The breakfast consisting of a freshly baked pastry and a hot drink was delicious. The girl working in the cafe was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to go to the cafe every morning and feel so welcome. Thank you Martina :-) The location of the accommodation is great! It's just in 3 stops from the train station (a few minutes on bus 2). You can also walk there on Via Piave and it takes about 15 minutes. The same bus 2 goes to Piazzale Roma in Venice (the bus station) in 10-15 minutes. The bus stop is in a very close proximity to the property. Bus & boat passes can be bought in the tobacco shop just opposite of the bus stop which is called Piave Puccina. I stayed in room 102 on the first floor and the room was spacios with a big double bed and a single bed. It has the basics and the beds were comfortable. There is a balcony facing the street as well. On the first floor there are 3 rooms with a common kitchen and 2 spacious and clean bathrooms. There is a washing machine as well. Andrea was very friendly and helpful whenever I had some requests and I appreciate it :-). The key to the room was in a box attached to the building's door and retrieved with the code Andrea sent me on WhatsApp. There is a very nice supermarket very close to the accommodation, just around the corner on Via Carducci (the same street leading to the cafe).

The kitchen needs to be equipped better with proper pots, cups etc. Also, the quality of cleaning needs to be monitored closely. Overall, I had a very good stay for a budget accommodation (£24 per night breakfast included) and I will be happy to be back if I visit Venice again. the room was preaty clean and disinfected as promoted, view was great and it was quiet. Good place to spend a night when traveling and want to take a break have a shower. i recommend it as long as you dont want anything fancy. Cheers

The fact that it is advertised as a B&B but there was no sign of breakfast, our floor had 3 rooms, a bathroom and that's all, in the morning i was searching for the breakfast room with no luck, idk if there was a separate lovation for breakfast that i didnt find. Also the owner didnt mention anything about breakfast when we arrived at spot

Good value for money, about 15 minute walk to Mestre train station, shops nearby, the croissant and coffee was nice for breakfast at the owner's coffee shop (about 5 minute walk from the B&B).

The neighborhood was not the best, we didn't feel that safe walking at night. Walls are thin, you can hear everything from the hallway. Only 1 chair in the room.

It is a 10/15 minute walk from the bus/train station that takes you right into Venice so very convenient. The shared bathroom was very clean with staff cleaning everyday. There was also certain toiletries provided along with snacks and juice in the room too. It was also very secure with several locked doors between the rooms and the street/ common areas. Great selection of cafes and restaurants minutes away too.

I was very satisfied with accomodation, it was above my expectation. I spent one night with family. Room was large with balcony. There is shared kitchen well equiped, and two shared large bathrooms. Location is great, the host is very polite and helpful. Bus station is near (bus 2 is for old Venice), I could see it from the balcony, train station is 3 bus station away, around 900m from facility. Also italian breakfast is include, it is served in the bar closed to accomodation. They have parking on request, must be reserved. I really recommend it for short stay.

Shared bathroom was my concern, but it's turn out good, they are clean and large and there are two of them, so it wasn't problem at all.

Easy to find accommodation, 20 minutes walk on 1 street from the train station. We called, warned about the time of our arrival. The manager was waiting for us. The room was spacious and clean. There are 2 shared bathrooms, everything was clean there too.

The fridge was a mess and it was full. Dirty hood. It would be nice if you had more dishes. It was nice that breakfast was included. But don't count on a hearty breakfast: just coffee and a croissant. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the cafe where breakfast is served.

Good position, you can reach Venice quickly and at low cost. Breakfast included in a coffee quite close to the apartment. Huge shared bathroom and kitchen

There was a problem with another guest, he hadn't reply from the host and his complaints disturbed all the apartment, that's cause nobody replied at his calls until he resolved

Spacious room with AC. Location was good, with a direct bus to Venice just 2 min walking from the hostel. Our room was independent but had acess to the hostel kitchen. Breakfast was simple but good: a coffee/cappucino and a croissant at the owner´s bakery. Possible to leave the backpacks in the check out day.

Not to bad, but a little annoying if you are tired: The check in and breakfast is at the owner´s bakery, which is 5/7 min walking from the hostel.

The room was clean and spacious, shower was also clean with soap, shampoo and towels provided. Kitchen was nice too with breakfast and coffee available. B&B is also in good location, there are several restaurants nearby and a bus station with easy access to central Venice.
