I stayed in one of the new apartments just a 10 minute walk from the main residence. It was a very spacious apartment with a large private patio and garden area. The apartment was within easy walking distance to bus stop (5minutes) and the train station was about a 20 minute walk. There is a large grocery store about 15 minute walk away which has a good selection of ready made meals, hot table, sushi and bakery. There is also large wine, beer and alcohol selection. It is located in a shopping mall with other food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not dine at the on site restaurant since I’m travelling solo but the grilling smelt delicious and they were busy so obviously a popular place. The main residence is located on a farm property just on the edge of Mestre and the apartment I stayed in was located on the edge of a residential area which was quiet. Venice was very easy to reach by public transportation from this location and staying here away from the city was very pleasant and I felt safe. If I get to return to the area, I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it, with enthusiasm, to others travelling to Venice.

Would have like lounger chairs for my patio since it was a sunny location to relax but there was a table for 4 as well as patio chairs for 4.

Excellent location for day trips to Venice. Only 15 mins walk to the local station where there are trains every half hour to Venice Santa Lucia. Download the trainapp from trenItalia and the tickets are around 1.50 per person per trip. The apartment was nice, high ceilings, with a kitchen and great bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Easy checkin as the hosts are on the premises. Free parking for those with a car-which is a bonus.

I understand that in a rental apartment, you don't want the best kitchenware but it would be good to have some sharper knives for preparing food.

Great location. Nicely placed residence in nature and really close to the train station, supermarket etc. Going to Venice while leaving the car and personal stuff at the well guarded hotel is awesome. Owner is really nice and welcoming.

Although the apartment was cleaned just before arrival you can see many spots that are more dirty and that haven’t been cleaned in a while. It would be nice to have a bit of coffee pads and thea bags around on arrival.

Very convenient place if you plan a trip to Venice - Train station just 10 min walk from the apartment. The pool is very nice and if it’s hot outside- it’s a big benefit. The restaurant - nice, cosy, good food. There is a supermarket nearby to get a breakfast or lunch from various suppliers. The personnel is very nice.

The apartment suits only for a short stay. The location is not nice for enjoying the view or etc. The apartment old fashion and could be renewed. You can hear the noise of the train and road nearby, so keep in mind if it could bother you.

It’s fantastic! Outdoor lounge swings, pool. Couches were great place for fun and relaxation. Fully equipped apartment with everything we needed to cook and enjoy while saving money. Grocery stores and big shopping mall are just a few minutes walk. The train station is only ten minute walk and frequent trains to Venice run every half hour for just €1.50 one way. Larger apartment had clothes washer (detergent provided), spacious drying rack, and huge eat out balcony. All cabinets are IKEA modern, easy to prep meals! 24/7 Nespresso machine makes great espresso! On premise restaurant (open Wed to Sunday) had what we think were our best meals in Italy (7 weeks). Wood fired grill makes their steaks amazing. Try mixed grill for just €17.00. Grill is for locals. Not tourists, menu is in Italian only. But let staff choose for you! Highly recommend.

Having to leave when our stay was over.

The property is lovely. Set on its own with a fabulous pool area & a restaurant attached. The meal there was gorgeous. The staff were very helpful & friendly. We really enjoyed our stay & would absolutely recommend it.

Nothing not to like - but a couple of suggestions. The Air conditioning in the apartment was only in the communal areas in our apartment, not the bedrooms which were hot. Also it may be nice to have a little 'Welcome' pack in your room with Tea & coffee & milk.

The location of this accommodation is really great and despite being close to the hospital and train station, it was really quiet. The pool was a great pleasure, clean and well maintained. Venice can be easily reached by train. We really enjoyed our stay here.

One of the rooms under the roof has no windows, so it is too dark during the day (of course, also at night:) and gives a closed, cramped impression. The kitchen was fine, but it wasn't perfectly clean, for example the dishes.

Short walk (11min) from Mestre Ospedale train station that takes you to Venice (19 min). Big mall nearby. Clean rooms, beautiful territory with pool, reataraunt and parking. Big TV in the bedroom with youtube and amazon prime that came handy during world hockey championship. A good value for money (we booked with discounts).

It didn't bother us, but you can hear passing trains due to close location to rails. It's not too loud and not too often, but may bother some folk.

The location is fantastic. Close the train station . Accommodation is epic ! Perfect spot . Amazing ambience. Swimming pool and restaurant just next to make it fantastic. Rooms are big and bed sleeps good. Price /quality is 👌👌👌.. I will recommend to everyone!

Mr Brando checked us in. He was polite and showed us around. We needed to go to the train station quickly, so they showed us how to get there and sent us the train timetable and a map. Very efficient staff. Thankyou for the stay. Location from train station is actually 10 min. Great location
