Absolutely Wonderful – Spotlessly Clean with a Delicious Homemade Breakfast We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful B&B. The entire house was spotlessly clean—you can tell that Elena takes great pride in keeping everything immaculate. It felt cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Most of the breakfast produce was homemade-delicious croissants, a variety of jams made by the host, and fresh fruit. Everything was flavorful and made with care. My little children were over the moon! They loved the food, the warm atmosphere, and felt right at home. It’s not always easy traveling with little ones, but this place made it an absolute joy. Highly recommended-if we ever travel to Venice again, we'll definitely be staying here!

Absolutely beautiful property and the nicest host. This property is suitable for anybody of all ages. We were there with our family (11 years -77 years) and were made to feel so welcome. The owner was truly an amazing woman who went above and beyond for us on several occasions. The rooms are clean and spacious. The property is absolutely beautiful. Located about forty minutes out of Venice, it was super peaceful. However, the nice thing was that it was a very quick bus and tram ride into Venice. We are already excited to be planning our next trip to B&B Vanessa House.

THe hosting family is fantastic: friendly, polite, modern, entertaining. I also found a guest couple that goes at this B&B regulary since several years, and I enjoyed their company immensely. The house is beautiful and in peaceful surroundings, much green, great pizzeria nearby and an award-winning small ice cream shop with products to die for, just 5 minutes walk distance form the B&B. Breakfast is delicious and served in front of the swimming pool.

The kitchenette could have a bit more utensils to work with; no shelves in the bathroom; be careful when you go out of the swimming pool: it is very slippery. Location: if you want to visit Venice it takes ~ 1 hour to reach the city by bus, so better to have a car with you.

An absolutely beautiful property just outside of Venice. Perfect location. The host is truly one of the most customer service oriented people I have ever come across. The breakfast was great. Very close and convenient to public transportation. We will stay here every time we come back to Venice.

Thank you so much for apartments. Everything were good, clean apartments with free parking near Venice. Gorgeous swimming pool and nice breakfasts. The owner has answered immidiately to us, if we have some questions. We have rest time at the garden and wanna to return.

Lovely room with a comfortable bed. The house is in a great location handy to buses and trains. Really quiet on a large section with great outdoor area and pool. The host was great! Really accomodating and friendly. The fresh bread for breakfast each day was the best!

Beautiful apartment, situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. Few minutes by car from train station; journey to Venice takes about 20 minutes. Very nice and helpful owner, giving lots of advices. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, Breakfasts mainly sweet, with delicious homemade jams and cakes. Nice and clean pool. I would love to visit again!

Everything was great, the hosts are kind, willing to help and answer many of our questions. Property is in a quiet neighbourhood and surrounded with lots of trees. Only thing missing was more choices for salty breakfast given its mainly sweet, but that was not that important to us.

Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable. It’s a beautiful property with a splendid large garden and a well maintained pool, with spacious and clean rooms and a delicious homemade breakfast.
