One of the best offers at a great price in this place. There are two different bus stops nearby, from which you can quickly reach Venice. Across the road, there is also a shop where you can buy bus tickets. Paid, inexpensive parking is available along the street. Two large supermarkets are in close proximity. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and coupons are provided for a small breakfast at the corner bar, such as a croissant and coffee.

The room is pretty small, but it’s ok for this price

I was staying there for a one-week "workaction" and it was very well suited for this purpose of working during the day and visiting the city in the afternoon. There is a bus station 2 minutes away that brings you to Venice within 15 minutes.

The heater didn't work, but other than that it was a good deal for the price

Everything was perfect for our stay in Venice! The host was very helpful with the checkin, the bus stop is just near the place (15 min to Venice Island), supermarkets nearby and with a fair price for the accomodation.

Unfortunately the weather was a little bit too cold, and there was nothing that the host could have done, at this time of the year. There was an AC in the room, and we used it to warm up a bit, but I will just advise you to bring some thick pijamas 😁.

The property owner was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. She provided us with valuable recommendations and detailed information for making the most of our visit to Venice. The accommodation was spotless, tastefully furnished, and included convenient parking. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay, and we believe this property truly deserves a score well above 10 out of 10.

The place is exactly what the name suggests - easy Venice rooms - in a good way. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but very simply furnished. Nevertheless, we didn't miss much. There were enough clean towels, soap in the bathroom and even a coffee machine and a small fridge in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We had the room facing the courtyard and were able to sleep peacefully. The location is perfect for visiting Venice by bus.

Very convenient to arrive with a car for a private parking spot that was closed up from the streets and safe. Basic room interior but everything one needs to sleep. Close walking distance to city center bakeries bars and restaurants. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Also, if you have an emergency, she was there very quickly Overall great stay

Very clean, perfect location, very close to the train station and Venice city. I arrived past the check in time but Teresa send me very clear instructions on how to get in and was an easy experience. She also left a coupon for breakfast next door which was very lovely. Great overall experience, as a female solo traveller I felt very safe and looked after.

Clean and tidy, not too far from the railway station. There's a fabulous restaurant, Ristorante Dante I think it's called, about ten minutes walk away.

I could not operate the coffee pod machine in the corridor, and it was challenging that the hallway was not lit - I couldn't find a light switch.

Very clean, teresa and the other lady where extremely helpful and pleasant. I would recommend it!! The Location was very close to supermarket and a bus stop.

The neighborhood wasn't great but not bad either

Simple but tastefully presented, clean and practical with everything I needed for a wonderful two day visit of the city of Venice with my son and his girlfriend. The bus to the city is cheap and can be caught just outside the accommodation.
