Location was perfect. Two minutes from bus station and 4 stops to main station in Venice. Rooms are comfortable. Pictures of the property are true. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Parking is safe. Don’t go to the “center” of Venice. Come here, park your car, take the bus and enjoy. Staff is the best!! They showed us everything, booked us a tour for Murano, Burano, Torcello for third of the price in the city. Don’t try anywhere else - go to Delle Rose!🌹

Great location, 20 mins by bus to the Venice center. Very tasty and good breakfast, good quality coffee. Great service and great staff! Thank you Alex and Mauro for a wonderful time and your advice/support. Comfortable beds, very clean. It’s a great family hotel, I can recommend it to everyone. Service level is high, staff is attentive and friendly, always help. Next to the hotel there is a taverna, where we are 2 times and it was tasty. We liked everything and especially a bar at the hotel, we met nice people there from different countries. Good WiFi.

Everything! The People of the hotel were so nice to us! They helped us pick out the restaurants, they helped to take the bus, what we could do in the area.. really great! The breakfast was alsof very good! A lot of variety! We could check in till late in the afternoon, that was no problem.. Even the restaurant of the hotel ( little further in the street) did everything great! A lot of choice and typical italian dishes.. if we had a request, they did it with pleasure! We will definitly come back! Greatings from belgium!

The hotel is small, but very cosy. It has great location, very close to bus stop as well as tram stop to Venice. There is a grocery shop nearby. The room was very clean, breakfast rich and the receptionists were helpful and kind.

It was an error fare, very cheap and the staff was smiling and wish a good stay for me in the hotel for the incredible price. The breakfast was excellent too!

A bed is too soft under the back

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We arrived late, after the check-in time, but the receptionist kindly waited for us and made sure we were settled in – such amazing service! The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. They explained exactly how to get to Venice and made everything easy for us. Our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Great value for money – you get much more than you’d expect at this price. The location is excellent: quiet, yet perfectly connected to Venice and nearby areas. Overall, a warm, welcoming place with a team that truly cares. We’ll definitely be coming back! :)

I rate this hotel 10/10, because - the rooms were perfectly clean with no smell, and even though they weren’t freshly renovated, it was very comfortable! - they allowed me to do an early check in at 11 am with no additional charges - the guy at the reception was extremely helpful, he kindly explained to me how to get to Venice for 1,5€ one way, and even draw everything on the map and gave it to me - the location is wonderful if you wanna stay in a silent area without overpaying - the AC was working perfectly which made the sleep very comfortable during summer weather

- make sure to get the vanity set with you (such as shower caps, q-tips, etc.) - I still give it a 10/10, for this money it’s a great value, no more disadvantages

We received a very warm welcome on arrival and checked in swiftly. The receptionist was very knowledgeable about the area and transport links. He provided us with a map and other leaflets to help us during our stay. The room was warm, very clean and comfortable although a little dated in decor. This did not affect our stay though. Breakfast was of continental style and was plentiful, lots of variety and very tasty with good coffee! A takeaway breakfast was prepared for us on the day we checked out as we had to leave at 7am. Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am. Hotel is close to 2 restaurants, 2 bars, an ice cream parlour, a pizza takeaway and supermarket. We used all but the bars and were impressed, especially the restaurant almost next door to the hotel (see pic). Proper homemade Italian food, absolutely delicious pasta and tiramisu!

There was nothing not to like.

We had a nice stay at Hotel Delle Rose. The staff at the reception was very helpful to guide us to nearby restaurants, transport into Venice but also went above and beyond to communicate in Italian to some other hotels we had questions for afterwards in our trip. We definitely appreciated the help and felt they cared about their customers. The room was clean, everything worked properly. Strong AC we were never hot — even cold if we forget it on!

Breakfast was ok, nothing crazy but was very serviceable. Buffet style: Hard-boiled eggs, collection pastries, coffee, cheese and sliced ham, juices and may be forgetting a few other items. Not bad at all, just not an open buffet with cooks / high gastronomy. No waiting time so good for a quick breakfast. It depends what you look for. Mestre is slightly far from Venice we found — not that it’s the hotel’s fault. It’s well located close to Tram 1 that goes straight to Venice. It’s just you wouldn’t come back to the hotel mid-day, it’s more you leave in the morning and come back once the visit is over for the day. That said overall the experience here was very good!
