Perfect location, 5-min walk to bus and tram stops from which you can get to Piazzale Roma in 20 min. The house was perfectly quiet during our stay. We had a room next to the hotel door, nonetheless, we heard no disturbing sounds both from the other guests and from the street. The furnishing and equipment are a bit old, but the room was cleaned properly; bedsheets and towels were fresh (I think towels were changed every day). The neighborhood is very peaceful, a short distance to Mestre center with some restaurants, and a 10-min walk to the well-stocked supermarket.

There is nothing to "report" in my opinion.

Check in . Arrived at the property at the time I told them I would arrive. Waited and waited. The door bell at address of the property as indicated by Booking.com does not work. AND the actual entrance is round the corner,. But even at this other entrance the bell does not ring. Apparently one has to call them on the mobile again, , but there is no sign to advice you have to call them.

Very comfy and beautiful room.

The room is on the first floor, so in the morning some people were talking very loudly outside of our window. We had only one (not full) roll of toilet paper, and there was no one to ask for it. When we had to check out, we were like 5 min later and the cleaner was already angry.

I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who would like value for their money. The rooms are clean and you get clean towels. There is wifi. The accommodation is close to a tram stop which takes you too venice. The tram arrives every 10min. The neighborhood is quite and outside the chaos. There is a local pizza place Volente around the corner with the best take away pizzas.

A kettle in the room would have been nice.

Firstly it would have been easier if they had mentioned that the entrance it's on Via Giuseppe Giusti but it was not that hard to find it. Once I checked in, the process was straightforward, but I didn't see the receptionist again throughout my stay. The furnishings in the room were a bit fussy, but this is a matter of taste. However, the bed was old but comfortable, which was a relief. The room was clean, but it was outdated, which may not be to everyone's liking. Additionally, the heating system was noisy, so I couldn't use it during the night. Nonetheless, it was helpful that I could control it in my own room and made the room warm pretty fast. The bathroom was more modern than the room, but there was a strong smell, which was unpleasant, and the shower had spots of mold. This was the only thing that really bothered me during my stay. However, I generally only need a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed for a short stay, so it wasn't a significant issue. The location of the villa was convenient as it was close to the tram, which took me to Venice. Some people in other reviews have complained about the accommodation, but they haven't mentioned the good price for the location, which I found to be a positive. Overall, this accommodation may be suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location over amenities. However, potential guests should be aware of the outdated room decor and the issue with the bathroom's smell and mold.

The villa is very well located, easily accessible by public transport. The style of the building, it's furnishing, and the garden gave us a really good Italian impression. Staff was hospitable, they had let our luggage stored at our early arrival.

The best localization to go to Venice and back to airports. Close to Tram and bus station - 200 metres, 20 minutes walk to train station, 5 minutes to tram. !0 minutes walk to shopping centre (recomenided), nice coffeteria for breakfast and very nice restaurant for dinner. Absolutely fantastick and friendly owners and staff.

The "villa" was an impressive older house. Good location, max. 10 minutes on foot to public transportation. Quiet area, but also close to bars and restaurants. The room was clean, with a small fridge, a big bathroom.

The room was a bit cold (though not bad during summer stays). The floors were a bit crocked. The double bed had 2 small single mattresses put together - not ideal.

When the sun had just set and the street lights were still on, I shivered and pushed the box to the hotel, and saw a villa surrounded by trees. There were no lights or people around, and the cold wind blew through me for a while and I was afraid. Then I found out it was the back of the hotel! When we arrived at the entrance of the hotel, the people who checked in came quickly. As soon as I came in, I was fainted by the heating in the cozy room, so happy. It's completely different from the feeling when I first arrived... The facilities in the room are a little old, but they are very spacious and very warm. Perfect for the price. There are several stations within a 6-minute walk nearby, so it is very convenient to go to the island.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Access to public transport into Venice and to the airport was very good

The area was rather dull, with nowhere to get a drink or even a cup of coffee when you arrive back in the evening.
