The place was such an amazing: big, comfortable, moody and stilish. A location is more than perfekt: enough quite, but in the middle of the center. Just few minute far from Rialto Bridge. Extremely spacious and comfortable, yet very cozy. It is equipped with everything a traveler might need. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Despite being right in the center, it is quiet enough, making the time spent here very relaxing.The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food with wonderfully friendly service. There’s a Despar just a two-minute walk away, perfect if you’d like to enjoy something at home. At the end of the street, right by the canal, we spent hours with a bottle of wine watching the gondolas go by. Truly magical!

Matteo one of the managers was great from the point of first booking, till we met on the day. Clear helpfull communication throughout.

Pillows too hard for us personally, but didnt effect our overall comfort or experience.

The apartment has got an unbeatable location in a very central yet quiet area in very busy Venice. Truly a gem.

Paolo was exceptionally helpful. Not least staying on late to check us in. He also provided us with a complimentary chiled proseco, botted water and a couple of flavoured water bottles.

Something that seems a common issue across all norther Italy, they are limited in power consumption as they pay by the size of the breakers, rather than smart meters, it would seem! So whatever you do, don't use the aircon on to high while making a cup of tea!!! Or just be smart & do it the old-fashioned way and boil water on the gas hob.

The location was excellent for the main attractions, waterbus stops, and was very quiet at night. Lovely big rooms with high ceilings and well furnished. Had a fully equipped kitchen area, washing machine. Really nice apartment. Would have been a 10 from us had it not been for the sofa bed my son slept on for three nights. The host was outstanding - could not fault him…advised us on the local area and was extremely helpful and friendly. would definitely stay here again.

Our apartment was huge (75 m²) with 2 rooms and a nice balcony overlooking Campo Sant'Angelo. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could ask for. Some complimentary drinks were already in the fridge, even a very good Prosecco for free. Location is fantastic in the heart of San Marco district, very near to Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. Around 5 minutes walk to the next Vaporetto station, the Despar supermarket is just 200 metres away. Campo Sant'Angelo is a relatively quiet place and you can relax at the very good Ristorante Sant'Angelo. A superb service from our hosts Paolo and Matteo is guaranteed. Matteo helped us beforehand with the newly introduced entrance fee for the city of Venice. All in all one of the best places we have ever been. We would like to come back to this apartment. Highly recommended.

The location is ideal. Near but not too close to SAN Marco Sq but also very easy walk (few mins) to wharves, Rialto, all major sites and local supermarket. Apartment had complimentary water wine iced tea in fridge, std tea/coffee but also a few condiments making life just that much easier. Very easy to self cater. Matteo is a great host and excellent with pins for directions. If you’re Australian Italian coffee is yuck but I did find one passible site Goppion Cafeteria Rialto (photo)

Small shower but good quality and TV in kitchen

Loved everything about the apartment. Paolo and Teo were wonderful! Had a fun conversation with Teo about Japan, of all things!, such a nice young man and very helpful. The location was great. Not in the heart of the touristy area but a great little walk. We enjoyed having a nice lunch at the restaurant below the apartment. Everything about our stay was top notch. I can’t wait to return! Planning on bringing my husband! We will be staying here again! Thank you for everything and making our stay in Venice so very memorable.

Large apartment in a former noble building with balconies across the large courtyard. A less busy location but very close to St Marcs Square & Rialto. I don't think the location for touring could have been better. Paolo the host/manager of the apartments could not have been more helpful and friendly including meeting us at the lical ferry terminal. We had a personal guided tour of the north of the Central canal including the Jewish quarter back to Rialto. This was far more relaxed with less tourists and some cultural knowledge from our Venetion guide.

No surprise but the top tourist locations were so busy at peak times it was almost gridlocked!

Excellent location. The rooms itself are very spacious and clean with high ceilings. Management was readily available which was very helpful. Thank you for assisting with our water taxi bookings and taking the time to walk through and explain how everything works in the unit. The Unit door lock with code is very handy. Thank you for the bottle of Prosecco and water in the fridge - these details that are very much appreciated. Thank you for everything Matteo and Paolo.

We enjoyed everything and we would stay here again and recommend it to families. The only thing is the main building door keypad is not so easy to press down on the buttons. Sometimes it would take a couple of tries.
