The main highlight is the staff. They are all very attentive, and I never had any issues communicating with them in English. They are also incredibly flexible, and I think they’re the most responsive hotel staff I've ever encountered. Just a WhatsApp message any question, and you'll get an answer in the first 2 mins! The location is also a strong point—literally right across from the train station! You don’t hear the trains much; it’s pretty well "soundproofed". Plus, there are loads of restaurants nearby!

The room I stayed in had very, very poor Wi-Fi (pages struggled to load, and my speed ranged from 1 to 3 Mbps at best). Perhaps implementing a mesh system (or a Wi-Fi extender) for the second floor would be a good solution? There’s also no "Do Not Disturb" sign for the doors, so the housekeepers will stop by and knock at some point regardless if you're sleeping or not (it's not their fault, they're doing their job perfectly fine!). These are pretty much the only two issues I encountered.

Just like in the pictures. Perfectly located next to railway station if you prefer to use a train as transport to Venice. That is our recommendation, of course. Lovely Hotel, in an old refurbished building. Apartment was nice, very clean and spacios enough for our family (3 adults and 1 child). It also had a beatifull terace. Parking place was also available for our car. Breakfast was ok. Host was great, proveded to us all informations we need. We will definitely like to come back.

Needed a place to stop for the night on our Italian road trip. Chose Relais Toti BeB for its accessibility off the autostrada and available parking. We took advantage of the train station across the street to take a 20 minute train into Venice for dinner (6 euros round trip). I can imagine if I was staying in the Venice area longer that Relais Toti BeB would be a great option because you can easily come in and out of Venice, plus you can travel to other nearby towns. We also enjoyed the history of the property, which is the former home of a famous Italian soprano, Toti Dal Monte. Thank you!

The host Riccardo was very friendly and helpful. He spoke some English which was a great help. We enjoyed his company and his breakfasts and homemade cakes. The room was very acceptable. It took a little while for the hot water to come through, but once it did the shower was good. A gorgeous old villa, 1783. Secure with gates and right near the Mogliano Station. Lovely gardens too; put a smile on my face to be back in Italy.

Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Venice. It’s across from the trainstation and within 20 minutes you are in Venice. The villa is very beautiful with a big garden around it. The host is very nice. The breakfast is good, with enough choices, homemade pie and a great cappuccino. Next to the villa is the restaurant of the owner: assaggi beccofino. We had a good meal there. In the neighboorhood are also some other nice restaurants.

We chose the accommodation because of its accessibility to the train station, which turned out to be a great choice - you can be standing on the platform in a minute. The whole accommodation is surrounded by a large and peaceful garden with parking and outdoor seating. The host was very nice, the breakfast varied - I would definitely recommend the accommodation as an ideal location to travel to Venice, Padua and Verona by train.

The place is unique! The host is very kind, welcomed us very well! The villa is just wonderful and the room very cozy with a modern bathroom and everything you need. There is secure parking. The best thing is that the train station is just opposite and from there you can catch a train to Venice. But it was very quiet in the evening and we were able to rest. The breakfast was great too.. there was variety of food and the homemade cakes and pastries were so delicious! I also recommend the homemade kiwi jam that the host sells, it's great!

Very nice, small and quiet Hotel in an old, renovated Villa. From the backyard you can enter the train station, 20 min (2 stops) to Venice Santalucia. It was very astonishing that we didn’t hear the trains in the Hotel although close by. Very quiet place. Ideal location to stay for a Venice visit and to avoid expensive Hotels. Excellent Breakfast, fresh and homemade cake is served by the owner every morning.

This is a very special place brimming with history, character and good energy. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Its proximity to the station was so convenient. And despite being so close to the station it was still very quiet.

The room was a little small but the outside terrace space made up for it. I think they could leave complimentary water on arrival rather than charge triple as part of the mini bar to what you’d pay in the local supermarket.

The room was exactly as stated in the description. We had everything we needed in the room, including a mini bar with water. You could also set the temperature of the radiators, which comes in handy in the colder winter months. The rooms are tastefully furnished, the modern intertwines with the old. They have their own parking lot, inside the fence. The train station is just across the street. The train goes very often to Venice Santa Lucia, but it should be taken into account that the train can also be crowded. The hosts are very friendly. Upon request, they also offered us gluten-free products, for which we were very grateful. They even offer their own products, like cake and wine.
