The location was really great. Close to the opera and in walking distance to Piazza San Marco, but very quiet to stay and sleep. You can follow the Street signs "Teatro Le Fenice". The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have booked a room with a terrace and it was nice to go outside and look at a small bridge and a canal and enjoy the Venetian architecture. Breakfast was typically Italian with nice Croissants, Toast, Ham and Cheese and boiled eggs and cereals and fruits. We have parked outside Venice at Venice City Parl SRL for € 5,50 per 24 hours, and went one station by bus to Piazzale La Rome and the go by waterbus. We can recommend it, you can really safe money by this (compared to € 35 or 45 per day).

As a minor comment- the bathroom was quite small, but all functioned well.

The room exuded cleanliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast surpassed expectations, delighting the palate with its superb quality. The location struck a balance, situated not too close yet conveniently near St. Mark's Square. Proximity to a renowned theater added to its appeal. The bathroom boasted a pleasing aesthetic and functionality. The efficient heating system ensured a comfortable warmth throughout. The window seamlessly connected the interior with the lively streets outside, providing both a view and a means to ventilate the room. The staff exhibited exceptional kindness and helpfulness. The canteen maintained impeccable cleanliness standards.

While there were no specific dislikes, the only minor points of consideration were the narrowness of the bed and the relatively modest size of the room. Nevertheless, despite these aspects, the room maintained a comfortable atmosphere and proved spacious enough for a satisfactory stay.

Location next to Opera House, why I stayed there. Staff very nice, helpful.. Spotlessly clean, beautiful public rooms and patios. Breakfast had ‘American’ coffee in addition to espresso, etc. I will stay there again, no question.

Stairs …but there was only one set, from three to four, where my single room was located. If you are impaired be sure to verify your room selection.

Very nice hotel, very central but without the buzz from the crowd. 10min from San Marco, 15min from Rialto or Accademia. Rich breakfast, good wifi, helpful staff. Clean sheets and towels, room view to a small square

It was a great location, reasonable priced given its Venice, and safe location. Staff was very helpful and nice. We stayed three nights and it was great. We ate breakfast at a nearby cafe. Perfect for our mother daughter trip.

Nothing. If I had to be picky, you could hear some noise from street, but it’s Venice so…it really wasn’t a problem.

Really comfortable bed. Quiet, but central, location. Small bar and seating areas, ideal for a nightcap before turning in. Staff were very professional, helpful and efficient. It was exactly what we needed for a short break, and I’m already thinking I will book the hotel again in the future.

Some of the decor is probably due for a re-fresh, but nothing major and it has lots of character.

For the type of holiday experience we were looking for this hotel was perfect, that being the location, staff, and facilities including the breakfast. It was an oasis a short distance from the tourist craziness. Plenty of nice restaurants to choose from pretty much at the front door.

Air conditioning was good but the operation was a little confusing (not at a constant temperature).

This charming hotel is excellently located, Venice is a very walkable city and this gave us a great base to explore the whole city. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the decor is beautiful. There is also a lovely restaurant next door where we had an evening drink during our stay, it’s on the pricey end but added to our experience. A lovely square around the corner with several reasonable restaurants for breakfast and lunch within a 5 minute walk. We also took a gondola ride from the nearest station and it was a perfect mix of quiet side canals and the Grand Canal.

The room was a lot smaller than the pictures suggested so it was a little tight with two people. The main difficulty was with the two twin beds made into a double, rather than an actual double bed. I know this is pretty standard in hotels but these beds did not have any latch or way to connect the two beds so they were constantly moving apart and one of us had to get out of bed to push them back together. This was quite frustrating and not the ideal couples experience.

I stayed in a single room for four nights and my experience was truly delightful. From my window, I could see gondolas passing by, and every now and then I even heard people singing, it felt like a scene from a movie. The hotel is only a 4 minute walk from the nearest stop, and it’s also within walking distance to St. Mark’s Square and nearly all the major sights. As a photographer, it was perfect for me, I could head out for photoshoots, then easily return to the hotel to recharge my batteries (literally and figuratively) and rest before going out again. The staff were always friendly and helpful. My room was refreshed with clean towels every day, and the hotel overall was very clean. One of the things I appreciated most was how quiet it was both inside and outside the hotel, there wasn’t a single disturbing noise. If I return to Venice, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The hotel met all my expectations, I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
