This lovely cozy hotel is situated precisely close to Treviso Airport. It is also walkable ( around half an hour on foot ) to Mestre train station. The main shopping area of Treviso is about 15-20 min walk from the property. “Lidl” ( the grocery department store ) is around 10 min walk. The swimming pool is about 15 min on foot. I love the peaceful district of this wonderful hotel, superprocessional and very helpful and friendly staff, including the breakfast serving and rooms cleaning, interior designers and the hotel supervisors, - all of them have been providing a great service to the guests! I certainly appreciate everything! Btw! Fantastically atmospheric the hotel’s breakfast room! Guest can choose between continental Italian breakfast and more complex breakfast options. Great value for money!

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Carpenedo Station, which is just a 20 minute journey to Venezia SL for the main event of Venice. The receptionists were both lovely, helpful and polite. The room was certainly big enough for a family. For our evening meal, we walked to Mister Pizza restaurant, about 10 minutes walk along the main road. Lovely bit of squirrel!

No functioning air conditioning in the room. No big deal, as we were exhausted from walking miles during the day. All out like the proverbial light.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my partner for one night and found it to be a surprisingly pleasant experience, especially considering the affordable price. Despite having booked the room before reading a few negative reviews, I was pleased with what I encountered. The hotel's location is fantastic, with easy access to Venice via bus. This made it incredibly convenient for a quick trip to the city without the high costs associated with staying within Venice itself. The room was clean and spacious, which was a relief and a major plus for me. Although the decor is a bit outdated and there were some signs of wear and tear, such as peeling paint, it did not detract significantly from my overall comfort. Given the price, I believe this hotel offers great value. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option with good access to Venice, and can overlook some minor aesthetic issues, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I would definitely consider staying here again for a short visit.

Not great for long stays Outdated decor

There is no house keeping schedule. Cleaning staff barged in to our room very early in the morning without any prior notice. This happened multiple times. There was no scheduled time for them to come and clean the rooms. They just assumed that we were not present in the room and directly opened the door. Putting a sign on to the door knobs would eliminate the spontaneous surprises that cleaning staff makes :)

We chose this hotel because they have 24h check in (late arrival). Roof patio for 4th floor room is nice and large, Breakfast buffet available with only 7 Euros. Lidl very close. Short taxi drive from airport (airport taxi is with flat rate, 45euro to hotel and 43,20 back). Everything worked somehow and considering a very low rate I was happy with the room. Of course room was outdated and not that pretty but recommend for budget travellers.

You need to change the bus when going to Venice or to Marco Polo airport.

Comfortable beds. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Can check in 24 hours a day. Comfortable temperature in the room. One bus right to Venice nearby the hotel. A nice lounge area. Wifi works perfectly.

There is no bus at night that goes to the area of the hotel. We had to walk 35 minutes to get there from the nearest bus stop. There is a sign in the room threatening to charge 25 euros if you stay past 10:30am check out time.

We were 6 people and stayed there in winter time and it was very hot inside and cozy. We absolutely loved that! The hotel is nice, the rooms were a bit smaller than expected but had everything you might need. The staff were excellent, the two girls we met on the reception were adorable! There is a Lidl store close to the hotel and there's a bus stop (the busses go to the city center and to Venice) a minute or two away walking distance. I absolutely recommend.

Very clean rooms, and nice staff. Location is good. There is bus station very close so you can go to Venice in 20 minutes for 1,75 euro per person. There is Lidl near by for food. There is free parking behind hotel, if it is avaliable. And also free parking around hotel, but is mostoy full. It is residential area so it is quiet.

There is no fridge in the room. But that was not so inconvinient.

The room was cold, as they turned off the heating during the night. They need some renovations. I felt like I was being tracked when I came and left. They also requested that you give them the keys when you leave the property, which I do not appreciate. They should also mark this clearly in the listing.
