The location was a 5 minute walk from the shuttle to Venice. It is worth noting that shuttle seats are few and most people stand for the 20 minute ride. Not for the elderly or the tired...We loved the on-site parking and the freedom it gave us to drive into Venice when preferred. Breakfast was nice. Comfortable and contemporary decor. Spacious safe.

Clean, organised, calm، reception people... perfect.

The breakfast waiter (tall thin guy) should not be in this position, specially in direct contact with people. He is hyperactive، not focusing on what he is doing, talking without thinking, running between tables, and being rude. That was the only negative matter. Such an employee should not work in hospitality field.

I liked the location, the breakfast, the SPA area, the staff. The staff was very helpful ready to answer our questions, the room was cleaned daily and the SPA wasn't crowded in the first part of the day when we were allowed to enter having a child with us (children are allowed at the SPA area only between 9 - 13:00).

We had a room with glass walls at the toilette area, which i booked liked that but i was hoping there was some type of curtain that you can use to cover the glass wall (the receptionist asked if i want to change the room but we managed without changing). We had some very loud neighbors which firstly moved around the room the furniture and made o lot of noise, they screamed a lot at each other, then had sex with a lot of screaming (it was 00:00 AM) and then started to fight/scream again. I'm guessing that part of the hotel and those rooms (superior with glass walls at toilette area) are targeted by young couples so if you go there with children be aware and ask the receptionist if there is a part of the hotel that is usually more quiet.

i reserved this hotel only because of swimming pool, just know that you should pay extra 25€ per person for swimming pool. daily. whatever you are paying for your room per night, be ready for +25€ extra charge

A perfect city break hotel. Clean and modern; extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Location is almost perfect. Bus from the airport stops at the front door - Bus to Venice island leaves from the road behind. Fresh sheets and towels daily which is a big plus for me.

Our original room was directly below a very noisy group who were staying in one of the hotels apartment suites. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest requesting a quieter part of the hotel. I did not complain much the first evening but after 2 sleepless nights the staff changed (and upgraded) our room for our last night. Restaurant has a silly rule where they cannot give you a table unless you're eating. Wanted to go down for a quiet drink on our final evening and had to sit at the bar even though the restaurant was pretty much empty until closing. Management should change that rule - I probably would have ordered food after a few drinks!

This was a fantastic place to stay - We spent one night in the family room with two children . The rooms were sparkling clean with some tasty biscuits as a welcome . We reached slightly earlier than check in , but on request they enabled a slightly earlier check in . Venice is just a tram away and very convenient . Staff were very helpful and gave detailed directions and recommendations on restaurant and travel . We enjoyed the breakfast next morning and it was a wonderful spread . We also used the spa and sauna which was absolute value for money . Would fully recommend .

Had dinner at the restaurant but didn’t meet our expectations .

We liked everything. Location – about 5 minutes by leisurely walk to the tram stop, 10-15 minutes by bus to Venice Island. Breakfast buffet (good choice). The room was large, with a modern design. It was clean. The hotel is a beautiful, new, modern building, and everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. When we arrived and checked out, a young woman was working at the reception. Unfortunately, I didn't remember her name. But we want to say a huge thank you to her!

We didn't use the spa (sauna and pool), but I went to see this place. It was nice. The cost of the spa was quite expensive (18 euros for 4 hours). To be honest, I can't imagine people coming to Venice and spending 4 hours at the spa. In fact, I've never seen people in a spa. It would be great if guests had the opportunity to visit the spa for one hour for 5 euros. I really hope that this will be possible on our next visit to Venice.

It’s cleanness It’s accessible Staff are multilingual I’m happy they communicated in basic English. They helped me book taxi, they appeared welcoming and professional.

However I wasn’t happy with the bed It was 2 single beds put together to make a double bed, it was very uncomfortable so I didn’t enjoy my sleep, I kept waking up at night because the single beds have pulled apart from each other, so I had to sleep either on each side of the bed which was very uncomfortable as I couldn’t turn and sleep freely. I reported this to the staff and suggested they get zip link mattresses to improve guest satisfaction. Zip link mattresses are 2 single mattresses that can be zipped into one king sized bed and doesn’t pull apart. It can also be separated to form 2 single beds.
