amazing staff, mr. mwafi and miss francesca were super nice and helpful as possible.. great location which is near to major attractions.. the decor and bed size were perfect.. most importantly, AC was more than perfect ( we even had to turn it down sometimes , so feeling hot is not something to worry about at all! ) .. i would encourage anyone to stay here during their time in venice.

coffee machine didn't work properly , but that is not a big deal as we wanted to take our coffee outside in the many local shops anyways!

A truly special stay that elevated our entire Venice experience. After reading all the reviews, I chose Palazzo Pianca — and I’m so glad I did. The location is perfect, but what makes this place unique is the thought and care behind every detail. You can clearly see the touch of a talented team of architects who created a space with soul, not just a place to sleep. Francesca upgraded our room, which was stunning, with a beautiful terrace, and the entire design felt refined and intentional. The gentlemen at reception were professional and genuinely helpful with anything we need it. The mini bar was always stocked (water, Bellini, Prosecco), the coffee machine with fresh coffee every morning, and luxury touches like Marvis toothpaste and Culti products showed true attention to detail. Thank you for making our stay in Venice unforgettable — I’m certain that if we had stayed anywhere else, the experience wouldn’t have been the same.

The location was great, at a quiet vaporetto stop on line 1 for easy on/off and quick (5 min) walk to St Marco square. We communicated with the staff via WhatsApp prior to our arrival and they greeted us and showed us to our room in the annex. We were very pleased with the space and our patio. Staff were kind and responsive. I was nervous after reading some poor reviews, but we had absolutely no concerns! And the free drinks in the mini fridge were a major plus!

The AC worked when our card was in the room but it took some time to cool it back down after having been out. I believe our room was directly above the restaurant kitchen as we could feel the heat through the floor. It was fine though once we got back and cooled it down.

fantastic place we rented 2 bedrooms, 1 was a suite and other standard room. The standard room was excellent but the suite was gorgeous. It had an excellent fusion of old and modern combination. The celling and walls are exactly depicted in pictures but the furnishings and bathroom supberly modern and comfortable. All minbar items were included which is a rarity. located at a very convenient place both to get to and from airport and to the square and restaurants very helpful host as we extended our stay by an hour to catch the place and he was very accommodating also arranged a tour of a Murrino factory for free ( admission)

one needs to liaise with the property to arrange the arrival time ( as I understand) especially if coming late but for us was not a problem as the host contacted us though we arrived before 4 pm

This property was in the perfect location. It is a boutique hotel and it is wonderful. The rooms had a mini fridge stocked with soda pop, water (still and sparkling) Bellini's, Beer, Juice - and these items were free and restocked each day. The bed was very comfortable and there was air conditioning. Upon arrival our room was not yet ready. We were able to store our luggage in the small check in office. We went and found a place to have a cocktail and a bit to eat while we waited. Check in is 3pm but our room was ready about 130pm at which time we received a message on WhatsApp that our room was ready. The hotel is off the main walking path which was nice. The building is old but what they did with the room was so cool. It was masculine yet modern and feminine all at the same time.

I don't have anything to add here as to what could have been better. This property met my expectations and so much more. It is a gem!

Great location. Lovely room and it was so easy to relax after the daily activities. Fantastic spacious bathroom with wonderful water pressure. Staff were easy to reach by whatsap so that was super convenient.

We didn't understand the hotel would not have a reception desk. It was what we call.in Australia a Serviced Apartment but it was not an issue. Just unexpected. Signage out front was very subtle so that plus not having a front reception slowed our arrival as we were not sure what the process was. Fortunately some other guests were in the foyer and were able to assist us.

The Palazzo Pianca is a beautiful small Venice Hotel located on the Island of Venice about a 10 minute walk from San Marco Square. It is beautifully appointed. Our room had funky a design and a small balcony from which you could see the Grand Canal which was less than 100 metres away. The well stocked minibar gave you a few included drinks each day. The concierge was helpful and booked a dinner at "Rosa Rosa" for us and arranged a boat trip out to Murano Glass for us. You could explore Venice for a couple of hours and then have a rest in a room and go out again. The hotel helped make our stay in Venice special.

Beautiful and new hotel, very well located just 10 min walk to Piazza San Marco. Many shops, cafes and restaurants near by and even a gondola station just spots away form the hotel. Everything in the fridge in your room os free of charge ( water, soft drinks and even prosseco!) And they will replenish every day! We have a toddler and they placed a baby crib in our room free of charge! Overall very happy with our stay there and would definitely recommend and go back! Also very comfortable location to arrive from Sam Marco airport...you can take public transportation directly to a sop just 5 min away walking to the hotel

I liked everything about this hotel

This was one of my favourite places in my 3-week Italy trip. Beautiful big rooms and bathrooms. Everything was of the highest quality. I had the best sleep here - the beds are super comfortable. Really outstanding quality considering the room rate included a fully stocked mini bar and pod coffee machine that was replenished daily. Location is perfect too - a few mins to St Marks and the water bus stop is at the end of the street. Check-in was a breeze and staff were really friendly.
