type of curtain that you can use to cover the glass wall (the receptionist asked if i want to change the room but we managed without changing). We had some very loud neighbors which firstly moved around the room the furniture and made o lot of noise, they screamed a lot at each other, then had sex with a lot of screaming (it was 00:00 AM) and then started to fight/scream again. I'm guessing that part of the hotel and those rooms (superior with glass walls at toilette area) are targeted by young couples so if you go there with children be aware and ask the receptionist if there is a part of the hotel that is usually more quiet.

We enjoyed very much the diverse options for breakfast - there was something for everyone and we always ate well in the mornings before leaving. The spa facilities were very welcome as well - relaxing and enjoyable! The room was quiet and was a very interesting and relaxing place to stay. If you'd like a Tram (within 5-7 mins walk) that takes you all the way straight over to Venice itself - you can't beat this place. The proximity to the train (15 mins on a bus) from the front door is also very helpful.

The only minor quibble was that the key card for the spa didn't work too well, but that was a quickly fixable problem.

A perfect city break hotel. Clean and modern; extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Location is almost perfect. Bus from the airport stops at the front door - Bus to Venice island leaves from the road behind. Fresh sheets and towels daily which is a big plus for me.

Our original room was directly below a very noisy group who were staying in one of the hotels apartment suites. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest requesting a quieter part of the hotel. I did not complain much the first evening but after 2 sleepless nights the staff changed (and upgraded) our room for our last night. Restaurant has a silly rule where they cannot give you a table unless you're eating. Wanted to go down for a quiet drink on our final evening and had to sit at the bar even though the restaurant was pretty much empty until closing. Management should change that rule - I probably would have ordered food after a few drinks!
