value for money didn’t believe it was quite worth what we paid and breakfast not included which would expect for that. Single use plastic cups and single use soap wrappers! really need to cut these out and it’s so easily avoidable. Given Venice would feel the effects of rising sea levels more than most cities, green incentives should be a priority and should be reviewed by management immediately.

Location was superb, whether you want top end shopping, historic sites and dining options. Price was excellent Check in staff were very friendly and helpful Gondola location at front of hotel. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.

This is a Venice issue, not the hotel. Water taxi from train station would not take us to hotel canal, citing “low tide” - this was just an excuse, Far cheaper and easier to have got the water bus (Vaporetto) to san Marco and a 5 minute walk (2 x bridges). Our water taxi dropped us at same area for 80 euro compared to 18 euro for 2 people on the water bus.

The location is excellent. It's 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco and the Vaporetto leaves us very close to the hotel. It's a quiet hotel with 24-hour reception. Breakfast is well served and the lady who attends to us is very kind. The reception staff are also very polite and helpful.

There’s not a refrigerator in the room. The bathroom is large enough to fit a shower stall, but they put a dirty curtain around the edges to stop the water coming out, which of course it doesn't. The bed wasn’t good.

It has to be the most comfortable bed I've slept in during my 4 week trip to italy. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Cute rooftop seating.(small) Breakfast was good (you can ask for eggs) The elevator goes up to 2nd floor rooms.

Had some difficulty with bathroom facilities. If booking a private taxi, just know that at certain times of day(high tide) , you might have to meet your boat at a different location close by.

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of things yet quiet at any hour of the day. The hotel did not have many rooms, so you never felt crowded, whether in the lobby, breakfast room, or quaint rooftop terrace. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was divine. Highlight for us was definitely the multigrain croissant

Our room had a handheld shower over a bath, so it could be difficult for those not used to washing this way.

Location fantastic, staff very friendly and helpfull, rooms really spacious we had a canal view which was nice. Beds were super comfy bathroom was modern and shower was amazing.

There was no kettle facalities in the roon but on the 2nd floor was a communal kettle station as per say. Having canal window had a slight disadvantage as in if water taxi's pull up at night it can be a little noisy. Nothing that higely interrupted our visit but its just something i feel would be important for guests to be aware of.

The location is wonderful. It’s on a quiet canal with gondolas passing below. It’s at the centre of everything with St Marks Square a few mins walk away. Our room was very large and elegant and the staff could not have been more warm friendly and helpful.

The room keys could have been silent and not made a buzz when used

Very nice staff, the location is excellent , close to everything and overviews directly on a small canal where you can see the passing by gondolas from your window. The room was beautiful and spacious.. Defenitely will come back
