We liked our room a lot. We chose it online for the style and the terrace with a canal view. It was all that.. very modern interior with smart use of space. The terrace was perfect for drinking coffee or prosecco and watching the unique Venetian canal experience unfold before us. The breakfast wasn't a huge buffet, but the quality was super. The staff was cordial and professional. They arranged a very early water taxi to the airport. That was quite a different way to wake up! ..jump into a boat at 4:30am... This was our first time in Venice and we thought we knew what to expect, but actually being there was way better. The water was clear and clean and the people (mostly tourists from all over) were great and just there to have fun. We attended a concert of Vivaldi works by a first-rate string ensemble. We found some wonderful artwork in smaller, accessible museums (don't miss the Guggenheim just across the canal from the hotel) and had a chance to sample the local cuisine. Don't miss the unique saur style seafood concoctions.

This is an amazing property tucked away in a side just steps away from the main busy areas. Located on Grand canal, tucked away on from the busyness of the walking tourist, shops and Restraunts , yet just 2 minutes walk! Rooms were superbly clean, modern, and definitely a 4 star!! Plenty of space for luggage considering how reviews I read on other hotels said rooms sizes would be small in Venice. Staff was very helpful and welcoming! Our hotel even had our staff member meet us at the water taxi as we arrived!

I am glad I picked this hotel. While it's not the Venetian style room it's modern which I prefer. The view from my room was amazing and I loved how I got to sit on the balcony and just watch the boats pass by. One evening we were too tired to go out so ate dinner at the hotel and the spaghetti and clams were very very good. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was about a 10-minute walk to the square which isn't a bad walk especially when there is so much to see along the way. I loved how quiet the area was and tucked away in a quiet but quaint alleyway.

Checkout could have been quicker.

Staff were very helpful and communicated in English very well. They arranged our transportation directly to the hotel and again to the airport on departure. They also arranged us to be taken to Murano Island no charge. Sky Television, A/C, mini fridge and kettle. The room was clean and tidy. The reception sorted out any issues we had.

Our doubled bed was broken in our third floor room so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately our first room was much better in presentation with the canal in view past the neighbouring building. The bed in the new room on the first floor was not overly comfortable being two doubles pushed together.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were very helpful and spoke great English. They were very accommodating to our early check in. Part of our hotel fee was a one way boat trip and glass factory tour in Murano. The staff organise this for you. The location of the hotel is right on the water for easy drop off and pick up via water taxi as this or walking is the only way around. The location was central to restraunts and shops within walking distance. The staff organised us a taxi direct to the airport for an early morning flight.

The water taxi to the hotel is quite expensive and the taxi to the airport is very expensive.

The hotel is excellent. Great location, very clean, modern room and very friendly staff. Our door handle broke in our ensuite and the staff had it fixed very very quick. Obviously these things can happen but the response from staff was very impressive. Very trendy cool interior and beautiful large bedroom and bathroom. We got a private water taxi from the airport which was a little expensive but it was great fun and very convenient. Pick up 5 minutes walk from the airport arrivals and dropped on the door step of the hotel. Arriving by water was part of the fun for us.

The only minor issue was our room was too warm. But I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Again, it was a great experience that started (and ended) with the hotel people on hand whom I contacted for a water taxi to the hotel. Very helpful! A young English-speaking woman met us at the end of our train, contacted our water taxi, and guided us to the exact location for boarding. It was pricey but worth it, as it took us to the dock only 100 steps from the hotel. Also, we received a discount for using them to take us back to the train station, and the hotel desk people, along with the taxi people, went above and beyond to secure our access to the taxi, which had been blocked at the end of the dock by a service boat—a unique and memorable experience. Also, it was our favorite (bathroom) shower of the trip, and the morning breakfast and service were excellent. And, great location!

The hotel is amazing- great location, friendly staff, super clean, awesome amenities. The hotel staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. It was my first time traveling alone with my kids and I was very nervous. But since day 1 I booked the hotel and asked any questions. The hotel staff was so quick to reply and help. They set up my transfer from the airport and helped me get back to the train station. Amazing! Best place to stay. Very close to the center and near public and private taco dock.

Location was great as we were central to most places. When dropped off on the water taxi from the airport we were right by the hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast gave a good amount of choice. Wifi was included and good coverage. There were some good restaurants close by but far enough for it to be quiet outside at night.

Our room (number 4) was at the top of the stairs so noise carried up from the dining area when they set up at night and in the morning. We also had a cleaning cupboard next to us which was in use often and was noisy. I would happily stay again but would request not to be in room 4 or 5. Otherwise it was great.
