The hotel was wonderful and the staff were exceptional. The rooms, while relatively small, were very comfortable and we appreciated the mini fridge. The grounds of the hotel are wonderful and we enjoyed an evening spent having drinks and snacks on the covered patio. One of the lovely staff kindly provided us with an ice bucket filled with ice and this was an appreciated gesture. The hotel parking is plentiful, secure and located right in front of the main building. While The Foscarini is not in Venice proper, it is a short train ride of some 20 minutes and the train station is easily reached by foot in 5 minutes. And one thing this is seemingly not advertised is the fact that the hotel has a washer and a dryer available at no charge for use by guests - absolutely great!

The digital keys felt like a gimmick and we did not care for them at all. We did eventually obtain a physical fob from a staff member and this was for us, far preferable to the digital key. We occupied two separate rooms and in one room, the refrigerator did not work and in spite of asking more than once for repair or replacement, this was never done. But these were minor points that did not significantly detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel and with some small tweeks, this hotel would be a perfect 10!

Everything. The hotel is quite new (or at least the amenities and the deck has been renovated and maintained so well that no one could tell it’s age). The shower head in the bathroom is the best if I need to name anything specific - the pressure is big enough that you will feel like having massage when rinsing. A lot of hotel would turn off the radiator during summer as it links to the heater but in the foscarini it has the power separated so you would dry the towel well even during no-heater season. All these little things I like. The staffs are extremely friendly and they have a high tech app to control the access to everything. As the website said, it’s just some minutes away from the train station by walk then within 30 minutes you will be in Venice. I strongly recommend people to not stay on the island they are a lot of bridges and narrowed roads which make people with suitcases a torture.

This is one of the best hotels in Northern Italy. The staff is excellent — friendly, professional, and highly competent. The hotel is very high-tech, with great attention from the creators to the details of interior design. We stayed at the hotel with our husky for two nights, and our stay was wonderful. We will definitely come back again.

The cleaning staff was a bit noisy in the mornings, speaking loudly on the phone around 9 a.m. This issue could definitely be fixed, for example by prohibiting staff from making phone calls in the hotel’s common areas during the morning hours. Additionally, it would be wonderful if guests with pets were provided with a water bowl and a pet bed. I hope the hotel management will take the time to address these points.

The room was modernly furnished and very clean in the centre of the town close to shops restaurants and the train station yet was very quite where we coiud relax and sleep well after a long day. Bed was very comfortable and the small breakfast, coffee and fruit great. Room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All in one we had a pleasent stay at the Fosxarin and highly reccomend it to everyone😊

In the room for 2 people it would be handy to have 2 chairs or armchairs not only one.. I understand the policy of the hotel regarding breakfast not wasting food, but they could add something else; for example cereals, which can be kept long in case is not consumed straight. It was a bit boring eating toast and butter every morning for 4 days.

Lovely boutique hotel, curated with great attention to detail and highlighting the historic elements of this old venetian villa. This was our third stay and we wouldn't change a single thing! The entire team are absolutely lovely and always make us (and our dog) feel right at home. The train ride to venice island is only a few stops and there are many cafés, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Pro tip: plan your trip to stay on a Monday and visit the weekly market in Moglinao Veneto in the morning! Added bonus: the washer and dryer are always nice when we have been on the road for a while.

Absolutely beautiful villa, staff exceptional, breakfast simple but we didn't mind, they had also gluten free options. Train station 2 minutes by foot from the villa (but you don't hear it while sleeping), from there you are in 15 minutes in Venice, in half hour in Padua, in 10 minutes in Treviso. Staying here feels great, absolutely different than in hotel, private, exclusive and beautiful. Free private car parking, electric car charger, gym, laundry room, beautiful terrace and yard. Highly recommend! Everything more beautiful in person then in pictures.

We liked absolutely everything!

The cleanliness and assistance from their Ambassadors. The whole facility was spotless, lovely aromatherapy throughout. Very safe, gated property with well manicured garden. Mostly quiet and good/easy access to the train station. Breakfast items available in the mornings if you do wish. Lovely and elegant seating areas.

Takes a bit of time to learn the new technology but it is doable. I wish there was a cafe with food available all day or even a full breakfast could be provided but drinks/snacks in their automated machines are there. Breakfast options/snacks that are gluten free would be a nice option.

Staying here was absolutely delightful. The staff are so warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is wonderful, accessed using a digital key on the app makes entering and leaving so easy, through either of the two electric gates and in and out of our room. There is a gym and laundry room across the beautiful garden, as it was quite hot it was nice to be able to wash and dry clothes. Location was great, only five minutes to eateries, restaurants, shops, and train station where you can travel a twenty minute train journey across the lagoon, directly into Venice. You’ll need to buy a train ticket then validate it at the machine. The only reason I gave this a nine rather than a ten was that it would have been nice to have had breakfast in the hotel, though they do serve coffee, juices and pastries before 10am. We would definitely return!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, except it would have been nice to have been served breakfast, however you can have pastries, coffee and juices before 10am. There also eateries nearby and a supermarket near to the train station in Mogliano Veneto.

The staff were some of the most enthusiastic hotel staff I’ve ever met. Truly kind people who liked being helpful. I understand this is the owner’s first hotel venture and it’s obvious that this is his passion project. Sophia went above and beyond the call of duty to get us back from Treviso when we were stuck there due to train cancellations. Lovely facilities, beautiful environment, reasonably priced. Would stay here again without a doubt.

There was a bit too much reliance on tech - we had to download an app to access the free coffee, but the app wasn’t working. Water in the room would have been nice. Instead it was in a common room.

The Foscarini was the perfect place to end our trip. It was beautiful and luxurious for our budget and the staff welcomed us with such enthusiasm. They recommended a local pizzeria that was within walking distance, and it was the best pizza we’ve ever had (and we’ve been to Michele’s, home of the original margherita pizza in Naples). The breakfast was beautiful and we appreciated the full bottles of water they gave us when we arrived and they could see we were looking a little haggard! Parking was free and easy as well. I just wish we had more time to enjoy the courtyards before our early departure!
