The main highlight is the staff. They are all very attentive, and I never had any issues communicating with them in English. They are also incredibly flexible, and I think they’re the most responsive hotel staff I've ever encountered. Just a WhatsApp message any question, and you'll get an answer in the first 2 mins! The location is also a strong point—literally right across from the train station! You don’t hear the trains much; it’s pretty well "soundproofed". Plus, there are loads of restaurants nearby!

The room I stayed in had very, very poor Wi-Fi (pages struggled to load, and my speed ranged from 1 to 3 Mbps at best). Perhaps implementing a mesh system (or a Wi-Fi extender) for the second floor would be a good solution? There’s also no "Do Not Disturb" sign for the doors, so the housekeepers will stop by and knock at some point regardless if you're sleeping or not (it's not their fault, they're doing their job perfectly fine!). These are pretty much the only two issues I encountered.

Needed a place to stop for the night on our Italian road trip. Chose Relais Toti BeB for its accessibility off the autostrada and available parking. We took advantage of the train station across the street to take a 20 minute train into Venice for dinner (6 euros round trip). I can imagine if I was staying in the Venice area longer that Relais Toti BeB would be a great option because you can easily come in and out of Venice, plus you can travel to other nearby towns. We also enjoyed the history of the property, which is the former home of a famous Italian soprano, Toti Dal Monte. Thank you!

The place is unique! The host is very kind, welcomed us very well! The villa is just wonderful and the room very cozy with a modern bathroom and everything you need. There is secure parking. The best thing is that the train station is just opposite and from there you can catch a train to Venice. But it was very quiet in the evening and we were able to rest. The breakfast was great too.. there was variety of food and the homemade cakes and pastries were so delicious! I also recommend the homemade kiwi jam that the host sells, it's great!

Very nice, small and quiet Hotel in an old, renovated Villa. From the backyard you can enter the train station, 20 min (2 stops) to Venice Santalucia. It was very astonishing that we didn’t hear the trains in the Hotel although close by. Very quiet place. Ideal location to stay for a Venice visit and to avoid expensive Hotels. Excellent Breakfast, fresh and homemade cake is served by the owner every morning.

Everything ok

This is a very special place brimming with history, character and good energy. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Its proximity to the station was so convenient. And despite being so close to the station it was still very quiet.

The room was a little small but the outside terrace space made up for it. I think they could leave complimentary water on arrival rather than charge triple as part of the mini bar to what you’d pay in the local supermarket.

The room was exactly as stated in the description. We had everything we needed in the room, including a mini bar with water. You could also set the temperature of the radiators, which comes in handy in the colder winter months. The rooms are tastefully furnished, the modern intertwines with the old. They have their own parking lot, inside the fence. The train station is just across the street. The train goes very often to Venice Santa Lucia, but it should be taken into account that the train can also be crowded. The hosts are very friendly. Upon request, they also offered us gluten-free products, for which we were very grateful. They even offer their own products, like cake and wine.

The owner and the receptionist are the most kind and open-minded people that we could meet there. The room has been cleaned everyday which was amazing to lay in fresh made bed every night. Moreover, the breakfasts served in the hotel garden were so delicious and nice. These little moments in the mornings when sitting with hot coffee and homemade cake were one of our favorites. We can fully recommend this place for future customers. The location is perfect bc the train station which is located sth abt 50m from hotel offers trips to for eg. Venezia, Verona and Jesolo.

the property is very close to the train station. the main owner is cool

no free water bottle, no shampoo, no electric kettle which is basic. the lady staff was not at all friendly and wasted our time and was arrogant during our check out. it was clearly mentioned on our ticked that the check out time is 12pm but she came to our room at 11.20am and asked that they have taken next booking earlier and we need to check out. we told her what was mentioned on our booking but she still wasted our time. she even clicked picture of our booking confirmation as she mentioned that they had communicated booking.com for early check out. also AC was not working on day 1 and when asked we were told that AC is not working and it will be repaired by next day

I made reservation 30 minutes before accommodation. I received very quick answer. The accommodation was very professional and friendly to me and to my children. The building was like castle: very beautiful and stylish, but modern. Very quiet, clean and convenient. And the breakfast was amazing: very delicious and generous. It was the best accommodation in Italy during 5 day journey.

We booked this accommodation because it had check in until midnight, however, after booking and marking that we will arrive between 23 and 00, they messaged us that it is late check in and that it is 20 EUR extra for check in after 21:00 o’Clock even tough it was nowhere stated. We have arrived at 21:40 and they charged us this 20 EUR extra although the regular staff was still there. Next day we have asked if we could leave our car in the yard for few hours to go to Venice by train, they said yes but it is 15 EUR extra (some lousy insurance excuse). We refused as it was clear that they want to rip you off wherever they can. Generally, not very welcoming staff.
