crown Plaza as always has great overall everything. The breakfast, the late night bar and pizzas, the rooms everything was great. The hotel is at a great location just 2 mints walk from the train station. The regional train takes u to venice in 30 mints with 3.5 euro/side tiket. The train areivws almost wvery half hour. amazing amazing trip for me and my wife. will definetly come again . the hotel staf was amazing too. the only problem I see is the old acceseries in the washroom, leaking and not comfy at all. along with the carpet which needs to be replaced. its not hygenic at all. The matresses in the rooms are really old. please work on that.

The shuttle service from airport was crap. They asked us to wait for one hour and then when the cab arrived, there was room for only 8 people and there were more than 18 of us. Eventually the remaining people had to book two separate taxis and we paid for the taxi fare. So around 1.5 hrs wasted and money paid out of own pocket. Would have been nice if they had informed us earlier and we would have gotten the taxi ourselves and at least saved some time

Very friendly and efficiently run. We didn’t think about booking the airport shuttle in advance and when I phoned from the airport at the last minute they said they didn’t have a driver available but would pay for our taxi. Room (double and twin beds) was large and comfortable. Shuttle back to the airport very efficient and breakfast at 9 euros was plentiful and tasty. 15 minutes from Venice airport. Would recommend.

We chose this location because we had a very early flight from the airport so wanted to stay nearby rather than in Venice proper the night before our flight. The hotel is extremely easy to get to from Venice - we took a train and it lets you off basically right in front of the hotel. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport, otherwise they do have a shuttle, but it wasn't running as early as we needed it. The beds were very comfortable, but otherwise we were at the hotel very briefly.

The front desk was so kind, always responding to questions on WhatsApp and in person. They were accommodating and helped me book the free airport shuttle for the next day. Very comfortable room and exceptionally clean. They provided us with a complimentary water as well. Their breakfast spread was amazing, so many options, and it really helped fuel us for our long travel day.

There was only 1 towel in the bathroom for the two of us. Nothing a quick run to the front desk couldn't fix though.

Staff were very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Had a problem with a room upgrade that we had opted for on booking. com which the hotel hadn't been informed about. But the staff handled the problem very efficiently and found us a larger room the next day as it became available and also discounted the price for the mix up. Hotel location is about 20 mins away from Venice centre but the hotel is conveniently situated next to a train station.

Room decor is a bit dated and could do with updating. Apart from that, nothing to really complain about. Would I stay there again? Yes I would.

The hotel is lovely. It has a free shuttle bus that picks you up from the airport in Venice. You have to request that pick up. It's about a 15 minute drive from Venice Airport. The hotel itself is situated in the countryside but there was a train behind that could take you into Venice. I didn't take the train I was happy just to stay in the hotel and have a drink in their terrace. The hotel is excellent value if you have an early flight . The restaurant was excellent as well. Overall I had a lovely stay there. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included and was a nice variety of pastries eggs fruits. Delicious!!

If you are travelling to Venice and you are looking for a hotel for your stay I would definitely recommend you to check the availability of Crowne Plaza. It is located literally at the train station of Quarto d’Altino and you can reach Venice in 20 min. The hotel offers free parking for the quests, the service is excellent and it is very clean. Breakfast was perfect, the room corresponded to the one selected during the booking process and was big enough to accommodate a family of four.

The breakfast and dinner great. Staffs very professional .The room very clean and spacious. The location superb and very close to the train station where we got the direct train to the centre of Venice island. In fact the hotel is just about 1 minutes or less walk to to train station. I also found it useful that the train run frequently.

I am not sure at this point what could have been better but I can have a think and come back to this review if I think of anything.

As I was traveling by car, this was a perfect spot, not far from Venice and Padua. The location is VERY special, right across there is a train station that in 15 minutes will take you right inside Venice, tickets not expensive. There was enough parking space available. I can recommend the breakfast, coffee was very good with a variety of pastries, hot meals, etc. Reception staff was very nice and extremely helpful! Close to the hotel, a very good family-run pizzeria named Stop Pizza, they speak English.
