Loved the breakfast, so many options to choose from. I travelled with my kids and they couldn’t wait to wake up and go to breakfast. The hotel is very quiet, so when you do want some rest, you are not disturbed by outside noise or other guests in the hotel.

The website and reviews state that the bus for Venice is just around the corner. The bus stop is a good 15 min walk from the hotel (fast paced), and at night the street lighting is not that great, so returning to the hotel past 10 pm is a bit scary with two children.

There was a good vibe in the pool area. One of the staff helped with printing my train tickets. Comfortable bed and quiet room.

The hotel is a bit run down and could do with a makeover. The pillows were terrible. We ate at the restaurant which was ok but a staff member said he would bring us two more spritz when we had only just started on the first. We said no thanks not yet and he bought them anyway. We sent them back saying we hadn’t ordered them but they were still on the bill. They were taken off the bill with no drama but I have read other guests have had the same thing happen.

Such an amazing experience! Definitely the best choice for a hotel in this region. I have to highlight the excellent location and connectivity with the surroundings. The bus to Venice is just a few minutes walk away and is a great way to get around Venice (maps and directions can be obtained from the friendly staff at the reception). While you are in Venice, be completely calm because your car is in a safe and spacious parking lot. The rooms are incredible, at the same time you have a direct connection to the highway and the settlement where there are a large number of restaurants and markets, and the silence and peace in the room are next level. The insulation in this hotel should be studied as a true example. The cleanliness is at an enviable level, and the real treasure is the very comfortable beds and pillows. I would especially like to praise the friendly staff who are there to make your stay even more enjoyable. Many thanks to Mr. Michele for his approach, help and humanity. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The place is clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff was generally very friendly, especially Giovanna, who was wonderful with our children and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Overall, we still highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and the lovely attitude of most staff members – especially Giovanna!

The only downside was the morning breakfast staff, who were not very polite and even made negative comments about guests, which was disappointing and didn’t match the kindness of the rest of the team.

Overal a normal hotel, convenient public transport connection to Venice, convenient car parking.

The place seemed a bit chaotic. It has some rules for breakfast and during check in we were not informed about it. The next morning we found out that together with the key we had also got special cards for breakfast. You have to give them to the hotel staff. We did not know, so had to go back to the room and get it. Also the breakfast card indicates your time slot for breakfast. That we did not know as well, but luckily we came at the right time. It was saturday and the place was crowded with guests, so the elevators and breakfast area felt a bit like Sparta :-) however, if you are ready for that, it is not a big problem, I believe.

The staff were super friendly and a great help during our stay! Our first night we got in after 11pm and our tv wasn’t working in our room- reception got someone up straight away and then offered for us to swap rooms as the tv would need repairing. They were also very onto it with another issue with our toilet during our stay when it didn’t stop flushing. Room was very clean and had everything we needed in it! Bus stop to get to Venice is about 14 ish min walk away, not too far, and a supermarket close by as well (4min) we found it convenient for us!

The staff was courteous and attended to the enquiries and requirements. The rooms and washrooms were clean. Locationwise also , it is well connected to venezia Mestre train station and Venice through Buses. Terraglio teano bus stop is at a walking distance.

The Hotel provided only 2 water bottles for a family of four i.e. for the first day only. So, if I book rooms on 2 consecutive days ,separately, I may get more water:)..no distinction between number of members also, same for 2 bed/4 bed room.....pointed this out as we had completely different experience in Holiday inn in Rome.....something to ponder about for Novotel. Also, lotions and moisturizers were not available and even for available things like dental kit etc. one had to go down to the reception to get these things . Ideally, these should be supplied upto the rooms.

We loved the location, close to the airport, 10 kms to Venice. Also close to a mall where you can have lunch or do some shopping. The outdoor pool was great for the kids and we enjoyed a dip to cool off in the hot temperature. We loved the restaurant downstairs. We took the option with breakfast which was very good. We went as a family with 2 kids and they found something to eat each day as did we. The cappuccino and fresh baked croissants were incredible.

The rooms are a little dated and the room had an odd smell everytime we came back to the room.

We booked this hotel last minute because our return flight was cancelled and it was the best decision we made. They gave me an offer and discount for booking an extra night. The food was amazing! I recommend the margarita pizza and fries! Soo good. The staff were so so kind and polite they gave me directions to local places I needed to visit they changed our room when my son was sick and I was feeling sick from the smell and were so helpful with anything else we needed. They have electric bikes right outside that you can hire and cycle around we used them to go to a local high street/shopping centre it was 10 mins away by bike and lovely and very classy. There is also a Lidl literally 2 min walk away and they were really helpful let us hang out at the hotel after checkout for 8 hours because our flight was 1am and kept our bags stored for us free of charge. They really made a stressful situation so much better and I am very grateful to the staff for that. The hotel is clean the bathrooms are very clean and I have no complaints. They also have a lovely pool we didn’t use it but say around it a lot and it was a lovely chilling area.

Nothing, honestly and genuinely it was a great great hotel.

The communication with the hotel before arrival was a bit hard. I either got a late reply or none at all. The Location is a bit further away from Venice, but on the other side it’s quite near the Highway if you travel by car. The nearest bus station is about 400m from the hotel. After one stop you have to switch to the number 2 bus which goes directly to piazalle Roma.
