Everything you need, clean, easy to check in, quiet area, host good communication, comfortable, good wifi, good location – Bus, outside the front door, always under 30 minutes to the heart of Venice. Host had a very very useful booklet of information regarding buses to venice etc. The App AVM (ACTV) for all public transport is easy to use, cheap and includes buses and the public boats (Lido) in Venice. Place had everything you need for a city visit! I was glad that I wasn’t staying right in Venice. It was great to escape away from the madness and with regular, consistent, clean buses literally from the front door to central Venice!

Our room was beautifully organised, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was wonderful, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—just what we needed after exploring Venice! All amenities were available, making the stay very convenient. The hosts were both incredibly helpful and always happy to assist with anything we needed. The location is great—there’s a bus stop right outside with frequent buses to both the train station and Venice San Marco Island. We bought the 2-day ACTV travel pass, which was well worth it as it allowed us unlimited access to buses and vaporettos throughout Venice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The place was big enough for a family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need even if we didn’t really used it. The bus for Venice is just in front of the apartment and you can buy tickets in the bus.

Really nothing

The connection to the room was great, got a bus station right before the room. From room to venice it takes 20-30 mns and its a great location. Got a couple of super markets around in the walking distance. The hosts were good with communication, check in and checkout was smooth. They helped us around with the dropping in the airport as well.

The bus stop to Venice is just in front of the building. The apartment was clean and in good conditions and we received plenty of instructions to get to Venice. The pastry shop next to the building is worth a visit as well. There is also a supermarket nearby, so you have everything that you might need in a short distance. We were able to check in earlier, which was great. There is a public parking lot on the other side of the road, in front of the church which is free, but you can also request a paid private garage.

This place is excellent if you want to visit Venice. In the immediate vicinity of the building, there is a bus station for routes to Venice and a tobacco shop where you can buy VeneziaUnica tickets for buses and vaporetto. A few minutes’ walk away are 2 supermarkets and a few places to eat. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have everything you need in the kitchen. The owners are extraordinary people, they patiently answered all our questions and helped us with all the necessary information. If you wish, they can also offer you transportation to and from the airport.

Very close free parking area. By taking bus just infront of the Hotel, we have easily reached the hearth of Venice maybe faster than out car. Return time was longer maybe we have taken another bus. A lady welcomed us without speaking any English word but somehow we understood each other. additional help cam from Alessandro via WhatsApp. There are restaurants and supermarkets by driving 5 minutes with car. Just ask Alessandro.

The apartment had everything we needed. It's located near free parking, a bus stop, shops, restaurants... It has central heating with a thermostat, so you can make it as comfortable as you want. It has a lot of natural light and is very comfortable for a couple. Also, our host was kind enough to point out points of interest and how to get there. Such as how to get to Venice via bus and how to use the waterbuses (vaporetto).

First of all I think it was one of the most helpful places we stayed, the room has a binder with all the explanations about transportation and where to buy tickets, and other guests' recommendations and etc. the room was super clean with 3 sets of towels ( big, middle and small) and us as not being small people , big towel is much appreciated, the room had an air conditioning ,refrigerator and a microwave and a coffee machine. the area is quiet and the bus station to Venice is right under the hotel, 30 min by bus and you get there in no time, not far from the hotel there was a supermarket and a delicious bakery that you really should visit. we liked everything about this place, really no complaints

Just about everything was great……with a folder containing details for public transport, local restaurants, a free map of Venice. The staff friendly and helpful. Free local parking and local buses outside the property. The air condition went a little crazy one day but was dealt with immediately.
